We booked a room for the summer of 2020 and made an advance payment in December 2019.They wrote a cancellation of the reservation in connection with the covid.Until now, in August 2021, the prepayment has not been refunded.It's not a very good organization, I think my review will help many to avoid this institution!!!

Excellent medical base. But what spoiled it was that on the phone from Moscow it was said that a 1-bed superior room with treatment for 14 days would cost me 21,000 rubles. I paid, as suggested, 10000r.rub.deposit. Upon arrival, I was amazed that I had to pay 20,000 rubles before, and not 11,000 rubles, as agreed. My friends who came with me got paid in the same way. A day later, another family from Moscow. It is strange and unpleasant, because everyone calculates their budget. And I personally could have chosen a sanatorium cheaper

An excellent sanatorium with an ugly security service. Anyone can enter the buildings. There is no security framework, electronic keys, access control to the buildings using guest cards. The nurses on duty do not see visitors from their offices.On the beach, local aborigines occupy sun loungers and places under canopies and celebrate until the evening. The guests of the sanatorium huddle as they have to. Rescuers, instead of issuing and accepting deck chairs according to the sanatorium card, sleep in their kennel. It is probably difficult for the soldiers to figure out how to protect the beach area from the locals and ensure safe access to the buildings.

A beautiful natural place on the isthmus between two clean lakes. Beautiful clean nature, treatment, nutrition. There are few places. For the summer, book in the fall. Inexpensive.

Very poor food choices , small portions and not always fresh food . Saving on napkins, they are simply cut into quarters, if you put them together, then two napkins come out on the table (a table for 4 people)
