I recently found this salon, called and they answered me very warmly, told me about the services and answered all my questions. I really liked this attitude, and I decided to sign up for a haircut with grooming and coloring and a manicure and pedicure. The service was excellent, the hair feels awesome, the manicure without cuts / chips is very beautiful and smooth, in a word; the pedicure is also very neat. The administrator is rude. I called twice, the first time she answered and was silent on the phone, the second time she communicated as if she had done me a favor.🤡 I literally extracted information from her, to which I received a dry yes/no answer. After that, it immediately became clear that normal service could not be expected and high-quality service would obviously not be provided there.
