The rooms are clean, the parking is excellent, there is enough space for everyone. For an overnight stay, and one or two nights is great. Near McDonald's, do-do pizza, euroopt store. And most importantly, you can check in with your pet.

Nice, quiet place .. It looks like our Polotsk tour bases, there was a standard 2-bed room with a double bed!! I put 4 due to the fact that the heating was not working, but it was warm, I was on a business trip, I was at work all day, I did not immediately feel it) Everything was fixed the next day , thanks to the reception for that ! It's clean , there 's some kind of abandoned bomb shelter on the territory , historical and cultural value , I still haven't asked them what they have there . Nearby , a penny for 5 minutes , and another shopping center there is a store until 2 a.m. ! It's a 15-minute walk to the poppy! The center is 30 minutes away by public transport! An hour on foot ..

It sucks a lot. It gets worse every year.
There are no air conditioners and there won't be. The linen was bought 7 years ago, and has not been changed, washed, torn. The plumbing is leaking. The beds and sofas are broken, they tried to fix the slats with a simple board - unsuccessfully. Upon arrival, the urn next to the house was full of bottles and garbage, when asked to remove it, it was stated that the janitor would come tomorrow morning and clean it up. The cafe is closed.
The overall result: the hotel is not developing, but is deteriorating, the owner puts all the money in his pocket instead of maintaining and updating.

Everything is fine. The room is clean, bathroom with shower, kettle, refrigerator. The car can be placed next to or under a canopy from the sun or rain. There is a cafe, a bar, a barbecue area and the grill itself. The staff is polite and friendly! Keep it up !!!

Large, well-maintained territory, neat houses. Rooms are 1, 2 and 3-bedded. We lived in a 2-bed apartment. The room has a small hallway with a hanger and a wardrobe. Two beds, a bedside table, a lamp, a table, chairs, a refrigerator, a kettle and cups (there are only tea spoons). Excellent bathroom with shower, hairdryer, set of towels, shampoo, toilet paper. There is an iron, a microwave at the reception, and you can order tea and coffee. Right there, behind the fence, there is a cafe with a gazebo.

The complex itself is cool, but the rooms are a 2x4 meter kennel with creaky beds and a drained shower cabin.

There are no advantages.
The bins are full of garbage, the cafe is closed, the administrator does not have a microwave, there are no locks in the shower and toilet, the mattresses are depressed, everything is felt, there is no lighting in the gazebos. They gave us the password for the WiFi, but it doesn't work in our house, that's what they said.We spent the night there out of desperation.

The receptionist saw perfectly well in the camera that a taxi was waiting for us at our house, but she was silent when I ran onto the road and, commenting on what was happening, tried to figure out why we didn't see each other.

It is clear that a motel does not have to expect anything from it, but when you book a room with them exactly a month in advance, you call before arrival to clarify everything is fine. In fact, they give a regular room, and the money is written off for a suite. Only after outrage do they make a discount and refund.
I do not recommend going here when the temperature is above 27, it is not possible to sleep, there is no air conditioning or fan.
