Recommend. A new, fresh motel on Vulka. I've been there 4 times. It's fresh. Clear. And you can go out and breathe the air of an almost non-urban climate

Convenient location. High quality and cheap, excellent staff. We stayed with a family of five, everything was fine. There is everything you need, including its own secure Parking on site.

Ideal for traveling by car. Nearby there is a restaurant (10-23) and a shop (supermarket from 9 a.m. to 2 a.m.). There is not enough playground on site.

We liked it. There are also separate houses on the territory of 2 rooms together (i.e. a neighbor behind the wall). There is a kettle, a microwave and a refrigerator, a full bathroom and a shower stall. The area is clean, the employees are always ready to help. The only thing is that there is one window in the room, so there is no draft (it can be uncomfortable in the heat).

There are rooms with and without heating. The price difference is ridiculous. So I advise you to take it with heating. Own parking. Very cozy houses. There is a good cafe nearby

The price/quality ratio is excellent. One of the disadvantages is that they could not use the shower cabin. The food is excellent!

I stopped by for the night before the border. There was no hot water, the room was cool, but they gave me a heater. The house is clean, the bed is comfortable.

I do not recommend it. The service is poor, the cafe is terrible, the food is very bad, they gave pearl barley porridge like a paste, a big lump dried up, half-fried eggs, the room is cold, they put 20 people at a long table, like in the old army. In most cases, the motels are better than this. In the evening, we went without dinner, because someone took it off as a banquet.

Clean, the toilet door handle is broken. Good enough audibility. We heard a neighbor snoring, but it didn't hurt much. A big plus is that there is parking. Wi-fi is average in quality.
