I advise you never to contact this company in your life. The score is 0. In my case, I applied for an engine replacement. I chose a contract engine with the manager, everything seems to be OK. They said that if I change to their service station, there will be an extended warranty for 2 months. I think it's good. And now the X-hour has come. I drove the car and left it, they said the replacement would take 3 days, maybe a little more, as a result, they could not change the engine for almost a month. In the end, the replacement was mastered and I came to get the car. Everything seems to be OK, I say where I want to pick up my old engine and they take my engine out completely disassembled, all pulleys, belts, fuel frame, etc. are removed. I say what it is and where the spare parts are from it. The answer struck me- If something does not fit, we remove it from your engine and put it on contract and it all happens without your consent. Well, I think the main thing is that everything is fine with the new one. I say, then let's take the spare parts removed from the contract engine and they took out the box to me, they say everything is in the box. I picked up the car in the evening after work and made the fatal mistake of not looking at what was in this box. The next day, I began to disassemble the box and found that there was nothing except the belt filters and a pair of nozzles. I called the service station, they told me that the shift that changed the engine on the weekend should be dialed in three days. Three days have passed, I dial and they tell me that yes, we forgot to give you another box where all the spare parts are. In order for me not to ride to them in Minsk, and I do not live in Minsk, I will come for an oil change in 2000 thousand km. they will give everything away. During this time, problems began, the car starts normally, then it is impossible to start, the thrust disappears, the oil burns, and when unscrewing the filler neck oil, the strongest gases go that the wheel can be inflated. I drove 2000 thousand. I call and say they say so and so. In response, they said that the person who took us for repairs on vacation. As a result, we agreed that another person would take me in. I drive the car and forget about it again for a long time, pretending that we were doing something. It's time to pick up X again. I arrived, the car is parked on the street. I'm telling me there would be spare parts to pick up that they didn't give away. They took out the box, I looked at it on the spot, but not all the spare parts. I say where the others are, to which they answer - the person who took the car will come out of vacation and will find and give it back, as a result, the spare parts were not given. They said you should have looked right away. In general, I pick up the car, but the problems are still the same. I bring it back and leave it. The car was at the service station for a week. They call and say that everything is working fine so far. I arrived and they tell me if you are not satisfied with something, you can find a hundred in Minsk, go there to get a paper that something is wrong, then come back and we will solve it, we cannot eliminate these problems ourselves. I'm talking under the contract if you can't fix the problems, there is an option to replace the motor. And I went to the sales department. I told the situation there, the guys who are sitting agreed that a replacement is needed here. We picked up a new engine and agreed when to bring the car for replacement. The next day, a call that the replacement was refused, saying that video evidence was needed that the car would not start and was operating in emergency mode. I've been shooting and sending videos of the problem for a week. result: The person who refused to replace abruptly left somewhere and no one will change without his consent. So the warranty period is gone. Now I have a car with problems, my disassembled engine, and minus about 8000 bel. rub. For replacing the engine. PEOPLE, AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!! All the negative reviews about the service time are absolutely true, the management has not decided anything about it. BUT besides the lost time, you can get a negative result and the feeling that you are being held for a fool. It was necessary to buy two chrome-plated bumper cilia and the glass of one fog lamp. The found ad sold "Front bumper for Toyota RAV4, 2014" (photo attached). And since the necessary items were available and the price was adequate, the order was made. The condition of the bumper can be estimated from the photo and description in the ad. On the phone, the manager once again reminded that the quality of the product "as in the photo" does not correspond to reality, that "The spare parts are separated: the fog lamp ...". It was decided to evaluate upon receipt and then decide on the appropriateness of the purchase. Apart from the waiting time for the delivery of the goods, the next "pleasant bonus" turned out to be that the second fog light was removed from the bumper, and the cost of this happiness became 170 rubles, because previously it generally cost 220. If this price was listed on the websites, I wouldn't even consider it. The Customer Service Quality Control Service was involved in resolving the conflict, which promised to listen to all conversations with managers about preliminary clarification of the condition and availability of elements on the bumper. The next day, a service employee called back and tried to continue the company's apparently well-established policy of hanging noodles. We agreed that in order to resolve the conflict, they would agree on a downward price for me. The joy was short-lived. Now, for 105 rubles, the company is ready to sell only the central part of the radiator grille with an emblem and two chrome.the elements on the black grilles (the fasteners of which are also broken) - without a bumper. Much later, this miracle was removed from the ads with a price of 34 rubles. No one offered me such a price. Why does the Motorland company, represented by its employees, treat its customers and their time so indifferently? Why, in order to see what is actually for sale, you need to stand in line for two hours and find out that the price also does not match, as well as the package of goods? Would Motorland employees like to stand in line for two hours after coming to the store for a chicken and find out that these are only its wings and the cost is already twice as expensive? They should not care what to buy and at what price. That's how they treat their customers.

In this regard, I asked the manager to prepare for the issue as soon as possible, the answer was "good". I also made a request for this spare part by phone. What was my surprise upon arrival at Motorland, no one was in a hurry and was not even going to get into the situation, the faces of the employees, without exception, are dissatisfied with life, they dryly throw the phrases "wait" at questions and requests, or even pretend that you are not addressing them. Here's the truth about the company's service and customer focus. As a result, my ticket was 274 and it was in the gate called expected for a very long time, more than 30 minutes. I'm asking, don't you download it? The answer is no. I ask again several times, maybe the person was joking, but no. As a result, we somehow managed to persuade him to load the box together. Thanks to him for that. Of course, I was late with the delivery of the box to the service station, now I have to wait for the car until Monday evening, since there is also an entry. This company has a high rating, which indicates that the reviews are inflated and in large volume. Read the negative reviews, and everything will fall into place, the service is completely absent, the company's management does not care about this. For 20 years of applying to various showdowns in Minsk, this is the worst place where the client is not respected, ignored, and rudeness is allowed in communication.
