Overall, the visit to the Nartaa restaurant was pleasant. The kebab was very tasty, and the salads, although simple, also pleased with their taste. The only thing is, I would add a little dressing to the salads to make them more juicy.
Unfortunately, the juice from the tangerines was sour, which slightly spoiled the overall impression. However, the place where the restaurant is located is very picturesque, which creates a pleasant atmosphere.
The service was good, especially by the standards of Abkhazia, but a little long. Perhaps there is something to strive for and improve in this aspect.
In general, I would recommend visiting the Nartaa restaurant in Sukhum. The delicious food and pleasant atmosphere make it a good choice for those who want to enjoy good cuisine in a picturesque location.

The service is disgusting. The waiter spoiled the whole impression of the Abkhazian kindness, saying that it was necessary to order everything at the same time so that she would not get wet in the rain. The kitchen is not delicious. Dishes with chips. And most importantly, both the cook in the men's room and the waiter in the women's room did not wash their hands with soap after the toilet, but rinsed them with water and went to cook and deliver food. I don't recommend it

Friendly and very fast (!!!) The staff! Everything was very tasty. We ate lamb kebabs, sliced vegetables and egg boats. Very tasty 😋😋😋
Upd. We visited the place a year later. After all, its promotion did not benefit: everyone is on stream, they do not think about quality now. It was August 21st and 27th. On the 21st, the waitress mixed up the barbecue for us: she took out pork instead of lamb. After a while, she apologized and changed everything.
On the 27th, we were sitting on another veranda and the waitress Zuza also brought us pork instead of mutton, and she closed her eyes to my comments and request to change the dish and said that it was mutton, she knows perfectly well how it looks and in general she even punched mutton
We didn't want to make a scene, spoil the last day of our vacation, ate it, left like that. But the impressions are the most unpleasant. We will not come to you again. We will look for other places in your city, with hospitable staff who do not lie to their guests.

This is the most excellent place in Sukhumi, I strongly advise you to visit this place without fail. Everything is very fast, delicious and not expensive for money. We had a rest with the children, sent their 8-year-olds to a cafe to order food and eat until we got there, to our surprise we came, they had already eaten and no one asked them what they would pay, i.e. full confidence in their guests and there is no difference 8 years old or 20 are very hospitable. I strongly advise you to try their wonderful boats, it's something divine, the kebab is soft, the first courses are also very tasty at home. The staff is very friendly and helpful!!! I really hope to return in the summer.

It's a good place, everything is very tasty, but I would have to stand in line waiting for a vacant table if two lovely ladies did not agree to share their own. I also had to stand in line for the toilet, by the way. There were a lot of people. The menu is good, there are dishes on the grill, first courses, salads, snacks, khachapuri and other pastries, the prices are very adequate, I liked all the dishes I tried. The order was not delivered very quickly, but this is not surprising considering the number of visitors. But it's delicious, and it's much better than the other way around) the service with the same consideration for the number of visitors is also quite good. I smiled that you can pay the bill by transfer (cards are not accepted for payment, there are no terminals), but there is no Wi-Fi for this, which is very important for non-local guests. But the overall impression in the end was still very good.

Cozy cafe, clean, friendly staff. The receptionist (unfortunately, I didn't remember the name) is such a smart girl, consulted on the menu, shared her recipe for one dish (I won't say which one). We took a barbecue, it's just magic! I haven't eaten such delicious meat for a long time!!! The mutton is fabulous!!!Pork is magical!!!Thank you very much! We came to this cafe on the recommendation of friends who were there recently. The kitchen is really on top! Everything is very tasty and fresh. We came in the evening at the very rush hour, we didn't even hope that we would get a place, there were a lot of people at that time, but the compassionate waiters suggested next to which booth to wait))) As a result, we waited 20 minutes and got a great place. At prices - very democratic, it came out at 1000 rubles / person with Sukhumi! In the evening, it makes no sense to go to the veranda on the 2nd floor, the sea is not visible in the dark, and there are a lot of people.

The waiters are probably tired of the flow. Apparently, because of this, they are not particularly kind. The dishes are generally delivered quickly. Khachapur (boat) is delicious. The rest is for four. The cafe area is very pleasant. Convenient location on the waterfront.

It is very similar to Georgian cuisine, it is not clear how Abkhazian cuisine differs. It's a terrible place. The kitchen couldn't be worse. Caesar with regular mayonnaise. Beef Stroganoff is also served with mayonnaise. Eggplant with nuts is actually with carrots. the shish kebab is hot only from the outside, which means that the meat has been cooked for a long time and warmed up. We come here a couple of times a year. Apparently, what shift will you get on, last year you were disappointed, this year we drove past and decided to try again. It was delicious this time. The price tag was raised a little, of course, and the output of dishes became smaller than before the pandemic. But in general, given that prices in Abkhazia have approached the price level of Sochi, the cafe is worth stopping by to have lunch there. And even earlier, compotes were cooked by themselves, now they are served ready-canned in cans. We were on an excursion to Abkhazia and since this place is too publicized, I decided to drive more than 150 km in one direction because of it.
In vain, of course. It's really too publicized on YouTube and social networks. There are a lot of people probably because of this. The place is pretty.
But the service wants to keep the best.
They can't advise anything, they wait a long time until they come up, and the dirty dishes are cleaned after you eat.
The local khachapuri is purely my opinion, well, a maximum of 4, I tried it and tasted better.
Who praises them in the videos that this is the best, then I can give a couple of addresses in Adler where it tastes much better
