The view of the city from the observation deck is amazing!!!! It's a must-see!!!! Soup. But, I didn't really understand how a student of the Republic of Belarus differs from a student of the Russian Federation. Apparently, the Russian schoolboy is an adult right away, because the payment was taken as from an adult.... This is the only institution where a child of the Russian Federation is not a child. There's some kind of discrimination, that's sad....

One of the main attractions of modern Minsk. A striking contrast with the mimic old (upper) town. You understand intellectually that this is still a library, although in fact it is a large cultural center. Describing its contents is silly. There are art exhibitions, photos, a viewing platform, and children's scientific and cultural activities... The atmosphere is peculiar, you just have to feel it. A cultural bright grain in a country that suffered terribly during the Second World War. I was there after New Year's Eve. There are carousels and pavilions with hot and hot drinks all around :) Even the rain didn't spoil the mood. Even just passing through Minsk is definitely worth a visit!

We were particularly impressed by the fact that the national flags of Belarus are flying on many high-rise buildings in Minsk. This gives the city a special atmosphere and pride in the country. I highly recommend visiting the library itself! The cost of one visit is 2.5 Belarusian rubles. For this money, you will be able to explore all three floors, where various expositions are presented. This is a very fascinating place! If you go around the library from the other side, you can climb to the 23rd floor, where the observation deck is located. An adult ticket will cost 10 rubles, and a child's ticket (from 6 years old) will cost 5 rubles. All cash desks accept bank cards.
