A very interesting library building. Beautiful interactive lighting in the evening. We were in winter, everything was covered with snow, in summer there is a walking area.

A beautiful building, a good observation deck, were in the fog during the day, impressed, in the evening the view is decorated with city lighting. There is a cafe on the floor below - a variety of menus, they cook quickly and tasty. Minus - when descending, a large queue gathers to the elevator

It's a very unusual and very beautiful building. This is the most gorgeous library I've ever seen. There is an observation deck with a great view of the city.

Admires with its architecture and organization of the space near the Library. It is considered the largest exhibition hall in the Republic of Belarus. The panoramic elevator goes up to the 23rd floor - this is the place for the best views of the Eastern Gate of Minsk and the surrounding area. There are binoculars on the site, as well as indications of what is far below, if you look in the right direction. The playground is secure, fenced with high glass and safe for all visitors and children. It was not possible to get into the library itself due to the weekend. On the 22nd floor there is a cafe Graf Kafe with delicious food and an art gallery. The place charges 100%!!

Externally, the building looks impressive, but if you want to go inside, keep in mind: 1) to enter the library as a "guest", just to see the building from the inside, you need to make a one-time pass (paid!!) 2) there is a cafe on the 22nd floor, but to get there, you need to pay for the ascent to the observation deck, which is on the 23rd floor (the ticket costs 10 rubles / person). They waited a long time in the cafe until they noticed us (until mc went to get the menu himself) 3) there is only one small elevator to lift, you have to stand in line to ride it.

This place is full of interesting things: there are offices where you can work remotely, and you can even book yourself such an office. There are many popular paintings in the building, and a ball of water creates a whirling effect. There is a wonderful view of the city from the 24th floor, and there is also a telescope to look at the Earth. Overall, this place is worth a visit.

I think 99 percent of the reviews are not about the library, but about the observation deck, which is located on the roof. The observation deck is really interesting. Not Ostankino Tower, of course, but the view is really decent. There is a good and fairly inexpensive cafe on the floor below. Please note that the entrance to the observation deck is not obvious enough. For guidance, the library should be bypassed on the left, focusing on a large car park. Many people go to the right and make a full circle)))))

The business card of the city. Of course, the observation deck is interesting. But the windows are very high. To photograph the city only through not very transparent glass. But in general, the view is amazing.

We were lucky that there weren't many people. We enjoyed admiring the city from a height of 23 floors. We also went to a cafe, had dessert, and brought books. We haven't been to the library itself, but the scale is impressive.

I was impressed by the technical part of the building, at the top they came up with an idea to heat visitors with hot air in the open air in cold weather, cool! It looks cool. A location for insta norm lovers!

An unusual title. If there is a shortage of attractions in Minsk, I would classify it as a must-see place - a beautiful view from the roof - there is an observation deck.

The building is illuminated in the evening. The observation deck is closed on the 22nd floor and open on the 23rd floor. It is better to come in the evening, when the lighting on the streets turns on, beautiful photos from the observation deck. You can buy coffee.

A super place with a non-standard and interesting architecture. Convenient location. Reasonable prices for the observation deck. It's also cool to climb in a glass elevator. There are free binoculars upstairs and you can see a lot from the surrounding area. There's also a nice cafe upstairs with a beautiful view. Be sure to visit if you are in Minsk!

A gorgeous place! Ultra-modern for authentic Minsk. To the right of the main entrance, you can get to the observation deck. The view is gorgeous, and the ticket costs 300 rubles. There is also a nice restaurant upstairs (we couldn't resist dessert and coffee) and a gallery where exhibitions often change. After going downstairs, we walked through the park with fountains and got to the ceramics workshop. The place is great, be sure to include it in your visiting program.

It's a beautiful building, the library itself is on the second floor, and there are various exhibitions on the third floor. To get there, you must first go to the reception and get a plastic card with a piece of paper on which the number will be written by hand, then we stomp to the cash register and give the piece of paper with the number so that we can pay for the passage (2.5 rubles per person), after which we go to the turnstiles and give the plastic card to the guards and they let us through -))

I put 4 only because it is one of the main attractions of the city. And the rest... We decided with a friend to visit the observation deck of the library and, since this is a paid event, we went to get a ticket like normal people through the main entrance. Not finding the ticket office where tickets are sold, we went to the information window. There was a young lady standing against the opposite wall. We asked how to get to the observation deck. She said something softly and waved her hand vaguely to the side. Since there was music playing in the building, we didn't hear it and asked again. The young lady, without changing her position and without coming closer to the window, silently pointed us to the sign to our right, which indicates how to get to the ticket office of the observation deck. I.e. she was so busy that it was difficult for her to explain to us in words! It would be nice if there was a queue and she was tired of repeating everything, although this is an information window and, in my opinion, this is her job. And then we and a few other people were looking for an entrance to climb to this very site using vague signs.. And there is one ticket office and a long queue of people, including foreign tourists. But at 16.00 the ticket office closed for a technical break and people were waiting for 15! minutes until the ticket office opens. Why not make two cash registers that would work in turn so as not to inconvenience people? In general, we are looking at Europe, and the service leaves much to be desired... However, in fairness, I must say that once you get to the top, you forget about all the negative aspects, the view from above is amazing!

The view from the observation deck is magnificent. The main caveat here is that the library is geographically located in a residential area, where there is nothing really nearby except the panels. In any case, the view is gorgeous, informative and everything went smoothly. I got into a photo exhibition inside. Nice.

It is a great place, we try to visit it on every trip to Belarus. The roof offers a beautiful view of the city. There is also a fly in the ointment: problems with ventilation in the premises, the lack of branded tickets to the observation deck, the re-equipment of the roof with security elements, which lose all the thrill of exploring the city from a height. There are a lot of books in the library itself, as well as a stall at the entrance selling beautiful Belarusian books on history and ethnography. We always visit them too.

I really liked the attitude of the employees. Everything was suggested . they helped me figure it out. They helped me formulate my thoughts on what and where to look and look for. It's fast. They didn 't find anything they were looking for , but they found it in another place and the archive staff suggested this way . thanks

A unique building, delicious coffee in the cafe. The panoramic elevator caused outrage due to the crackling wiring. The views are not the most solemn from the observation deck, as this is a residential area. I decided to ride the Ferris wheel in the center of beautiful Minsk on my next visit.

Big , beautiful , bright , a lot of good things can be said . But I would like to draw the attention of the administration that there is not enough direction indicator . I went into the hall , I guess that I need to go through the turnstile, then I need an identified office number, but it's unclear in which direction to look . And you can only ask the turnstile guards, and you don't want to do that. Maybe I didn't see the pointer, but most likely it's not there. This is a minus for the library . By the way, I got the impression that the library is huge, and there are no employees in it. is it that quiet there or is everything so mechanized . Oh, by the way, the toilet. On the 1st floor , where there is a wardrobe , there is a toilet with toilets dug into the floor . It's amazing. I'm curious what the designers are guided by when designing such toilets. This is the most unergonomical form both from the point of view of use and from the point of view of cleanliness and from the point of view of cleaning .

I go here to study and prepare for exams, I really like this place, it's quiet, calm, there are several comfortable halls. One of my favorite opportunities is to order a coworking, there are several equipped coworking rooms where you can spend up to 4 hours. The staff is always friendly and calm. I recommend the library as a place to study and relax!

I planned to climb to the observation deck, walked across the city from Lenin Square. As a library, it is an incredibly beautiful, modern, unusual building. As an observation room, I did not like the view, if it could be considered, it was blocked by glass fences for safety reasons. I wouldn't go again…

The building itself is incredibly beautiful, the library area is very gentrified, cleanliness is monitored. The view from the observation deck is stunning, at a cost of 10 Belarusian rubles. The approach to the edge is limited by a grate and glass, but this does not prevent you from enjoying the view at all. Everything is safe.
