I would put 4.5 if it were possible. A good place with national cuisine and average prices.
The interior is 5 stars. The dishes are delicious, I ordered lagaman and manti. As a Tatar, I can say that mantas are not juicy)) There is no juice inside at all (so 4 out of 5)
I advise you to visit!

For delivery, the food does not match what you serve in the restaurant, I always order mantas with potatoes, they are half-cooked! Has your cook forgotten how to cook?! How many mantas are cooked , not 15 minutes, as you do, I left it for you, tomorrow I will come and treat you! You will appreciate your food!

I don't understand where the establishment got a rating of 5. Frankly tasteless, pilaf is not pilaf, but just rice with meat. The waiters seem to work for 3 days without a break: everything is barely, they broke a glass on the table when they were cleaning, asked to bring the child soup without greens, brought it with her, a whole scandal, did not eat. Thanks for at least redoing it.

And of course more gravy in the lagman. It's just a little bit like it's a pity that. Pickles are a parody of pickles. There is no children's menu, but the hostess girl recommended possible dishes for the child, 2 soups were ordered for lunch, the broth was very rich, a pleasant bonus was a compliment from the vision in the form of a sour-milk drink and mini bread. We are very disappointed with visiting this teahouse. I have been to Navat in Bishkek many times and it was amazing, the taste of the dishes, the service. In this teahouse, the taste of pilaf was worse than the one purchased from the store. My wife ordered a vegetable caesar, brought a mountain of lettuce and three strips of eggplant. The service is very long, although half of the tables were free. In general, disappointment. I don't recommend it.
