I came to Astana for work and decided to have dinner at the Navat cafe. The decor and interior are very cozy, and the chandeliers are just like from fairy tales about Aladdin🙂
On the first day, I ordered shurpa soup, manti, chebureks and tea.
The chebureks were very tasty, and the tea was divine. And the mantas were terrible, thick, thick dough and old meat.
But the service ruined everything, the waiters ignored me altogether, and when I left, they didn't even say goodbye.
On the second day, I had to come to Navat again, because this cafe is located next to the hotel.
I was served by the waiter Daulet. The most friendly and friendly waiter in the whole establishment.
I ordered pilaf, but it turned out to be not tasty.
Daulet brought a compliment to chuck chuck and crossed the pilaf off the bill.

I won't come next time, not to say that it's super tasty. Three points purely for the interior. In general, he talked very quietly, nothing was clear, did not know the menu well, could not tell what the dessert consists of, did not know that there is 1 piece of manta rays, and 5 pieces. But when ordering, we clarified several times that we order 1 piece each, as a result, I took out all the mantas for 5 pieces....he asked about the salad to make it spicy or not, I asked not to make it spicy, in the end I brought it spicy ... I said that the young man, you got it mixed up, you can try it yourself, to which the waiter tried this salad with my fork, well, that's it, I think waiters shouldn't do that, but just take it to the kitchen and tell the cook to redo the salad. I forgot about the third manta rays in the order, I already asked myself, and refused them. I poured tea strangely, I felt excitement. At the next table, the couple was also unhappy with his service. As a result, the salad was of course fixed, thank you very much, and in general another waiter tried to settle the situation, and thank you very much for that! But dear administration, give your employee a clearer briefing, let him learn the menu, the composition of the dishes, speak and tell more confidently, do not forget the items from the order! After all, we are guests, we wanted to relax and end the day with your wonderful place, but because of the service, there was an incredible desire to just get up and leave the restaurant. The waiter is of course nice and courteous, but one cannot do with a smile in such a service area)
