They didn't hit it right at all. We found a menu on the Internet, we wanted to try daily cabbage soup. The waiter said they didn't have that. Perhaps the menu on the Internet is new, only in Minsk so far. OK. We ordered borscht, salad and chop. Borscht was more or less nothing. The rest is simply not edible. But in the end, there was a surprise waiting for us. On the advertising booklet on the table it was written that there are cabbage soup. But the waiter said that they call them hangover soup, not daily. Apparently, you need to study the mat part before visiting.

We were in August. 4 adults and 1 child. We ordered several dishes from the lunch menu, one from the main menu, as well as from the children's menu. We were warned that the lunch menu would have to wait, and we agreed. But there was no talk about the main and children's menus. As a result: the dish on the lunch menu, as promised, was brought in half an hour, the main one was waited for 40 minutes, and the children's one, surprisingly, was brought the very last. No one liked the taste of the dishes. It's not salty, it's bland. Squid are cut into such 2 cm slices. Stuffed peppers without spices at all. And so it is for each dish. Among the advantages: a very beautiful, atmospheric location, the city center.

The impressions of visiting this institution are not unambiguous. It all depends on the shift.
I've been there several times, but after the last one, all desire to return there disappeared.
We came with friends to try dumplings using the promo code "Cream". The waiter girl said that it was necessary to order a kilogram of dumplings in advance, and that they would not cook them in the institution and offered to give us frozen ones.
But we can order the same kilogram of dumplings from the menu, which is very strange.
We ordered, after 20 minutes I specified how much longer to wait for the order, to which the waiter girl said that about 20 minutes had passed since the order, I said that 20 minutes had already passed, to which she said that only 10 had passed. I agreed with her, and we agreed that in about 10 minutes our order would be delivered to us.
It took about 20 more minutes, for a total of 40, I again clarified the waiting time, to which she said that the order would be ready within 5 minutes.
As a result, we waited 50 minutes from the moment of ordering before the first portion of dumplings was brought to us, the last portion was brought to us after 1 hour and 5 minutes, when all the others had already been eaten.
No one apologized, no one warned that they would have to wait for such a long time.
Moreover, one of the portions of dumplings was just terrible, as if they had been defrosted, they stuck together and then they were thrown into the water, there was just some kind of incomprehensible mass of dough with potatoes. The rest of the portions were quite tasty, there are no complaints about them.
The waiter girl was not pleasant to communicate with and was not customer-oriented. She was the only one wearing a black uniform, unlike the others, apparently it was also the administrator.
The second star is still for the fact that in the previous times when we were there, everything was fine, the order was prepared very quickly and tasty.
But once it can completely spoil the impression of the institution, I sincerely hope the management will read this comment and draw conclusions.

We decided to visit this institution, and, unfortunately, I can say little positive about it. We came here when there were several empty tables, a friendly waiter (one of the few advantages) brought us the menu and we chose the dishes. Unfortunately, we were aware of the cooking time (1-1.5 hours) after we selected our dishes and set up for lunch at this institution. Since we were in no hurry, we agreed to wait. As a result, the first course was brought 30 minutes later, so it seemed that the waiters were deliberately scaring away visitors, but it's just not clear why. The company of people who took the order 5 minutes earlier than ours, also had a full lunch in 30 minutes. Unfortunately, the salad that I wanted to order initially ran out, and I was advised a Jewish salad with eggplant and chicken. At first it was very tasty, until I started to feel some kind of cracking on my teeth. I sincerely hope that it was not sand or dirt from greens and cucumbers, but some spices, but I can hardly believe it. We also ordered a tasting set of tinctures, regardless of the initially stated degrees, they all gave off the purest alcohol, it was impossible to drink it. There are no questions about mussels in raw sauce, it was delicious. There was a lemon stone inside our smelt, perhaps along with the layout, because we had not watered the dish with lemon juice before. To be honest, the impression of the restaurant is so-so, even in other cities I don't really want to visit it.

I expected more when I went to the cafe. First, the waiters meet the guests, serve them, and count on them. There will be no one permanently assigned to you, we were served by 4 people. They are not particularly friendly with each other, they even jostle. The second is the administrator. She is a formidable woman who has no place except in the hall. She sat dissatisfied, surrounded by papers, then the same and walked around the hall. The third thing is that my child and I have already reached the second course, but my wife has not yet brought the first one (chicken breast stuffed with spinach). After the question, when? They brought it. Let's just say waiting for this chicken was the best thing about this chicken. The fourth and last thing is that we didn't have time to finish eating, but they already brought us a cup with a receipt. Thank you, of course, very much - it would be better if you brought the dishes so promptly.
In general, the expectations of the visit were not fulfilled. A big name, a lot of advertising, but in fact - not very much.

The food is delicious, although for the third time one of the dishes was cold (which surprised a lot).

I bought a promo code on cream and came to this "wonderful" place on 16.09. The waitress who came up didn't know about the cream and went to clarify the information, another waitress who took the order warned that not all dumplings could be ordered, because there were some problems in the kitchen, I ordered a portion of dumplings. But the fact that the dish should be waited for like the second coming, unfortunately, I was not warned. After sitting for 40 minutes (during this time, no one came up to me, asked if I wanted to order something else or just apologize for the long wait), realizing that guests are not welcome here, I left hungry in English.
Now being in Grodno, I know which place is better to avoid because the service leaves much to be desired.

Disgusting attitude towards visitors with children. Situation: today we were walking with our daughter (9 years old) and a friend with a small child (2 years old). We got hungry and decided to eat. We went around 5-7 places, but did not find a suitable menu for a little girl. She needed a cutlet and mashed potatoes. We are hungry too. As a result, they took doners for themselves, and decided to feed the baby in Odessa mom. We sat down at a table to eat, while we wanted to order another meal there. I called the waiter, and he immediately makes a remark to me that you can't go there with your food. I asked if the shops opposite were their territory. He said no. At that moment, drinks (mors and milkshake) were brought, and then food for the baby. As a result, we sat down to eat on the benches, and our children ran to us from the table to the benches. My friend fed the little one at the table and ate herself on the bench at the same time. This is the first time I've ever seen this, it's some kind of bestial attitude towards visitors. But this is not the end of the story. As a result, I asked our waiter to call the receptionist and bring a book of complaints and suggestions. And I asked her why I had to eat like a dog on a bench, and my child was rushing between the table and the bench, not understanding what was going on at all. To which she pointed out to me an ad that you can't take your food with you. When I opened the book of complaints and comments, I saw interesting things: complaints and comments are not numbered, the sheets in the book are crumbling, and one even had lipstick prints in the form of kisses. When I asked her if she was showing the book in this form with the pages falling out to the inspectors, she replied "yes."
That's such a high-quality service and customer orientation.
