The hot stuff was expected for an hour. Full boarding was only on the veranda, 3 tables were occupied in the hall. The waiters are polite, but the fact that the long serving of dishes should be warned in advance. Also in the hall, half of the tables and chairs are covered with wet napkins… I'll tell you a terrible secret, but for these purposes, clothes dryers are sold in stores, in extreme cases, ropes. I didn't want to go back, Moscow tastes better and the service is better.

The music is great, and the service and the attitude of the waiters are just terrible.Arrogant , they ruined the whole mood.But these are all small things, we ordered 2 milk cocktails from the children's menu, the children vomited at night with a high temperature, milk flakes (considering that they did not eat anything else).They were lucky (to the institution) that it was Saturday, Sunday.But we will send an application to the sanitary department.How can you do this to children!!!September 1st!

After visiting the Odessa Mama restaurant in Grodno, only negative impressions remained. 07/19/2013 we booked a table for 9 people at 6.30 pm. They arrived on time. We waited 10 minutes outside until they found a table for us.
At 18.45 we were allowed to the table. The menu did not correspond to reality, many items were missing. We made a big order. We were warned that the waiting time can reach 40 minutes. The result was the following – about 20 minutes later, a bread plate and tea were brought. After 30-40 minutes, they brought cold soup and chicken kebabs for children. After an hour of waiting, they brought a bread plate with a set of 3 sauces instead of the ordered forshmak and salsa.
After waiting for 2 hours, we demanded to cancel the remaining orders and provide an invoice. We were told that everything was ready and everything would be served now, in addition, beer would be brought to us at the expense of the institution, one glass turned out to be with kvass instead of beer.
After 2 hours and 10 minutes, they finally brought a large fish plate, a dish with chebureks, dumplings with cherries, and French fries for children.
While waiting for the order, everyone has already eaten bread with these spreads and the appetite has completely disappeared.
The mood was completely ruined. The remaining orders were put into the vessels and taken away with them.
Don't set foot in this place anymore.

Unfortunately, the kebab and the cradle were overexposed, dry. And the pancakes are tasteless, there is no salt, even the mushroom sauce did not help. Dumplings with potatoes are flat, there is little filling, too much salt..
Interior +,you can come to drink wine or beer and listen to live music. Thanks for her, the evening was still a success thanks to the good company and the voice of your singer :)

Lunch with a small company turned into a torment!
Of the advantages, I will note only the interior.
The waiter initially did not radiate a welcoming look (as a result, he did not really want to take orders, constantly brought dishes and asked who ordered it, in places there was hidden rudeness in his words). As a result: even with 30-40 percent of the institution's load, the wait for food ranged from 20 minutes to 2+ hours! The food was served in a chaotic and disorderly sequence (which means that tea was brought first, then after 30 minutes the first, and after another 40 minutes the second).
There is a menu on the table that does not correspond to reality (of the 4 positions I selected, 3 ended up in the "stop menu" section or were simply missing). Keep in mind when visiting this institution that you will only be able to pay in cash or by card (phone, watch and other smart gadgets and applications in them have not yet reached here)! I don't want to say bad things about the kitchen, but it won't work out well either. Well, for finishing off the calculation, the staff skillfully counted the checks with errors in their direction. I do not recommend the establishment, even if there are no more places in other catering establishments in the whole city.

The staff is polite and friendly.
But not cleanly. There are crumbs on the tables. We took the napkins ourselves from the next table.
The most terrible thing is that when we sat down at a table, a cockroach crawled out of the window next to us. It's big enough.
It was removed, at our request, but in silence.
The food is 50/50. I liked the salad with squid and shrimp very much. Everything is harmonious. But the mussels in the raw sauce are bland. I wouldn't order them anymore.

There is no place worse! They put us on the veranda and gave us a menu. The menus turned out to be different...it turned out that they got mixed up, accidentally gave the old one. When they came to take the order 30 minutes later, the man at the next table (thank him very much) said: do you know that you have to wait 2 hours? We were surprised to ask the waiter again, who confirmed that yes, the wait was indeed AT LEAST 2 hours. It should be noted that we were with two children. And NO ONE, escorting us to the table, warned us about such a feature of the institution. Of course, we didn't order and left. I have never seen a more boorish attitude towards clients in my life. If you have not learned how to give dishes on time, do not work as a restaurant. And not to warn a family with two hungry children that they have to wait 2 hours for food...I don't even know what it's called.

Absolutely not! Yesterday we arrived in the city for the first time and went to this courtyard to eat. Monday, 8 p.m., not a full landing: we waited for food for 1 hour and 10 minutes! Moreover, not very complicated dishes: cutlets and roast in a frying pan. Then we looked around, several people around had the same thing. So, most likely it's about the cook and the kitchen!
An hour later I went to deal with the administrator, apologized, brought two glasses of wine with a bonus and food, finally. And ... the cutlets are delicious, and mashed potatoes are all made of lumps, it is impossible:(
The mood was not very good after such a hike...

I'll start in order: I came in the evening on a weekday, chose a place, sat down. The table was dirty from the crumbs of the previous guest. I waited for about 20 minutes until I got tired and shouted at the waiter, then I got acquainted with the menu for another 25 minutes, until again I clicked on the waiter and made an order. (45 minutes from arrival to order), then they told me sorry, the dishes will be in an hour and a half: fish with mashed potatoes and 3 chebureks... well, since I spent an hour without 10 minutes, I decided to go to the end.
Next on the food: they brought fish filled with oil rigidly (there is about as much oil as fish), fortunately the oil is at least with garlic and herbs. And instead of mashed potatoes, baked potatoes! I generally like baked potatoes, but at least it's strange to have one on the menu and serve another.
Next, chebureks: 3 chebureks were simply written in the menu, without a description of the composition. I decided that chebureks are with meat by default, but no: one was with cheese, the second with potatoes, the third with meat. As a person who does not digest lactose, I take off my hat) it was delicious with potatoes, but with meat, well, for my taste, meat slightly diluted with something neutral. But out of all three chebureks, by definition, only one was called cheburek.
Criticism is criticism, but what can I advise the chef of the restaurant, as a person familiar with the kitchen: if cooking takes a long time, you need to cut the number of dishes or better organize the kitchen. And 3 more waiters for 15 occupied tables, well, this does not justify such slowness in service. It was especially funny when the waitress in charge of my sector walked around me, but did not notice me (my table was in the center). If she has little wit, then you can train her to serve tables in a certain order, then there will be no passes.

As for me, a great place: good emotions, polite and helpful staff, we waited 15-20 minutes for the order. No stress. They came with a child, and there was a rug with toys - the man immediately found something to do. As for the kitchen, we didn't order anything, but everything was delicious and nicely served. One thing is, the music could have played a little quieter, but I noticed it after about an hour or more)

In general, it's average. Borscht is cold and, surprisingly, with beans. The lamb is ordinary. The son took his favorite pasta in the navy and winced (how can you spoil this dish?). The mini kebab is dry and not tasty without sauce. However, pickled onions were given to it, even those who hate onions in general ate it. Only sambusaki with blueberries saved from failure! Amazing yummy!
