A calm sanatorium with standard procedures. Accommodation and treatment in the same building. The menu is customized. The power supply in 2 shifts is not very well-established. The menu is complete, but monotonous. The staff is friendly, the management takes note of the comments and promises to fix everything). A new building with a swimming pool is due to open in 2024.

Beautiful territory. A large, cozy beach with a gazebo, barbecue and benches. It is convenient that everything is in one building, you do not need to go somewhere 1-2 km to another building. Terrible service!
I am interested in an offer with a 30% discount. In 4 days I was able to get through to book a tour and no one called me back, although I left a request. I am very upset that I spent so much effort and energy. They respond to viber with difficulty and do not have the information. The desire to go to this sanatorium has disappeared.

The sanatorium is good, the medical service is excellent.The staff is friendly.Beds and pillows need to be replaced, it is not possible to sleep on them, the neck hurts. Leisure activities of vacationers are trying to organize in a variety of ways.The menu should include more vegetables (zucchini, pepper, eggplant, stewed cabbage).

Recently we had a rest at the Primorsky sanatorium. Here's what you can say about him :
* It's cool in the sanatorium;
* The lack of an elevator, people with musculoskeletal problems are clearly not here;
* Everything is located in one building;
* There is no swimming pool, trips to the neighboring sanatorium are paid;
* all staff are friendly, good attitude;
*procedures included in the package 7-8, the rest for an additional fee;
*the food is ordered, people complained, they began to cook better, soup with meat 1 time a week, little fruit;
* there is practically no leisure for children, there is a children's room, but there is no teacher in it, there are few toys, often it is simply closed;
*a small library;
* excursions are repeated every week, there is no variety, groups are not recruited.
* children are taken to school;
* for 3 rubles, you can order the washing of personal items ;
*there is an iron at the reception
*the room has a TV, a set of dishes, towels, shower, toilet, wardrobe, no kettle;
*there is a good stall on the territory where you can buy almost everything - household goods, snacks, haberdashery, toys, if something is missing, they will bring :)

A cool sanatorium, near the Minsk sea, the beach. We were in winter, but we still had a great rest. Comfortable rooms, medical treatment, delicious food and entertainment in the evenings. I can imagine how cool it is there in the summer!!! I advise everyone!

We came to this sanatorium with a desire to get treated, what was waiting for us.... at first they confused us with other people and moved into another room, then they decided to sign up for procedures and it's not so easy... the procedures we wanted are all busy.... meaning ??? The service is very poor, there is no organization. They were on their own. No additional information was announced, to take a bike you need to run around the floors. It's a shame. It feels like you're just at a recreation center.

The staff is very polite, the rooms are for different budgets. They are very clean, cleaned every day. The food is standard. If you have no complaints, then it will suit you. Some comrades are not happy with the food, but we liked everything. The location is convenient. Zaslavl and Minsk are nearby. There is no pool yet, but in summer you can swim in the Minsk Sea, and the rest of the time they take you to the sports complex.

If it were possible to give this wonderful sanatorium 1000 points, without hesitation, I would! EVERYTHING is excellent: the territory, the building, friendly and highly qualified staff, food, medical procedures, leisure! Everything is at the highest level! I am updating the review: we had a rest in early June 2021 and now, in April 2022, we came again. Everything is just as wonderful, almost all the same wonderful and friendly people work, the food is at the same high level - everything is delicious and nutritious, excellent procedures that really help.

One of the disadvantages is a dirty, smelly mattress. On my request to replace, the maid said that there is not a single mattress to replace. My omission is that I did not go to the director with this question.

I liked the sanatorium, the most important thing I wanted to focus on is the attitude of people towards you, very polite, always in any of your problems regarding the appointment of procedures and the schedule of their conduct and their execution, you encounter excellent mutual understanding and goodwill, a sincere desire of people to help you in any situation. Good non-stressful food three meals a day ( Monday , Wednesday , Friday )- just kidding. Large parking lot for cars . Well , something like that.

Sanatorium for recreation on social vouchers, and for people aged 75 and above,. Sanatorium of the Society of the Deaf...the level of service is low. We were not greeted politely at the reception desk.next, the doctor was waiting for us, rude, indifferent, very annoyed, who did not delve into anything., did not look at our chart, the tests too..the procedures were prescribed for nothing... My husband and I canceled half of them for ourselves. Excursions are a separate review - just terrible.. So the organizer of the sanatorium praised the Brest Fortress- Belovezhskaya Pushcha excursion to us. I warn everyone not to take this tour. It's a waste of money, time and health. It takes almost 9 hours to get there and back. And there they just chase you running through the Brest fortress, visit 1 museum out of 5. And everything is running, they don't even let you take a photo. We were driving there from Irkutsk, it was important for us to stand in silence at the walls of the fortress, honor the memory of its heroes- defenders, and instead run through the holy places. And how can you combine the Brest Fortress and the Forest in general (by the way, in the Forest we also ran along the valliers, the elderly could no longer, stayed on the bus...and we didn't understand anything at all...Later I told the organizer at the sanatorium why they do not warn and do not speak objectively about the worthlessness of this excursion, pure commerce. The rooms are very cold, they were from May 15 to May 25, 2022, I asked for a heater, the super "polite" receptionist replied that these questions were not for her, but for whom she also kept silent. I turned to the hostess's sister, said no, and after 20 minutes she brought a 5-liter bottle of water and an empty 2-liter plastic bottle and a kettle to our room. We did not immediately understand what kind of gesture this was from the sanatorium. We were offered to heat water, pour it into a bottle and sleep like that, warming our feet, my husband and I still laughingly recall such care. The room is not so cozy, disgusting yellow, dirty curtains and the same bedspread, towels are not fresh, washed, the room is cleaned once a week, there was no water for 2 days, one cooler per floor, there is always no water in it. The food is poor, everything that is given is not tasty. Among the entertainment is a disco with 2-3 dancers. One torment and loss of money...We will never come back here.

We bought a ticket to the sanatorium through intermediaries, as it turned out, the price tag is inadequate, highly inflated. We bought a suite for 12 days. We arrived at 10 a.m. at check-in from 8.00. But we got to the doctor who should prescribe the procedures only after 16.00. In general, the day of treatment was lost. Pre-buying vouchers, they applied for treatment of the musculoskeletal system. That minimum list has not been fully assigned. On the second day of the appointment of physical therapy, it was canceled altogether due to the fact that one specialist was on vacation, and the second simply quit. And if we hadn't gone ourselves to replace it with some other procedures, then no one would have remembered. Upon arrival and appointment of procedures, no one explains what and how, but all with claims, why they came without sheets, which should already be in the room, but there was nothing. There were problems with changing bed linen and towels all the time. A week later they asked to replace it, they hardly found two sets, but they had to change some of the towels themselves. No one took the dirty kit away until the end of our stay, because during the whole time they only took out the garbage and vacuumed it once. With a double bed, there is a blanket of 1.5. The room has one bathroom very small, there is a shower stall, toilet and washbasin. But at the same time, in another bathroom there was a two-seater Jacuzzi bath, which, to turn on, you need to go out into the corridor and turn on/off the switch. The bed has no reading lights, the bedside table is only on one side. In short, the suite is a Soviet department. The food for the sanatorium is probably normal, but people complained and after that they began to feed even more. We had enough and that's why it's fine. The treatment is on schedule, so you approach the appointed time and do not wait. The staff is friendly and helpful. Additionally, a number of treatments + spa were taken for a fee. The area around is not very well maintained, even for Belarus it is very surprising. Ducks and swans walk along the beach, which accordingly shit there. There are sun loungers, but I still think it's not pleasant for people. The location of the sanatorium is convenient, 10 km from Minsk, if there is a car, it is generally good, you can ride to Minsk every evening. The sanatorium offers a number of excursions. The free tour/bonus on Komsomolsk Lake in Minsk did not impress at all. It would be better to take them to the WWII Museum. I think it would be much more interesting.
There is a playroom for children, there is only a trampoline and a swing on the playground.
In the evening, we heard that some cultural events were being organized, but we did not attend them, so we cannot evaluate them.
The conclusion is simple. It's not worth it for that kind of money. The first experience of visiting health resorts in Belarus is just like this. But a bad experience is also an experience. I hope the medical procedures will have a positive effect on the immune system in winter.

I didn't like everything except the room. The food is not very tasty, and there is nowhere else to buy. There is nothing at all for children, entertain them as you want (and the representative of the intermediary Sanatorium said that there is a magnificent playground there). There is no way to go to the city, the bus is twice a day. The city taxi does not go, I had to call through the administrator (and this is twice as expensive) We are very disappointed.If someone still has a desire to go, then buy a ticket directly on the sanatorium's website. The intermediary Sanatorium charges unreasonably expensive, directly 15,000 cheaper. I didn't want to offend anyone.

We have been vacationing here since August 21st. My first wish was to turn around and leave. Such a painful impression was made by literally everything around: the territory, the room with dark gray curtains and bedspreads, terrible bed linen with holes and stains. The paths in the corridors are dirty, old, and have been lying apparently since the very foundation of the sanatorium. They remained only thanks to the administrator Alla Mikhailovna. She probably has not been used to such a reaction from visitors for a long time. With a smile, humor, she reacted quite calmly to all our far from flattering statements, my mother and I calmed down and decided to just relax and accept the situation as it is, if nothing can be changed. Now about nutrition. The menu is customized, a choice of 2 dishes, but mostly everything is tasteless, poorly cooked. Fruits are bought again, apparently the cheapest, small, rotten, tasteless. Sour cream or jam in pancakes and fritters is put half a spoon or not at all. There is nowhere else to buy something. The proximity of Minsk promised on the website is deceptive. The bus rarely runs, it is necessary to combine trips with procedures somehow. If someone without a car has nothing to do here. There are no questions about the procedures. The medical staff is very attentive and friendly. There are a lot of paid ones, but it's like everywhere else. The promised beach is a small patch of sand overgrown with grass. To reach it along the destroyed asphalt path without twisting your leg is still a quest. Conclusion: those who write good reviews, apparently, have not seen anything better. But for us it was, of course, a shock and stress. We have been to other sanatoriums in Belarus and therefore there is something to compare it with. I would not advise anyone to come here.

We had a rest with my mother in May: they are well fed, the sanatorium has its own access to the Minsk Sea, the procedures in combination with fresh air are healing. We went to Minsk by bus, and returned in the evening by taxi. So you won't get bored!)

I just arrived from the Primorsky sanatorium. To say that I was shocked is to say nothing. What was promised and what I saw was very different. Firstly, for patients with musculoskeletal system and there is no elevator, and it was very difficult and painful to carry things up the stairs and walk up and down. When visiting the doctor, I asked for treatment for an additional fee, since there are many concomitant diseases, but I received the answer - you can't have a big check-in tomorrow. The dining room is sparse and tasteless. The neighbor in the dining room filmed everything on video, I hope for the result. My thanks to the medical staff, all the women are super, polite, courteous. Three stars and only for the treatment. But there's no way there either.

Nutrition, in principle, is not bad, if you do not take into account the mannikin (this is not a mannikin and not a casserole, this is what did not work out ...) and constantly cooled food.
The pillows had to be changed, it felt like someone had died on them several times) the hostess came, shook her head, agreed and barely took away the pood, "fragrant" feather pillows. I 'm not even talking about the mattress with the blanket anymore, everything is old and, judging by the smell, it 's unlikely to be processed!
The TV turns on no earlier than 15 minutes after it is turned on 😅
The master on TV came, looked, diagnosed "change", as from the movie "cut...." and disappeared into nowhere!
And yesterday something happened that is the norm at any recreation center, but not in a sanatorium!
At 21.00, the DJ took the speaker outside and turned it on at full power! Dad and I couldn't hear each other, given that the balcony was closed.
When asked to turn it down, he says that he cannot, because, I quote: "someone was pinned to take the disco out into the street!"
I do not know to whom, but neither the one to whom it was pinned to the other, nor anyone danced! The street was empty!
To the question, to whom? No response was received. He says, write a complaint! Wrote.✍🏼 What else should we do 🤷♀️
The administrator also can't do anything until I said that I would have to call the police and asked for the director's phone number.
Only after that, she called someone, then that someone called the DJ and apparently gave the order to remove the speakers from the street.

Everything needs to be begged, the linen needs to be changed, I begged for the sheets for the procedures on the second day only, towels, like linen, I'm waiting for them to be changed. The answer is one - they did not deliver, it was over, etc., they say, you see how many people!!!

I feel like a charitable foundation that paid for and came to see where my money went…

Sanatorium of the Soviet version. The second building has not been opened yet (they say they have been building for 10 years) there is no swimming pool, they take you to the neighbors 2 times a week (if you're lucky enough to sign up). The food is normal, but not very varied. There are not many procedures, those that are doing well. The medical staff is good, the administrators are too, but they may forget to record the procedures (keep an eye out).

We rested in the sanatorium from June 16 to 24, 2022. We are very disappointed. The rest conditions do not correspond to those stated on the website and by the managers of the Sanatorium. The food is very tasteless, monotonous. There is no baking. There is nowhere to buy groceries nearby. The service is not up to par. We were put in a room with a broken bed. The staff knew about it, but it was repaired only after our urgent request. There may be no drinking water in the coolers in the evening. The administrator replies that this is not her problem. There is no swimming pool, the Jacuzzi does not work, there is no catamaran rental, there are no water walks along the reservoir either. We will not go to this sanatorium anymore and will not advise anyone. I hope that the administration will draw conclusions and will at least respect the guests who came to them, paying a lot of money for the rest.

I want to express my admiration for the excellent Primorskiy sanatorium! A lot of procedures every day and clean air, near the Minsk sea, we signed up for the pool, we take an organized bus! There is artesian water in the taps in the rooms! In a restaurant, you order from the menu what you want for the next day! The staff is very friendly, during the rest time it is really relaxing with your soul, mind and body)
Trips/excursions around the city and attractions are organized! We are vacationing with our son now in March 2020, we are delighted! So far, the best sanatorium I've been to (I was in Belorusochka, in Lazurny, in Case, etc.)
My advice is to take a trip in the summer, then you can swim and sunbathe in the Minsk Sea on a separate beach from the sanatorium (at least this was indicated in the information on the website), and relax more often in the fresh air After all, March is not the warmest month...

We have been to the sanatorium 3 times already. I liked everything, if you don't find fault with the little things.A middle-class sanatorium. The staff responded, tried to solve all the requests. Treatment in the building, no need to run around the territory. It's a pity the paraffin stove broke down. They were treated only with mud applications. Diet food, but satisfying. I was really hungry by the time. 1 person did not go with us, so they refunded the full cost of the ticket on the same day. Thank you very much. We will come to you again.
