Excellent hotel in the center of Yerevan. Clean, cozy, large comfortable bed, all accessories in the room, tea corner, water every day, minibar. The breakfast at the hotel is very varied-for every taste and nutritional needs. There are a lot of decent restaurants near the hotel, Republic Square and the metro station of the same name are not far away. There are shops, within walking distance of the main attractions of the city and an excellent tour agency (its advertising on city maps, which are distributed at the airport exit), Vernissage (a market with souvenirs for tourists), a pedestrian street with a variety of branded shops.

Great hotel. Great location - everything is nearby. The price tag is slightly too high, but it will certainly be good. The breakfasts are good, there is fresh, seasonal fruits. They solve the problems of guests who, as it were, have nothing to do with them. They helped me with a flat tire of a rented car, for which I thank you very much. We are always ready to help with business and advice. Of the minuses, we were given a room with a smaller bed, but we had no time to change the room, they only came to the hotel to spend the night.

Very polite staff, a friendly girl met at checkin. She gave us rooms on the same floor. The room is spacious and cozy. There are two different types of pillows (I finally found for myself not a super soft one, like everywhere else, but a normal elastic pillow), but a mattress of low stiffness (very soft, I'm used to hard ones). View of the courtyard. Excellent breakfasts: strawberries, cherries, smoothies, freshly squeezed orange juice, churchkhela, cheesecakes, pancakes and other croissants are very fresh and airy. It was sparkling on the weekend. The location is perfect, 5 minutes from the main square and the pedestrian street. The street is noisy, with cafes with porches and parties in the evenings, walking at night is not scary. I recommend the hotel, I will stay in it again

Excellent location, just 2 minutes from Republic Square and St.Abovyan. On the upper floors, Ararat is visible from the windows of the room in good weather (10th floor). We took a family room, there was a small kitchen island in the room, with a stove, sink, kettle and tea accessories, but there were no dishes to cook and eat. It is possible that we should have asked about this, but they did not offer it to us at the reception. The room itself is large, with 2 rooms, each with its own toilet and shower. There was no built-in extractor hood in the bathrooms in our room. There is something like a living room with a sofa, a table and a TV. The room left a pleasant impression.

The room is very dirty. Fungus and mold in the shower stall. The shower product is diluted so much that practically water splashes. There are full tables at breakfast, but in fact there is nothing to eat. Everything is three days fresh. The only thing is that they cook an omelet in front of the client. But even here it is not without comments. The desk clerk doesn't work at night, so you carry your suitcases to the room yourself. The only advantage is the location.

On the positive side, very comfortable beds and high–quality room cleaning. The impression was spoiled by several moments: 1. Breakfast. Initially, the room with breakfast was paid for one. The two of us arrived, we were only asked to pay extra for the second person's breakfast. They named the number of nights and the amount for breakfast for me. We paid for it. The next day they call us and say that the receptionist confused and counted 4 breakfasts for us instead of 6. We need to pay extra. On the third day, they catch up with me at breakfast and say that it was paid for only one. It was unpleasant, but I had breakfast anyway, since this breakfast was definitely paid for. She expressed her displeasure to the administrator. 2. Washing. There was no price list form and a bag for things in our room. I hand-wrote a list of things and put them in my bag. They took it from me and about an hour later they brought what was originally missing. In the evening, we were billed, which exceeded the cost of things. If the amount had been announced before the things were taken away, no complaints. But it was unpleasant to get it in fact. The girl at the reception said: "I'll try to do something." They didn't contact us anymore. The form was filled out according to my list without my presence, there is no signature of mine. 3. The way things were returned. Knowing what things might bring during my work call, I turned on the "do not disturb" signal. Just during the call, they started knocking on my door and shouting loudly for several minutes. When they didn't get an answer from me, they called my room. If it was still possible to ignore the knock and continue the meeting, then it is difficult to ignore the phone call. I had to pick up the phone and answer it. The receptionist later said: "They tried to bring things to you, but you had a red light on." And it was turned on so that they wouldn't try to bring it! Things, of course, are ironed and on individual hangers, but the smell of powder is very bright. I have allergies, so I walked and sneezed the rest of the days until I washed it at home. Maybe it would be OK for a 2-3 star hotel, but not with 4 stars, and not for ~$150/night. I take off one star for each of the frustrating items and leave two for cleaning and the location of the hotel.

The optimal combination of price and quality, I did not count on super wow, but I was pleasantly surprised, good sound insulation in the room, this is very important for me, just an ideal location two steps from Republic Square, a cozy room, a very comfortable mattress. Of the minuses, a slightly damaged shower cabin, the absence of any kind in the standard rooms, but not critical. If I return to Yerevan, I will be happy to stay at this hotel again.

A stupid house is just not a hotel, I do not recommend it to anyone, it all started with the fact that you need to park your car somewhere, come pay for the room only then go to the parking lot, which simply does not fit into reasonable thoughts, then the price does not match the repair, killed rooms like in Soviet guest houses, there are no words alone Emotions, just all pass by!!!!!

Location: city center! What did not please: the small conference room is stuffy and cramped, the lack of tables adds discomfort, especially if you have to sit all day. Otherwise, everything is great, only if you are not a non-smoker on the smoking floor - it is better to clarify this point when checking in.

Slippers of good quality, you want to take them with you as a souvenir. What is unusual: a booking room is cheaper than when booking directly. Large high bed, nice bed linen. The pillows are a little harsh, I wanted them softer. Breakfast can be ordered at the hotel, but we didn't use it, so I can't say anything about the quality. In general, I boldly recommend it!
