A beautiful, modern hotel! Location for 5+. Everything is nearby. The rooms are huge, the breakfast is delicious. Smart lighting in the room is a little confusing, but it's from the habit.

They lived with the company from April 12-15, 2023. Advantages: the location of the hotel, water in the room, friendly staff. The food is normal, you have to wait for scrambled eggs or an omelet. Cons: the TV was never fixed, the swastika on the pillow and the bedspread, the view of the courtyard to the apartment building and no view, very noisy with the window open, slamming doors, suffocating and pungent smell of perfume at the reception at the entrance to the hotel! It's just cruel and you can suffocate like that! The rooms are packed for that kind of money. Upon eviction, they said that I used the minibar and beer from the bar, but I don't drink beer! I was surprised, and reported that I did not drink beer and I immediately, ok ok)) Everything in the room is in local and English, there is no Russian, although most of the Russian speakers in the hotel. My colleague left an expensive lens and headphones in the room, the hotel assures that they did not leave anything ... maybe it's true, although who will already disassemble and return long items

The smell! One word that ruined the whole impression of the hotel. They gave me a room with a balcony. There was an ashtray on the table, and there was a strong smell of cigarettes and dust from the curtains. The reception said that the room is non-smoking. But it smelled like they were smoking in the room! They aired it for two hours, but in no way, it's difficult to breathe. We were offered to change the room. Two options were proposed, but they have a very strong perfume smell. Perhaps there are such specific cleaning products in the hotel, but it resembles a sweet, stable perfume. At the reception, they explained to the girl that I was allergic to perfume, that it was hard for me to breathe, but they couldn't just offer a clean room without smells, they refused to refund the money for the room. If you open the window, you can hear the construction site from the street. But there is no choice, because otherwise there is a very strong smell! Please warn people that there will be fragrances and perfume smells inside!
