Against the general background of hotel prices and the price-quality ratio is quite decent. Great location. Nearby there are shops, cafes, exchange offices, "Arbat" within walking distance. The rooms are well equipped, I personally lacked a heated towel rail. There is an air conditioner, but it makes terrible noise. There is a cookery on the ground floor (where breakfast is served from the hotel), so if the windows of the room overlook the courtyard, it will smell strongly of cooking. The coffee in the cookery is disgusting for breakfast, but further down the hall there is a coffee point where you can buy a decent double espresso or cappuccino, whoever likes what.
Upon my arrival, an incident occurred (the room was almost given to another person), so the advice is - if you check in after 00:00 of the day of the start of booking (i.e. for the next) - warn the hotel by whatsapp, not through booking or some other application.

Very convenient location.
The street is one of the central ones for hiking, there are attractions nearby.
The metro is a 10-minute walk away.
The rooms have everything you need, even dental kits.
On the ground floor there is a cookery and a cafe, there is also breakfast.
Please note, the menu changes once a week.
The principle of breakfast is to choose a complex of three options, so on the fourth day everything repeats for you.
Friendly staff.

A good hotel in the city center, excellent location within walking distance of Mega, green market, many restaurants and cafes. The girls at the reception greatly spoiled the impression. They do not understand what they are being told and do not understand what is wanted from them. A copy of the receipt was given to the closing documents, not the original. She asked me for my original, they showed me that they didn't understand what I was talking about. During the earthquake, the administrator ran out into the street, while not bothering to notify the guests that it was necessary to leave the building.
The breakfasts are gorgeous, sometimes we had dinner at the same cookery and took it for lunch, since local dishes, be sure to buy Chuck Chuck from them. The staff is polite, there are always a lot of people.

A small hotel with an excellent location. The rooms are comfortable, there is everything you need. Breakfast is served in the cafe located on the ground floor, we have a choice of three options. The breakfasts are adequate for an adult man, but the coffee is disgusting.
One of the disadvantages is the lack of an elevator (for people with disabilities and the elderly). Poor room cleaning. The cleaning consisted of changing towels and making the bed, I did not notice wet cleaning. The room faced the street, and therefore it was very noisy with the window open even at night.

In general, I liked the hotel, clean, cozy, with Parking. The view from the window is certainly not any and the room smells of pastries, because there is a cafe on the ground floor, but this is not critical. Excellent breakfasts, but they take place in a cafe on the ground floor and you can't go there in a bathrobe and slippers, because the cafe is not at the hotel, but an ordinary urban one with general access. You will have to walk to the center and attractions or take a taxi.

The hotel is located in the center. Very clean, of course I'm not Elena Letuchaya, I didn't run around the room with a white napkin, but outwardly everything is cool! The rooms are bright and spacious. There is a refrigerator, a safe, a hairdryer, air conditioning, all hygiene products, bathrobes, bath accessories according to the number of guests. Rooms are cleaned daily. I will definitely recommend it to my friends. And I'll come myself. ♥️

I liked it: excellent clean rooms, daily cleaning, helpful staff.
Of the small disadvantages:
1) Breakfast is organized not by the hotel itself, but by an agreement with the cafeteria on the 1st floor. For breakfast, either porridge with pancakes or scrambled eggs with sausages, while porridge often does not happen by 9:30, either pancakes end with it, or sausages end with scrambled eggs. When asked to replace pancakes with porridge or sausages with something else, cafe employees do it very reluctantly. It's more like a minus to the cafeteria.
2) On the day of arrival, the shower hose leaked, on contacting the attendant, they repaired it as best they could, but not to the end - they had to buy a penny gasket. They haven't changed it in 8 days, although I reminded them.

Recently, for personal reasons, I was lucky enough to stay at this hotel. The best of 3 stars, in some positions better than some 4 stars. One distinctive feature is the location of seifullin Gogol, near the Arbat metro. The rooms are clean and improved, standard and standard, those who have level 3 in the booking give a 10% discount on the price and breakfast. The staff is responsive and react instantly. Cleaning every day after lunch. Breakfast is downstairs in the cafeteria of that dami, a hearty choice of porridge and scrambled eggs with cottage cheese pancakes. In general, I advise you. For a family holiday, that's the thing.

The second floor is dead in terms of rooms, ventilation may not work, but the streets are very noisy because of the roadway. If you take it, then only the windows to the courtyard.
