You come out of the center and baaaaa, a normal place!
An excellent cafe with an adequate price tag, good service, a varied menu where you want to try a lot, with a good cocktail list. Plus, the lunch menu is extremely cheaper (on weekdays?) a bonus.

A cozy place with its own atmosphere.
It was only after settling down in Minsk that it was necessary to have lunch, the choice fell on Rosa, E. We came, sat down at the summer table, saw several freelancers with laptops (this is usually a clear sign that there is delicious coffee here - a freelancer will not work in a bad institution, I know by myself).
The menu was brought quickly, the order was accepted too quickly and they advised what they could take to feed the child.
The food is very tasty, the lemonades are wonderful. The cost in general, as elsewhere, is adequate)

The place is magnificent! We have been going there for several years with the company. Everything is wonderful:
The cuisine is beautiful, delicious, rich, while you do not have to wait a million years or you will be carefully warned in advance. And a separate like for being diverse and I can eat one of the best snacks in the city, and a friend has gorgeous ribs
The staff is very polite and friendly. They actively solve any issue! They will always prompt and orient you. I would like to note separately what good guys they are, all times they answered all detailed questions with sensitivity and kindness

Bar - and a great selection of wines and other alcohol

I've been to the Rose Bar twice. There is a pleasant atmosphere, there are beautiful locations for keepsake photos.
Friendly waiters.
The menu is not very large, it is difficult and long for me to choose a dish from it. But a very decent cocktail menu!
The prices are pleasant, even slightly lower than in the cafe.
For the sake of a "delicious meal", I definitely won't go there anymore. Unfortunately, I didn't like any of the dishes both times.

The staff is polite, it is clear that they are trained. If something is wrong, they will solve the problem.
It is better to book a table on the weekend
The only drawback is that the glasses with juice smelled like dishwasher capsules (maybe only for me, because the specifics of my work are related to the sense of smell)

This Monday, my husband tried to book a table for 5 people on Saturday - also a refusal. We offered only tables for 4 or 2 people. They refused to put a chair.
In general, an extremely negative impression of the new policy of the institution. I celebrated my birthday last year (6 people), there were no questions - they just moved the tables…
