One of the best establishments in Minsk!
Consistently always delicious food, pizza from the oven, Tartare, etc. Author's cocktails are just a cannon bomb!)) there is both regular beer and craft beer in cans. There is wine too, but I'm not an expert on it, but the fact is that it is))I recommend it! A must-visit!

Unfortunately, either we got to such a time, or there were some other reasons, but the establishment was terribly disappointing.
1. We booked a table in advance - no one met us, did not take us to the table, we were guided by the person who should have already been sitting there.
2. The dishes were also ordered in advance so that they could be already cooked and served at the appointed time, but we still waited for them for 10 minutes, pointing this out to the assistant, we received in response: "Well, I'm not just standing there." Immediately, the impression of the evening began to deteriorate.
3. I can attribute the fact that we have been waiting for dishes and drinks for a long time to the high workload of the institution, but if these dishes were worth it - the pizza was burnt, there was no ham, the cocktail turned out to be too bitter.
By the way, the prices there are definitely not lower than the average institution, I would even say a little higher. I am silent about the state of the restroom that evening, especially one working cabin for a full landing :)
Thus, I definitely will not recommend this place to my friends and acquaintances. If you claim to be a decent institution, then please be decent in everything - both in the quality of food and in the quality of service.

It's a big disappointment.
They put us at a table in the passage to the toilet, when asked to transfer us to another place, they replied that all the tables were booked for about the same time as ours, but during our stay no one sat at these tables.
The ordered ribs turned out to be tough and not tasty at all. After these ribs, my husband got indigestion, which is much more unpleasant than poor service.
The service is long. They also waited for the bill for a very long time and waited even longer for the bill to be picked up and the change brought, but they did not wait, after 15 minutes of waiting, they left the amount exactly on the bill and left.
The terminal is not working, which I would like to find out in advance when booking a table, and not directly during a visit to the institution. The music is very loud, and because of this, the atmosphere is not the most pleasant.
As a result, the expectations from the recommendations of friends about a pleasant place did not come true at all. There are no questions only to the bar, the cocktails are delicious.

We have been visiting the institution for a long time and always take containers- we have tried everything with beef and we always take them now. They're all awesome!
Of course, we got to at least 1 free table, but it's still worth playing it safe and booking in advance.

when we visited the institution as girls, there was a company of redneck men who molested us.
The waitress adequately protected us from them and did everything for our comfort!!

The trip to Rose disappointed me as much as possible. The staff is unfriendly, the food is tasteless. The receptionist is unfriendly, does not offer options, did not take into account our wishes. There were tables available for 4 people, we were seated at a small table, there was nowhere even to put our things. The receptionist looked down, appraisingly.
There is no way to pay by card. Thank you for at least warning me.
The waiters were tired, they did not approach us for more than 10 minutes, we had to call them ourselves and ask for the menu. The drinks menu wasn't even brought. After that, they also waited a long time for our order to be accepted.
We chose a set from the menu because we were very hungry. And this is the first time I've eaten such BLAND and tasteless food. Especially when there is something to compare it with. It's just like the taste of paper with notes of Provencal herbs or some kind of seasoning, which is most out of place.
The cheese is cold inside, the chicken and ribs are soft, but unsalted, and even with an unpleasant taste, unfortunately. The only thing there were no questions about was the pate, for which there is no takeaway form🥲
The halls are extremely noisy. You have to shout over each other to talk. To the atmosphere -100 points))

I am a regular customer, but on Sunday there was something! I have no questions for the waiter and the bartender, but for the cook!!! We ordered the same dishes that we usually take, tested. But they brought something that can't even be called half a serving! In the pot, black avocado, two beans, a couple of pieces of fish, mango spread, one rice and that without dressing!!! The noodles were cold, two pieces of meat! It was a shame in front of the guests, they recommended this place and here it is. We wanted to celebrate a holiday here, now we'll think about whether we'll come back at all.

Things are better on the terrace, but it is always busy and it is impossible to book a table specifically on the terrace.
