I am writing a review just now, in 2017. laparoscopic sterilization was performed on a kitty. Everything went well, the cat was given away only a few hours after the operation, when she began to come out of anesthesia. They explained everything in detail, prescribed postoperative medications, ivs, etc. Yes, it is more expensive here than in other clinics, but now I understand that it is better to overpay. There is already something to compare it with: Recently, the same operation was performed on the second kitty. I read unflattering reviews about SAS and turned to another clinic...As a result, we lost the kitty....The operation itself was done well, but perhaps the anesthesia was bad or the cat was simply not examined before the operation. I really regret that I did not apply to the SAS....

As a person, I understand that people work in a crazy stream and have to wait (unless it requires urgency). But after waiting, they provide an objective consultation or reception. The people working there deserve respect at least for the fact that they withstand a huge flow, and at the same time confirm their qualifications in providing services. Thank you for that.
But clients can be very ambiguous and demand things that are essentially impossible. I recommend not to forget about humanity, because we are all human beings.

I want to share the terrible treatment of the dog Roksusha was 5 years 6 months old, we started having seizures, we turned to Skripnikov, 39 Years Old, did tests, ultrasound everything that was required! We were sent to the SAS for CT, tested, CT was done, a shunt in the liver was confirmed, an operation was prescribed, we were just happy, but after 1 month a disaster began, the dog went out every day, refused to eat (force-fed), began to lose weight was 2700, and became 1600! Since mid-February, we have been constantly contacting, but the doctor Saveliev, who operated, prescribed us medicine, ivs, diets, I do not argue everything is necessary, I was ready for anything, but she was getting worse, I asked for HELP to cure, he prescribed the same treatment again, I told him that we should try another scheme after treatment, then he sent Gulevich after an ultrasound, also prescribed a bunch of medications. Only 3.5 months later, he decided to re-perform the operation and scheduled it for July 5, because it got worse, we sent her to the hospital on July 3, where she received a blood transfusion! We thought she was safe under the supervision of doctors, but according to them, the dog had a cardiac arrest 2 times here, I will never believe it! On July 4th, in the morning, we got a call and were told that she had died!
LEFT TO DIE, OVERLOOKED BY THE INHUMANS!!!
BUT THEY CHARGE MONEY!!!
I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC TO ANYONE!
IT IS BETTER TO THINK 10 TIMES THAN TO GIVE IT AWAY AND WHAT THEY ARE DOING THERE BEHIND THESE DOORS IS UNKNOWN!!!

Thank you very much for the health of my dog! At the end of 2020, we learned that our Stesha had skin cancer, she underwent surgery at another clinic and the analysis showed disappointing results. Then we went to this clinic, where she underwent surgery again and now everything is fine. I want to express my gratitude to Saveliev Vladimir Mikhailovich for saving our Stesha. Just like us humans.. No one runs to the clinic with joy. Twenty minutes on the floor in the hallway. No one came up or warned me. He didn't come up, didn't say, "Sorry, you'll have to wait." We're sitting like bums: a dog shaking with fear on the tile and I'm squatting, stroking it all the time.
And we came for an ultrasound of the heart.
They chose between "Dr. Vet" and "SAS".
By the way, Dr. Vet informed me by phone that they have 1 hour for an ultrasound of the heart.
We chose SAS based on a lot of positive reviews allegedly.
The doctor has finally appeared.
We entered the office 20 minutes later than the scheduled time.
I understand everything. There are overlays. BUT we are all human.
Pay attention to people with pets who have to wait.
What was in the office.
Ultrasound of the heart - 5 minutes, the rest of the time is 15 minutes - he sits and types text on the computer, and we wait.
Then, that's it, goodbye. To the cashier - 80 rubles.
So much for the attitude.
So much for "diagnostics".
So much for the rip-off.
80 rubles to the cashier for a five-minute ultrasound of the heart and , probably, a consultation, which also did not exist.
Probably, the "consultation" in the understanding of the staff of the SAS clinic is a printed text in which two names of drugs are typed.

The cardiologist didn't listen. I didn't measure the pressure,
And in the printed sheet he prescribed a drug that lowers blood pressure,

To summarize: we did not go to the SAS and we will not go again.
I don't advise anyone either.
They just took the money out of your pocket.
Not a single word of apology for the fact that you spent 20 minutes calming your trembling dog in the hallway like a poor relative.
This is a variant of the norm in the SAS clinic, called "customer service" - customer service.
Dad and Son chop cabbage, not bothering with the little things.

We visited Yulia Minchuk's doctor. An excellent doctor. They brought a kitten, a foundling, to be examined, he had lived in the basement before. Wild and aggressive, so much so that we couldn't even look at the floor. Julia did a great job with him, wrapped him in a plaid and did everything so quickly and professionally that there is no doubt where we will go for an inspection after a while. I consulted, I appointed everything. After the first day of taking medications and injections, it got better. And now, he feels good already. We are continuing the treatment.
