It's a good, big clinic. The only CT scan in Minsk. I liked talking with an ultrasound specialist, a CT specialist. I was scared by an orthopedic surgeon. Those who make an appointment by phone should be more tolerant and attentive. You can just tell me where to look at the information in your direction.

It's a very cool clinic. Why it's cool is because the specialists here are the best in every sense. I have several pets, and almost all of them have been to this clinic. The diagnoses were made correctly and clearly and the treatment was successful. I will never go anywhere else, only to SAS. The prices are quite acceptable for a clinic of this level. I recommend it 100% to everyone!

We applied to this clinic on an emergency basis on 03/23/12 with a pug (1 year).We were extremely dissatisfied with the "treatment" and the measures taken by the staff. When we came to the appointment, we assumed a lung problem (bronchitis) or BTS syndrome.Complaints: cough, reverse sneezing (the dog could not take a breath), lethargy. After collecting the medical history, the doctor recommended an X-ray, which was done immediately. And according to the results of the conversation and further examination, a diagnosis was made: infectious rhinitis. And a bunch of follow-up examinations (CT of the head and rhinoscopy, general blood test, ultrasound of the OBP, cardiologist's appointment, chest X-ray, PCR or rapid virus testing ..). After eliminating these options, contact the therapist again for an appointment to identify the cause of the cough.Nasal lavage was prescribed from the treatment. But the cough did not go away, but only worsened (The dog woke up at least 7 times during the night).The first recommendation to visit a cardiologist and rule out heart problems was fulfilled on 03/25/12. To which we received the following recommendations, visit a surgeon. After all, the cough problem was associated with the peculiarity of the structure of the pug's muzzle ... and again there is no treatment. And the dog has been coughing for more than a week. Eventually, turning to another clinic, the doctor listened to the dog and took a blood test, diagnosed bronchitis, was prescribed treatment in the form of antibiotic therapy, and literally the next day the dog "came to life". I do not know how the story would have ended if we had continued treatment at this Sas clinic. And wasting time going to the doctors. I do not recommend it.

So responsive and attentive doctors, but the most interesting thing is when you came to an appointment, the doctor examined you, spent time on you, and said, this is not my specialty, you better consult a doctor of a narrower specialization, since this is not an injury, but a neuroalgia and did not take money for an appointment! Unfortunately, he didn't help us in any way. I can't even find the words, my God, and they charged me 50 rubles in Doctor Vet for the fact that we don't know what's wrong with your dog, but come to us again. In general, despite the fact that they are far from us, only to them, only Sas and no one else, you are the best, thank you!!! It is immediately clear that they work for the sake of results, and not like some, just to cut down more money!

I want to start my review with the most IMPORTANT thing for our family!!!
MANY YEARS of "cooperation" with Sas Animal Servise led us to the death of four puppies, please note not one, not two, but FOUR at once!!!
We have been using Sas Animal Servise services for quite a long time. Until the last moment, we were sure that we had made the right choice, we did not doubt the professionalism of the Sas Animal Servise team, BUT a terrible thing happened!
Dear Sergey Nikolaevich Sas and Alexey Sas, I want to address you specifically and get answers to the following questions:
1. Why is the "Customer Orientation" system not working in your clinic?
It is disrespectful and low to hear from the receptionist at the reception "Find another clinic" in a boorish tone!!! Although we had an urgent appeal, and not by appointment, but the dog was in serious condition after giving birth and we just asked to notify the doctor.
2. Why are the specialists of your clinic not qualified enough?
Yes, they have qualifications, but they lack PROFESSIONALISM and relevant knowledge! We were monitored by a doctor throughout the pregnancy, repeatedly did ultrasound, X-rays, passed all the necessary tests, always consulted on any occasion, BUT when we brought the dog for a planned postpartum examination, the doctor did not pay attention to the abundant purulent discharge, as a result of which an incorrect diagnosis was made, candles were simply prescribed for prevention. As it turned out after Dr. Vet, it was ENDOMETRITIS!!! The result is the death of four puppies. It is morally very difficult to realize this.
3. Who will be responsible for the consequences?
I am sure that you will be able to find a sufficient number of arguments for this appeal, but we pay attention to the work of your team, Sas Animal Servise does NOT correspond to the stated.
P.S. There is a positive side to the coin, after the recommendation "Find another clinic" we turned to Dr. Vet. At the moment, Vladislav Sergeevich Doroshko (Obstetrician-gynecologist-neonatologist) is observing us. An endocrinologist. Therapist. Veterinarian of the 1st category.)!!!! Thanks to a professional approach, accurate diagnosis, and proper treatment, the remaining puppies are alive! Dr. Vet is responsible for those he treats!!! I recommend.

Depending on your problem, you will be assigned to the right specialist: a dermatologist, dentist, gastroenterologist, etc. And they are all on the staff of one clinic. All necessary studies will be carried out right at the reception: tests, ultrasound, X-rays, etc., again, all the equipment is there. The administrators are friendly, the doctors are competent, the impressions of visiting the clinic are always good, even when there are serious problems with the pet, there is a feeling that they will help you and do everything right. Expensive. But from experience: it is better to immediately pay more in a good clinic than to "save" by dragging a pet to not the most qualified doctors or clinics where there are no narrow specialists or the necessary diagnostic equipment - and as a result lose precious time for the pet, and eventually money, or even the pet itself in the worst case.
