When we entered the room, we immediately fell under the influence of the hotel from the "90s, it was 31-33 degrees outside, after turning on the air conditioner, I realized that it practically did not work, left it for 3 hours in the hope that it would cool the room at least a little, but upon returning to the room it was 28 degrees in the room, which was reported at the reception, the staff came in and checked, during the proceedings I opened the application with armor and realized that the room I ordered did not match the one provided, but I ordered a suite, the only one in the hotel, my question about moving to the room I ordered was answered that there were no rooms in the hotel, and mine was busy referring to A mistake! After my question how to solve this issue, I was answered in no way. Live in a room that is, let me remind you without air conditioning in the room for 12-13 tr. per night in the city of Grodno! I suggested talking to the hotel management to solve this problem, this issue was resolved in about 20-30 minutes! Finally, I was granted an audience with this character, who introduced himself not as a director, but as an "OWNER" with an emphasis on this word, after which, instead of apologizing and trying to solve these two nuances, the character began to tell me that he did not have any agreements with me, like Yandex, and in general he was not happy, that we live in "his hotel" because it is not profitable for him and he is not going to solve "our problems", all settlement proposals came only from me, and the conversation took place with the character in raised tones, after 15-20 minutes of conversation I realized that it was useless because he mostly complained about his difficult life as a "hotelier" and how hard it is for him to talk to people like me, who want something from him, but I wanted, let me remind you, to get what I paid for! At the same time, I knew where I was going and chose a room with which I thought there would be no problems! After the conversation, the reception staff brought me to the room the difference in the cost of the room category, which amounted to 20 BR and informed me that an air conditioner repairman would arrive in the near future, let me remind you that all this time, about 2 hours, I had to solve all these issues, sit in the room and waste my time and nerves. Character number two came in 30 minutes and instead of repairing, he argued for a long time and persistently why I was wrong and that 28 degrees in the room was the norm, referring to fictional arguments, after failing in a dispute with me on the technical part of the air conditioner and temperature standards and hotel accommodation, he simply retreated, it turned out that it was just The "master" and he has nothing to do with the repair of air conditioners! I stayed in a room that was hot but with 20 BR. As a result, I had to stay in this place, because there were no rooms in neighboring hotels and there was no desire to move at eight o'clock in the evening, and I was very doubtful about the refund for this hotel. The night was hot and stuffy, the mattress was extremely uncomfortable, the linen did not match the size of the bed and constantly fell off, forcing you to sleep on a toper because the bed consisted of two single beds.The sun, which began to shine through the windows at 5 a.m., reminded us of the quality of the room because our "hotelier" apparently did not hear about the existence of blackout curtains (curtains that block the sun's rays, so that the tourist could sleep at any time of the day), and why if his hotel brings him profit anyway and improving the room for the convenience of guests is a bad thing for him. As a result, breakfast was provided in the morning according to the type of pioneer camp sausage, cheese, butter, etc., which corresponds to the status of the hotel. Bottom line, thanks to the reception staff who somehow tried to solve our issues. A room from the 90s for money from 2024 does not fully correspond to the money paid (a rubber mat in the bathroom, a door that does not open to the balcony, a very uncomfortable bed, worn wallpaper, I can list a lot, but it's better to come yourself and make sure that I wrote, unless of course you want to get a service from the 90s with the same an attitude for the money for which you can rent a great hotel!

In the light of well-known events and the inability to travel to Lviv for the New Year, for example..., for the second year in a row we celebrated it in the most suitable place for this, namely the city of Grodno. We stayed again at the Slavia Apart Hotel on Malaya Troitskaya. The other one, however, is number N2. Everything turned out to be on top again, maybe a little lower than last year, but on top. And the approach to early booking, which, by the way, turned out to be somewhat more difficult than last time, because already in October the rooms were occupied. But they promised to call us back in case of release, and they called us back, think about it. Someone apparently changed their mind and we got the number. We chose between N1 and N2. We were already in the first one, plus it was more expensive, so we went to the second one. It's funny, but it turned out to be more spacious, too much, some, of course, with burgundy colors, but that's it, for an amateur. Purely functional, the room is fine. There are shortcomings about the condition of the shower cabin, people have long invented a steam generator and instructions on how and where to use it, but this also, in my opinion, does not greatly affect the quality of everything else. In general, for the second year in a row, Slavia did not disappoint us, for which I thank her!)

Mixed feelings remained from staying at the hotel. The rooms are clean and quite spacious. But they only give out 2 towels and don't seem to clean them. The service staff is not rude, but it cannot be called friendly either. The weakest point is breakfast. I strongly do not recommend paying. It's not tasty. It is not diverse. The coffee is bad.

We got to this hotel by chance - the famous Neman canceled his reservation at the last moment due to a change of legal entity. As a result, we lived in Slavia in a junior suite. The room is two-room, corner, with a balcony - I really liked it. The hotel staff is friendly, always ready to help (even when sometimes we had frankly stupid questions). The location is very convenient, despite the proximity of the rock bar, nothing interfered with our sleep - we were sleeping soundly. Breakfast, however, is a little meager - you order one of the breakfast options for tomorrow evening, and actually get it the next morning. In principle, we ate enough, but I'm still a fan of the buffet)) with great gratitude from us to the Slavia Solid Five Hotel!

And then Vitosha's wawelka did not go to coffee at seven in the morning at all- the result was hungry ((( I drank cappuccino- it seemed normal, but who drank tea, they said that it was not clear at all ((( in short, breakfast should be reviewed, and so you can definitely stop!!! Or just don't include breakfast, so that you don't get upset in the morning! Not all rooms have air conditioning, there is no extractor hood in the bathroom, they give 2 towels and those are not bath and face-hands, but some children's ones. The kettle did not work when checking in. Then it was replaced, but you can check it right away. The general impression is not recommended. The breakfasts are not tasty and monotonous. The room is great - we took a junior suite. I was pleased with the balcony and the minibar in the refrigerator. For this price, it's generally great! The breakfasts are so-so. Next time I'll definitely take it without breakfast, since I don't eat pasta and waffles in the morning. But this is imho. My friend doesn't like breakfast either. The hotel is located a ten-minute leisurely walk from the central pedestrian street. There is a very cool (albeit expensive) one nearby The Faraday Bar. The staff is very polite - they even offered their own personal tea (there is a kettle in the room, there is a cooler with water on the ground floor, but there is trouble with tea, for some reason). Overall, it is excellent and I recommend the suites and junior suites. I wasn't in the others.

Very good for a C with a fat minus!! The interior corresponds to the stardom. But breakfast is a separate topic for the comedy club! No Swedish line, they give you what they cooked. They prepared for us: the cheapest yogurt (and only it pleased the stomach), then a plate with buckwheat and a strange cheap sausage for rub, seasoned with ketchup for rub. And tea. That's it! They didn't even give me a piece of bread. Do they respect themselves, serve this to the guests!? The horror!

We booked an apartment on 17 September street, the website indicates that there is a guarded parking lot, in fact there is no parking at all. The staff offered to park the car a block away from the apartment, but not only was there some smoking, there were also no empty seats. The only option is to park on the sidewalk in front of the apartment, at your own risk.
Only two large towels were placed on the four residents, the rest were small. It was discovered late in the evening, and since the staff was only in the main building, they did not bother..

At the reception, the young man said that the site was crashing and they were not receiving applications. And there are no available rooms. There are not even words to express our emotions.

I was in early August for two nights. Among the advantages: location, cooler on the floor, responsive staff. Cons: there was no mosquito net on the window (because of this, insects flew into the room), the window opened to a minimum ventilation mode, the room was stuffy, a broken fan, ants in the bathroom. But the most unpleasant situation is that two sockets did not work. They promised to call an electrician the next day, as a result, when I went to the reception again, they said that there would be no electrician, you need to completely vacate the room.

We stayed here for 1 night, the price was very reasonable. The living conditions are comfortable: mini bar, TV, comfortable work desk, soft beds, air conditioning, lots of drawers.
A delicious and hearty breakfast, which even included coffee. The staff is pleasant and courteous.
The hotel is located within walking distance from the center, there are all necessary shops nearby.
The hotel has more than deserved 3 stars.
