I don't understand the rave reviews.
The price is quite high, in other cities comparable to global chain hotels with good service, but here you end up with a hotel from the 90s.
Of the advantages:
- a room in the city center;
- there is a small parking lot;
- there is a refrigerator.
Of the cons:
- there is no air conditioner for such a high price;
- the stream in the shower looks like someone has filled their mouth with water and is spitting;
- there is no ventilation in the bathroom;
- low lighting.
It would be fine if the room cost 4 times, or even 5 times cheaper.
It's passable, but it's not worth your money one hundred percent.

Of the advantages, I can only highlight the location and availability of a refrigerator. The room is small. I do not recommend taking breakfast at all because for this money you can eat cheesecakes, a croissant and delicious coffee in the nearest cafe, and not what is in the photo. The girls at the reception are trying to be polite and courteous, but they just don't seem to be able to do it. An average hotel for business travelers.

In general, you can spend the night, although we booked a better room, but we got a standard room ... since we arrived late, there were no options to look for anything, and there were no places anywhere, to be honest ... the room and bed are too small, but this is in my opinion and taste, breakfasts are expensive and in composition small portions!

A great hotel. Clean, cozy. The center is a 5-minute walk away. I stayed at the hotel itself on a business trip. The breakfasts are very simple.
My family and I moved into an apartment on Malaya Troitskaya - I crossed the street and was already on the famous pedestrian street next to the Neman shopping center (observation deck). I highly recommend it for family trips - the rooms are spacious, the interiors are modern. There are no breakfasts. There is a kitchen and plenty of cafes within a 5-minute walk.

The only advantage is the location of the hotel. Cons - old repairs, disgusting breakfasts, did not change the linen (although they are required once every three days) and almost did not clean. Only the receptionists at the reception left positive impressions.

Excellent hotel, close to the historical center, to the railway station on foot in 15 minutes. The room is two-room, the bed is good, all the amenities are there, right down to the dishes and the kettle. There is air conditioning and a small balcony. Daily cleaning, heavy breakfasts. The staff is polite and helpful. The only drawback is that there are no disposable slippers.

People should have a choice of food , not a SENTENCE .
At least a choice of two or three .

Great hotel! It was at the end of April 2024. The room is clean and cozy. The minibar is decent, I didn't use it because I didn't have to, but I appreciated it. Checked in, spent the night. There are jambs around the room (hot water from the shower barely flows). I decided to extend my stay, I was confirmed, I paid, I was happy walking around the city, but then after half a day they say that I need to get out of the room as soon as possible, because someone else has to move in. And I paid for accommodation with breakfast, they offer relocation to another point in the city, and even pay extra for their breakfast.
Keep notes in a notebook, be prepared that your stay will be crossed out

BUT, there is a but))) The sheets were too short, they were moving out all the time after sleep and an extremely noisy mini-refrigerator and a mediocre breakfast in the cafe at the hotel. A stale three-day loaf, a cold omelet... Sadly. Let's go back to the refrigerator: We lived in two rooms and in the second one we even had to turn it off for the night. BUT, extremely pleasant and helpful staff, clean and cozy rooms and a great location + price, offset these small disadvantages. I will not cut off the star - 5)))

If you happen to visit Grodno again, then I would love to move back to Slavia) convenient location, pleasant staff. The room is small but cozy, there are glasses, cups, a kettle. Shower gel and shampoo are in the shower. The shower has such a pressure and nozzle that it seems to cut the whole body into pieces, there was no desire to splash for a long time)
For tomorrow, January 1, there was a broth, sandwiches, cheeses, compote and a choice of tea/coffee. And the next day breakfast was even denser: omelette, buckwheat with chicken chop and salad, compote, waffles and tea/coffee. Sometimes the dinners in the establishments are more modest than breakfast here))

Of all the hotels I've been to, and believe me, this is a large number, since I drive a lot for work, this is one of the best. This time I was on vacation. The hotel did not disappoint. Friendly girls at the reception, who suggested where to go to see interesting places, a good breakfast, and you can take a room without it. The room itself is quite cozy, everything you need is there. The hotel is quiet, located in the very center of the city. I recommend. My score is 5

We stayed at the hotel for 2 days, July 12-14, to see the city. The impression of the hotel remained good, the person is friendly, polite, the room is not small, corresponds to the description,everything you need is there, we read reviews about bad breakfasts, in our opinion, people are all different, tastes too, our opinion the breakfasts are quite tasty, you will not stay hungry. For lunch, a set menu with a selection of dishes at ridiculous prices, and for dinner, a 20% discount for residents. It is better for fastidious people to take a 5* hotel. And this one deserves his 3* and even more. And the best thing is the location, in the historical center, in a quiet green place, all within walking distance. As for the audibility, we were probably lucky, it was quiet, maybe because nothing was celebrated in the cafe. In general, I liked everything. We can come again.

The place is pleasant enough, there is a small hall for small celebrations, a cozy courtyard with greenery…but! THE SERVICE IS DISGUSTING! The waitresses are ill-mannered, tactless! Food - greetings from the 90s. Almost everything is tasteless, the serving of dishes is even worse! When asked to turn off the air conditioner, it was refused (barely persuaded, but thanks at least for that), when asked to turn on music in the background, because there is deathly silence in the institution - a refusal. If you don't want to spoil your holiday, don't visit! The mood will be ruined for sure! I appeal to the management: reconsider your kitchen and the attitude of the staff towards the guests!!!!
