Order 14519872 robot vacuum cleaner, ordered with delivery in 90 minutes, paid immediately. No one brought it that day, as a result, he called himself and found out. They said there were no couriers, they offered pickup. Well, I think it's unpleasant, but what to do, I'll get it. The next day I came to the designated store, after 20 minutes of searching, I was given a worn copy from the window in a torn box. This is clearly not what I wanted to buy as a gift for a friend. When asked to replace it, they offered to reissue the order and wait a few more days, while this product is in stock, you just need to find someone who will deliver and transfer it to the buyer (by the way, there are a lot of sellers in the store doing nothing). As a result, we were let down twice - you shouldn't even dream of any service in 90 minutes. It is easier to order through Kaspi, where at least the money will be immediately refunded if the seller fails.
