I rarely rate places with one star, so this is a dubious achievement for the store.
I will describe the situation - I decided to make a friend a gift for the new year, buy him a lama box with various star wars merchandise. I didn't dare to order on the website, because I wanted to pick up what would be in the box myself.
On 07.12.22 at 9.00 I arrived at the Stolitsa shopping center and waited an hour for the opening. I waited, came to the store - at the checkout, the seller, completely indifferent to everything, told me that a separate employee was engaged in completing the boxes and he had a working day from 12.00 to 20.00. Naturally, I can't wait another 2 hours, so I gave up the idea of boxing and left.
And I actually have 3 questions for the store administration:
1. Is completing a box (from an existing product) really such hard work that you need to hire a separate person for a separate position?
2. Why couldn't an employee in the store help me solve the issue? It is banal to walk through the merch racks in 10 minutes and leave the goods in the box for the required amount, calculate and release?
3. Why is it not indicated on the site either in the section with boxes or in the product card that the boxes are equipped from 12 o'clock?
As a result, what can I say - of course, your goods are suitable but the service needs to be worked on - this is very important stuff.
