After the purchase, I can highlight two disadvantages:
1) The correspondence of the product in reality and the product in the photo. I was buying Dr. Strange'S RING. Upon purchase, I saw that it was JUST GOLDEN in color and visually slightly thinner. There are no darkening (as in the photo of the product), which immediately catches the eye of the fan and spoils the whole aesthetics of the thing.
2) Comments on the order. In the comments to the order, she indicated a request to inform about the arrival of the order for pickup via SMS, NOT a call. The comment was successfully ignored.

No matter how wonderful this store is and no matter how much I respect the guys for their work, I can't get around the obvious and most unpleasant problem.
I made an order in an online store with pickup, because I knew that you won't find the right merch in the store itself quickly, everything is placed rather haphazardly, and it's not always available.
I ordered two badges and two key chains for myself and a friend. Keychains of a certain color. A couple of days after the order, they called me to confirm it and said that the key chains were not yet available, they offered to wait. I wanted to take it all at once, so I agreed.
When everything arrived, I went to pick up the order and the problems started.
Firstly, the order was carried for a very long time, exactly ten minutes, and I understood, after reading the reviews, that this was not an isolated case.
Secondly, the order itself. If everything is in perfect order with the badges, I am happy with them, they are very high-quality and cute, then there is some kind of game with key chains. Not only are they the wrong color, but one of them is not a keychain, but an icon. When I asked if it could be fixed somehow, they made me wait another five minutes and in the end they just shrugged their shoulders, saying that they had put it that way, nothing could be done.
I took the order because I didn't have time to wait, I would edit it myself, but I'm not happy with this attitude. As a customer, I strongly doubt that I will order anything else. It's easier to find yourself than to get into such situations.

It's a good store, but the workers are clearly too slow to take the goods out of the warehouse . And sometimes the fact that it is missing is very annoying. Deliveries there are not that very frequent, well, at least for me . But there are so many different and very interesting things there that words cannot convey . It 's better to go and see it once . There are also interesting events dedicated to this or that fandom. There is a whole club for active customers in a separate room of the store. Often passing by, you can hear how they are hacking into the mafia or discussing some kind of Lord of the rings. By the way, I'll tell you a life hack, when you buy through an order from the site, rubles go to your karma. And the more you spend, the higher your rank on the site and the higher your rank on the site, the more buns you get from discounts to free attendance at all events.

I was going to buy a birthday present for a friend. When I arrived for the first time, it turned out that there was almost no product that I needed (dakimakura), except for a single pillow, although the site offers a huge selection, both in stock and without it. She left with nothing. Coming back next time, I decided to buy a lamabox (because it's a box assembled from what is, what can go wrong?). Maybe everything. There was also no box, she left again with nothing. But at the same time, I found out that the dakimakurs still appeared, and decided that I would rather spend another 30 unhappy rubles, but a friend would be with a gift. I come for the 3rd time, already with a friend, to finally buy a gift, and find out that the dakimakura costs 140p, not 70. It says on the Internet that this is a pillow with the image of a hero, on the store's website too, and in the end I find out that you owe 70p for the pillow, and another 70p for the pillowcase itself. A friend without a gift, I'm very ashamed, but I'm trying my luck for the 4th time. I'm calling to check if the product is in stock. They answer that there is. But as soon as I started to clarify when it can be picked up, they hang up. They write that they will call back to confirm the order - they will call in 5 hours. If you try to call yourself, they won't answer the phone. Should I warn you an hour before arrival? But what if I call you at three and you don't call me back even the next day?! So even the fourth time I couldn't buy anything, I didn't try any further.
My friend was left without a birthday present, I spent a lot of time and nerves going back and forth just like that. I understand that marketing is only trying to get to Belarus, but I am very surprised that the service is so shitty that people don't even care if their product is bought or not. And the owners should understand how many customers and profits they lose simply because of such small moments that they can fix once or twice. Right now, it's the worst shopping story of my life.
