К оператору Претензий нет но продавцы очень наглые и обманывают завышают цены на телефоны туда лучше не ходите обманут

Обслуживание в целом нормальное. Но нет выявления потребностей клиента, просто пытаются втюхать тариф подороже, вместо того, что бы узнать что действительно нужно и предложить лучшее решение. E-sim так и не дали оформить.

Теле 2 это отдельная история, многие думаю поймут, один отдел закрыт хоть и рабочее время, в следствие чего приходиться ехать в другой участок Т 2
