The worst service I've ever been in!
The glass needed to be replaced. I called in advance and specified how long it would take them to do it. They promised an hour in advance. I arrived in 20 minutes and they've been telling me for 2 hours. To which I replied that I have a maximum of one and a half and if they do not make it, then I will not take it for repair, because I need a phone for work. To which they replied that they would do it.
Naturally, after 1.5 hours nothing was ready. And 2 days later they told me that they had a defective part and they would redo everything. Because I was already late for a meeting, and without a phone I could not warn the counterparty, I asked them for a replacement device. This in itself is nonsense, because no matter how many services I used to rent different devices, it's not something to ask for, they always offered a replacement device. Here, people didn't even lift their asses to smooth out their own joints! Naturally, I was late for the meeting and lost the deal, because no one will wait half an hour without warning.
Returning 2 hours later, they told me again that they were not ready. I spent an additional 40 minutes waiting for them. As a result, administrator Pavel Jadeiko (he also accepted my device) just pretended that everything was as it should be. No one even apologized or tried to smooth over the situation in any way. The same person promised repairs in 1.5 and 2 hours. None of the promises were fulfilled. This is just an indifferent attitude towards customers, especially considering that no one demanded anything more from them, but simply to fix their own joint or at least smooth it out somehow. Now, in fact, I gave the pixel 6 for repair with the problem of focusing the rear camera, described the problem in detail to the manager, after which he informed me what needs to be changed and how much it costs. (Replacement of the camera module, 150p)
The next stage was the delivery of the device for repair, the service is located in the center of Minsk, it is very convenient, the device was repaired, once again telling in detail and clearly showing what is wrong with it and at what points it manifests itself, how to simulate the situation for the test.
Diagnostics, the announced deadlines are 2 days and they told me to expect a call, at the end of 2 days no one called me, moreover, no one called after 5 days. I had to take matters into my own hands and call back on my own.
The first version of the repair. After the call, I was informed that the problem goes to the board and it is necessary to work directly with it, they told me to expect a call again and again no one called.
The second version of the repair. I called back on my own again, informed the order number to the manager, after which he checked with the master about the progress of the repair and reported a new version: the camera is being repaired and the master is trying to put the camera gears in place.
The manager's only callback. During the call, I was informed about the readiness of the device, but for some reason the price was not announced, although I clarified.
Poor-quality repairs. When I came to pick up the device, I decided to check it and unfortunately, the problem remained in place, and the repair cost was 150 rubles for soldering without replacing the camera connector.
Repeated repair attempts. After detecting the malfunction, I returned the device and during another diagnosis, it was not possible to repair the device, moreover, the master could not identify the cause of the breakdown, as the manager informed me.
The next step was to refund the money, get the device back. Everything is smooth here, together with the manager we checked the smartphone, he was convinced that there was a malfunction.
Why the camera module was not changed, although from the very first day it was about this type of repair, will remain a mystery.

I urgently needed to repair the Huawei P30 Lite phone - replacing the broken screen with the original one and the back cover.
On my first visit, I found that the back cover was defective. The coating is interspersed with bubbles. The cameras are installed crookedly. Not in the landing nests, but at random - half of the camera is under the lid, half looks out the window. The fingerprint sensor is stained with glue. And the whole device is covered in glue.
To my questions, manager Zakhar replied that the glue would eventually fall off itself, the cameras would be removed anyway, and the lid would be replaced. "Leave it until tomorrow, we'll fix it right in the morning."
At 11:30 the next day, I called, the manager replied that the morning had just begun in the service and the master would soon take the phone to work - "We will call you." No one called.
I arrived in the evening. The cameras are flat, but the screen is green. I wrote it off for calibration. The phone was all tied up with elastic bands, and I was told that they could not be removed until tomorrow. I left the check until morning.
I took off the elastic bands in the morning... The lid is glued crookedly, departs from the case by almost a millimeter, the flash shines with a poor purple light, instead of a bright neutral white. The screen is tinged with green. Calibration does not give any result.
I call the service center, describe the situation, they say bring it, we will figure it out. I took with me a second device exactly the same for comparison. The experts looked at it, turned it around, and agreed that yes, it really is green. They said that the lid was glued crookedly that it was acceptable, but they pledged to fix it. Again, "leave" until 17.00, we will call you.
At 17.00, of course, no one called. I tried to call several times within an hour, but my calls were ignored. By this point, the boiling point had reached its limit, I found the number of the company's director Mikhail Akimchenko and called him. He said it was very bad, he would figure it out.
Immediately after the call to the director, I received a call from the service, they said that everything had been fixed and I could come pick up the phone. This time everything was better, but the flash did not hit the window and gives out a pale directional purple light, instead of diffused white (attached photo). The lid finally got into the grooves, but it's in small bubbles, irregularities. And most importantly, the screen is green again! This time it is much smaller, but there is still a shade. I am a designer, I work with images and I see it very clearly.
I arrived with a second phone for comparison and acceptance. According to the flash, Zakhar said that I initially had this color and intensity. Two identical phones are not an argument for him. The fact that the flash diode has moved out, according to him, is also normal, since the cover is not original. But for a separate payment, they can find a used original and deliver it.
I suggested that they do this at their own expense as a correction of their own mistakes and compensation for the time, money, and attention spent. To which the manager made it clear that they had already done too much for me: "I already spent two screens and four covers on you until I picked up the one that fit"
I'm sorry, but I didn't ask you to install defective components. They also said the norm on the screen, and the screen is different from the screen. Apparently, these guys have not heard about quality standards, and Huawei, in their opinion, too.
I have great doubts that the original Huawei screen was installed for me. Perhaps a good quality analogue, but not the original.
And that's not all...
The master actually said: "Don't worry, you'll get used to it over time, and if you didn't have a second phone like this, you wouldn't even notice." Is this the style of work? Do an outright hack in the hope that the client will not notice and get used to it?
Director Mikhail called back later, says the guys told me that everything was fixed, everything is OK. I told him how it was fixed, but what did he say: "I'll talk to the manager."

A few hours later, they called and said that they needed to change the lower board and the charging connector, the issue price was 140 rubles. They agreed, After a few more hours, the courier brought the supposedly repaired phone back, but it did not charge and went into reboot all the time. We agreed that the courier would take it back for re-diagnosis and repair, and he also took his native charger with him. The next day they called again and said that everything was ready, working, and the courier would bring him back soon. The courier arrived with the phone a few hours later and ... everything is the same as it was, and even did not bring the charger back, either they did not give it away, or they forgot. The courier was again sent back with the phone to fix the jambs, and after that there was silence, 5 days and no hearing or spirit. When I got through there myself, at first they couldn't find my order and phone at all, then they called back and assured me that supposedly yes, the phone was in operation, being checked, being tested, something was changing there, well. And then silence comes again for another 4 days. Patience had already come to an end, and 4 days later I dialed them again with a clear goal to explain to me what was going on, or to take the phone back in any form. I was told that they could not do anything, nothing works, you need to look for and change the entire central board in the phone, but this is not accurate, and you still need to test and diagnose, etc., etc. we agreed that the phone would be given to me in the form in which it is. Then the story began with the courier, who did not bring the phone to me that day, but called and asked me to meet him tomorrow somewhere in the city, but my routes did not match with him for the whole next day, as a result, he still brought it home to me late in the evening. After I received it, I realized that it had never been opened again in these one and a half weeks, it was clear from the already dried fixing elastic bands on the case, which were stretched over it on the first day of repair to fix the back cover.
As a result, I still have a non-working phone on my hands, and almost 2 weeks of wasted time.

I'll write my own maybe it will help someone.I chose a workshop for a long time and did not miss it, I applied to replace the glass of the matrix display in Samsung m31, I asked more urgently because I was from another city, they did it like at the factory for an hour and a half (SMS came to the second phone) although you need to disassemble the entire phone, cut the factory broken glass from the display, vacuum a new one
to glue and assemble the phone with the display, I am happy with the work and the price, I am glad that they are doing their business at least somewhere.
Yes, I will note one minus: there is no parking nearby from the word at all and those who visit for the first time have to fornicate in circles, they would indicate on the site the points approximately where the car can be thrown for a short time.

I gave Samsung a51 to replace the module on Thursday, repair for 300 rubles, they said they would diagnose it in an hour, and after 3 hours it would be possible to pick it up , called three hours later, they said there was some kind of problem with some connectors, they did not specify which ones, but the master is looking at whether it can be repaired so that it is cheaper, on Friday I decided to come, the phone was not shown to me, like at work, like it was disassembled and some kind of BEUSHNY display THAT THEY HAD did not fit, but everything seems to be fine with connectors, on Saturday again songs about connectors and masters, as a result, they give me the phone in the same condition as I handed it over, not even disassembled, and they say, like, they put it back together. thank you that the connector is in place)
In the course of the so-called repair, they constantly tried to provide left-hand services, such as a layer of wet dust, which this model does not have at all, and of course a hydrogel film)
I don't recommend this place to anyone💩💩💩

Tehrem contacted me with the problem of broken fast charging on Xiaomi redmi note 8 pro. They assured that the problem would be in the non-working lower board of the device and offered two solutions to the problem: repair for 65p (2 months warranty), or replace with a new one for 92p (6 months warranty). We agreed that they would try to fix it, if it doesn't work out, then a replacement. They promised to make a phone in a day. The next day, they reported that the master had put a lot of effort into it, but had not repaired the board, so it only remained to replace it with a new one. I agreed. I arrived, took it away, checked everything, blunted the proximity sensor a little, but after several restarts the phone began to work normally. At the same time, I asked for the old fee to be returned and, after a long search, it was provided to me. At home, I examined the phone in more detail, found remnants of glue on the case, as well as dust balls in the headphone jack (such dust forms after several years of cleaning the connector), the connector is in the board that was supposed to be replaced with a new one. Even my old board didn't have as much dust as the new one, while the old one doesn't show any signs of repair at all. From this, I concluded that the board is used from another phone, which is being sold as new. When I repeated my call asking why you were cheating, they offered to just come again and replace it with a new one right in front of me again, and the master and everyone else did not know anything. I refused such a service and will not contact them in the future.
