To say that it is bad is to downplay it very much. The ramen was disgusting, the noodles were not for ramen, they were boiled, they were not dense. Pork should be baked and not boiled, but the worst thing is the broth - it's no good, even if you cook the broth according to a simplified version (without several types of fish and meat and cooking for 4 hours) it should still taste better, it feels like some kind of homeopathic amount of meat was used when cooking this "broth".
Beef noodles are also a disappointment, to be honest, I do not know how to make these noodles tasteless. Again, the noodles themselves are also not tasty and overcooked.
To be honest, I haven't eaten such disgusting food for 15 years, the last time I had a similar one was in the school cafeteria.
