I have encountered rudeness and an unfriendly tone several times. Questions are ignored, the change is thrown without words, no “hello” or “goodbye". This behavior does not encourage repeat purchases at all. I would really like the management to pay attention to the quality of service. Customers come with money and deserve to be treated with respect.
