While staying at the hotel in the same building, I visited Turandot twice. And I was very pleased with everything. The order was delivered quickly, everything is very tasty and nothing superfluous to my taste. Polite and attentive waiters. Cleanliness, order, comfort. I definitely recommend it

Unfortunately, I couldn't appreciate the food (the hot menu is varied. I waited 25 minutes for the order to be accepted. A waitress walked past me 5 times. When I asked to take the order, the second waiter said now and disappeared. It's just a disaster with the service. There was no such thing anywhere in Astana.
Very sorry. I had hopes to try Chinese cuisine.

We were on the left bank today, we booked a table for 10 people to celebrate a family event. A complete disappointment. We haven't been to the restaurant for a long time, before the pandemic. Recently, we ordered with delivery, it was not bad. But we don't go there anymore, I think this is disrespectful to our customers. There is no Pectin duck, there is no whole fish either. And this was not warned at the time of booking. I think that a signature dish is a face that should always be there. Now is not the time when it is impossible to get a duck. We ordered fried dumplings in Chinese, cranberry juice, too, and the reason is EXPENSIVE SUGAR. Are you serious?! Your prices for 250 grams are not purely meat dishes 3500-4500 and you say there is no sugar..... Ordered meat with vegetables, besides the fact that it is absolutely bland, tasteless, and there is practically no meat there. Horsemeat with pampushki, finely chopped small bowl of sweet meat .... String beans, a lot of garlic and green onions, but not the beans themselves. They left , leaving not a small amount of money , hungry. The holiday is ruined , will we come back again ? Definitely not.
