The cafe is not bad. But the owners clearly have not decided on the concept. Turandot is positioned as a Chinese restaurant. But before that, it was Italian, as the music and the interior tell us. There is a combined hodgepodge on the menu. Dumplings, horse meat dishes, rolls, of course. The food is quite average.
