We had a wonderful time in the early morning. The absence of people in the pool, the water is clean, the temperature is comfortable, of course, there is a smell of chlorine, but where without it. The showers are clean and comfortable. There is also a hammam, Jacuzzi, sun beds. The service is polite and considerate. I liked everything.

We arrived on a gift subscription, on Sunday. Deushka said that it was better for us to come at another time, because there were a lot of people, but we had 8 visits, and there was little time left for their implementation, so they said we would go now. And as a result, the pool is empty, there are free sunbeds, there was not a single person there who entered the steam room twice. Why she so persistently asked to come another time is not clear.
And in general, there are questions about the repair of walls and doors. I would like to be able to drink tea, not just water. And the steam room is very small.

We newlyweds spent a wonderful night and day at this hotel! A separate plus is that there is a spa center, an outdoor Jacuzzi and a swimming pool helped to relax even more in the January frosts. The norm was wonderful with a beautiful view of the city and the river, the time was magical for us and became special with such a quiet and warm hotel!

The spa center is good, a large swimming pool, two Jacuzzi baths, there is a sauna and a hammam. You can see the sky through the roof, you can lie on a chaise longue and enjoy the view of passing clouds. Minus one star for the fact that during the visit the hamam practically did not work, there was very little steam, and the sauna is excellent. Very clean, individual lockers with electronic lock. I recommend it!

A great option for your money. The pool is not very deep, with a height of 170+, you can confidently feel the bottom everywhere :) Two Jacuzzis, a sauna and a steam room. There are several types of water cannons in the main pool. There are no complaints about locker rooms and showers

It was a little cramped for me, during the day on weekdays.

They started checking in at exactly 14.00!!!
There were no slippers, a bathrobe and a dental kit in the room! We rented 2 rooms on the floor. One had coffee + cream in it, and the other didn't.
Beautiful view from the window.Delicious breakfast.
1 sauna did not work in the SPA.

Victoria SPA is getting worse every year. This applies to the service in general, dirt and dust in the rooms, in the SPA, repairs are required in the changing rooms, showers. Soap dispensers are broken in the showers. There is dirt in the locker rooms and the locks at the lockers do not work, or rather you can close them, but you need to run for a special master who enters a "special code". Breakfast in the Restaurant is a separate story - sparse, not tasty, and always cold food, well, separately it must be said about the disgusting staff in the restaurant who take all requests with hostility.

Honestly, I didn't expect anything special... An ordinary pool with chlorinated water, several plastic sunbeds, super chlorinated Jacuzzis, bleach makes your eyes water. Hammam and sauna - there is nothing magical. We were there when there were a lot of people, so we didn't have much fun.

A wonderful place! The plus is that there is no recording and you do not have to wait for when you are started on time: what time did you come from that and the time is counting down. There is a parking lot. A very good place for a family with children. However, the hammam could be warmer))) as it is, I am very happy. There are wonderful guns in the pool.
