It is not the first time I have stayed at the Victoria SPA Hotel. Since 2021, the hotel has deteriorated, the level of service has decreased. The cleaning is very mediocre, towels can be changed and garbage on the floor cannot be removed. Breakfasts are meager, if you do not come by 7-8 in the morning - there is a minimum of food left, desserts and fruits run out altogether, fried eggs are cold, termites are half empty. But the location of the hotel is super, the view from the window is magnificent. In principle, a good hotel. For business trips, we can recommend

We rested at the weekend hotels, visited the spa.

The hotel is nice (rooms), but I didn't like the service. The breakfast is just completely tasteless. You need to come to the spa with your towel from the room, and then go back to the room with it and use it until the next change of towels in the rooms. How's that? We had a family vacation of 4 people, two rooms next to each other on the 10th floor, windows overlooking the river! The view is incomparable 🤩
The rooms are new, very spacious from 25 sq.m., quite clean for 4 with a minus.
The price is about $ 100 per night for one room.
We stayed here for 3 nights. In total, 1,240 Bellarus rubles were paid, 38,000 Russian rubles were debited from the MIR card.
We are happy with the choice of the hotel, but apparently because of the former pandemic, the hotel is so impoverished that it cannot afford to maintain 4* conditions, there is nothing in the rooms except a huge amount of alcohol in the minibar, and it is suggested to drink it all from the neck, to our request to give glasses for water (there is no free) and cups for tea, they replied that they did not give dishes to the room, I had to go to the nearest supermarket and buy: glasses, cups, tea, coffee, sugar, slippers, shampoo and even a kettle (the room was broken). Fortunately, we were in a car and could take this stuff home, and in another case we would have to give it to the negligent owners of the hotel.
The girls at the reception are poor, I imagine they listen to guests all day long.
I am grateful to them for their sympathy and concern.
If you arrive in the evening, like us, do not look for anything at all, there are no night maids in the hotel. Endure until the morning, but it won't get any easier in the morning, they have nothing early ((((
The SPA is quite modest, a small pool with very cold water, a hammam and a sauna full of people, since very small ones with a Jacuzzi didn't fit at all, although it was Friday, maybe it's easier on weekdays.
Despite all the disadvantages, I recommend the hotel! Still, the beautiful view, spacious rooms, new furnishings and the presence of a swimming pool compensate for the lack of glasses and slippers, from which you can buy or bring!
Have a good rest for everyone, and the owners of the hotel have arrived to buy slippers and kettles)))

Everything is decently neat, but the locker room is completely unsuitable: there is little space, it is inconvenient, hair dryers are one name, it is better to take with you. Electronic locks with codes do not open periodically, well, the nuance is that you can forget the locker number and guess there with these electronic codes. The cleaning lady came to open the locker looking as if uninvited guests had come to her house. With this level, the hotel could have chosen the staff more carefully.
The aquazone itself is not bad. The hammam and steam room are small. 2 jacuzzis, a cannon in the pool and a waterfall. I liked everything except the cleaner and the locker room))).

I have not used spa centers before.
There is something to compare it with.
It's a very decent place here at Victoria's SPA.
I used massage services.
Larisa is a professional in her field.
I'm going back to Minsk in two days.
I've already booked two sessions in advance.
The pool is very decent, the recreation area (hammam, sauna, Jacuzzi) also at a high level.

We went recently, everything was great, a spacious swimming pool, hot Jacuzzis, two steam rooms, a hammam and a Finnish one, we really liked it, although we have to sit in the Finnish one for a long time, those who are used to Russian steam rooms will be a little disappointed, but there are powerful hydroponics, hydro massage in the Jacuzzi

We stopped by on a weekday, in the morning, on the way to the airport. The prices were pleasantly surprised by 600 rubles. rub for 1.5 hours of aquazones (swimming pool, hammam, Russian steam room, a couple of Jacuzzis, massage water cannons in the pool). Clean, comfortable, few people (except for us 5-6 people), they gave us towels and bathrobes for free. There was enough time to try everything.

We went there all the time and really liked it. But now it's just 😱
The sauna is barely warm. We came before a month ago, too, barely warmed, and now it does not warm at all 60-70 degrees.
Steam is barely coming in the hammam. The ventilation valve and fan are broken. The light in the hammam was changed. There was a good one, a big bright one (incandescent lamp). It became uncomfortable to steam.
If you suddenly go , keep in mind .
If anything, the stern of the pool has nothing to do there. If someone reads the reviews from the management, make a hammam and sauna normally. It used to be good

She lived in 2021 (November). The rooms are cool. A bathrobe and slippers are brought for the full price of the room. The rooms are generally a good 4. The restaurant is not tasty, there is no variety of national dishes. But the breakfasts that are included in the price are excellent. There is absolutely everything. The pool and spa are great too. It's nice to live in such a hotel, but it's better to have dinner somewhere else.
