I rested in the sanatorium from 07/26/2017. to 30.07. 2021 on a weekend package.
Everything was wonderful.
The territory is large, beautiful, well maintained. The room is magnificent and very well renovated. Daily cleaning service. There are no complaints about nutrition. Everything is very tasty. The staff is friendly.
Those who are going on vacation and treatment in Belarus, I recommend this sanatorium to everyone.

A very good sanatorium, friendly, experienced staff who meet us at any time, well-chosen procedures. A varied menu, fish every day, different types of meat, juices, vegetables and fruits. Gorgeous pool, grounds, clean air. I advise everyone, we have already vacationed there three times: 2018.2020 2021, and we have never been disappointed!

The medical service is at the highest level, a varied menu, rooms with new furniture, the pool is excellent. The only negative is leisure. There are no procedures and no guided tours on Sunday. I, like all the guests of Belarus, would love to visit Polotsk.

The food is just the bottom.Salad with hair is normal, if you like cabbage and potatoes and bread cutlets here. I just don't understand how such dishes can be cooked, it's terrible. I've been to various sanatoriums, but I don't recommend this one to anyone. Soup is poured without any norms, water and 2 pasta for a man 188 years old, change cooks 100%, a good cook will cook from a minimum set of products and delicious. Don't set foot here.Leisure for three. I do not separate treatment and nutrition, everything should be in a complex. The doctors are good, the masseur is young, but he did a very good job, acupuncture and extractor hood are above all praise, but the kitchen is just terrible. I just saw a piece of cucumber once, there are no salads, fruits on Tuesday and in March.Let the food be more expensive, but I will definitely treat my stomach after you.

In April, I requested a price from 12.06. to 16.06.
I received a price of 750 rubles for two.
Upon arrival, the price turned out to be 1,350 Belarusian rubles (in Russian rubles it became 40,000 rubles instead of 25,000 rubles)
The administrator asked why they did not look at the price change on the site, when asked why they did not warn in a letter or did not call, she said that she could only apologize.
The beds are separate, shared only in the suite.
All procedures are paid, even going to the gym,the hot water heats up for a long time, the towels smell, there is no shampoo🤦♂️

The impression about the sanatorium "Zheleznodorozhnik" was 50-50.Rooms, meals, treatments - everything is fine. But it didn't work out to rest! A huge number of children who ran around the corridors without supervision in the evening and even after lights out, a small territory and the lack of organization of events after 16 hours, reduced their stay in this sanatorium only to treatment. The administration is not at all concerned that this is still a SANATORIUM, not a pioneer camp, and the elderly need peace.

In our fast time, we are always rushing to achieve goals and objectives, we want to do everything in time, but we do not have time to rest. When a vacation comes, we are faced with a choice of where to go - to the sea or to visit a country where you have not been yet. But sometimes we do not notice that next to us, in our country, there is a great place to relax - the sanatorium "Zheleznodorozhnik"!
It's your first time. Emotions are overwhelming. Everything is very cool! They greet you with a smile, the rooms are comfortable. It's nice to live in a clean, cozy room, linen and towels are replaced without reminders, it's cozy like at home. The food department was also pleased! The dishes are delicious, unusual, there is a choice at any time. I would like to express my gratitude to all the staff, doctors and the director of this wonderful sanatorium. Thank you all for the excellent attitude to your work.

We had a rest in February-March 2019. A very good medical base, especially a device for underwater spinal traction. A large selection of procedures in the mud spa, massage, a good pool. The whole impression was spoiled by the administrator, who did not warn about the mandatory availability of tests, medical documents, and statements. As a result, 2 missed days without appointments for procedures. During a personal visit to the administrator, she again confirmed in conversation that "nothing is needed", as she confirmed it in correspondence by e-mail. However, we were sent to take tests at the regional diagnostic center in Vitebsk, that's where the real hell of Soviet times is! Everything is written manually, you need to go to pick up the tests again in person, you haven't heard about computers there! The shower cabin in the room is very leaky (room 306), do not go to the sink. There is no basic penny soap and air freshener in the bathroom for a considerable ticket price. A room with a large double bed cannot be chosen, or Lux at once, naturally much more expensive. There is no pharmacy kiosk, no vending machine for cell phone payments. In the neighboring sanatorium, the pharmacy and the post office have a day off on Monday, they work until 16 o'clock. In general, it is easier to go to Vitebsk. Everything is located in a single building with a passage on the second floor, which is very convenient. I was pleased with the pump room with mineral water and a winter garden! All procedures can be completed, but then the epic of the doctor - administrator - cashier begins. And they all work in such a way that you definitely get to lunch, in general, there is no "one window" principle, as stated in the corridor at the same offices. Convenient transport location, near the railway station with passing trains, including from St. Petersburg, 200 meters from the sanatorium there are minibuses to Vitebsk. Convenient parking for private transport. The food is not bad, they always meet you halfway, they leave you if you warn and you're late. I really liked the attentive attitude of the doctors, the exact appointments, the necessary replacement procedures if necessary. In general, I recommend it, especially for treatment, although you need to prepare money, there are no discounts and benefits, even for pensioners. There is something to work on in the business part, the marketing department!
