We had a rest in February-March 2019. A very good medical base, especially a device for underwater spinal traction. A large selection of procedures in the mud spa, massage, a good pool. The whole impression was spoiled by the administrator, who did not warn about the mandatory availability of tests, medical documents, and statements. As a result, 2 missed days without appointments for procedures. During a personal visit to the administrator, she again confirmed in conversation that "nothing is needed", as she confirmed it in correspondence by e-mail. However, we were sent to take tests at the regional diagnostic center in Vitebsk, that's where the real hell of Soviet times is! Everything is written manually, you need to go to pick up the tests again in person, you haven't heard about computers there! The shower cabin in the room is very leaky (room 306), do not go to the sink. There is no basic penny soap and air freshener in the bathroom for a considerable ticket price. A room with a large double bed cannot be chosen, or Lux at once, naturally much more expensive. There is no pharmacy kiosk, no vending machine for cell phone payments. In the neighboring sanatorium, the pharmacy and the post office have a day off on Monday, they work until 16 o'clock. In general, it is easier to go to Vitebsk. Everything is located in a single building with a passage on the second floor, which is very convenient. I was pleased with the pump room with mineral water and a winter garden! All procedures can be completed, but then the epic of the doctor - administrator - cashier begins. And they all work in such a way that you definitely get to lunch, in general, there is no "one window" principle, as stated in the corridor at the same offices. Convenient transport location, near the railway station with passing trains, including from St. Petersburg, 200 meters from the sanatorium there are minibuses to Vitebsk. Convenient parking for private transport. The food is not bad, they always meet you halfway, they leave you if you warn and you're late. I really liked the attentive attitude of the doctors, the exact appointments, the necessary replacement procedures if necessary. In general, I recommend it, especially for treatment, although you need to prepare money, there are no discounts and benefits, even for pensioners. There is something to work on in the business part, the marketing department!

We have been to the sanatorium "Zheleznodorozhnik" three times, we will return again. I liked everything, from the living conditions to the treatment room. The treatment room has everything you came for, and the service staff is a separate topic, qualified, attentive, and most importantly, each has its own approach and with such love that you want to stay longer, forgetting that the vacation is ending. The kitchen is not a buffet, but delicious, dietary, everything is for a couple, which is why we came. The territory is not large, but there is a lake with swans, a forest nearby, we take Scandinavian sticks with us. Anyone who goes to improve their health will find advantages in everything.

The pool is beyond praise, but we were not allowed to spend the last night, although we arrived in the morning (drove all night) according to the idea, we should leave in the morning, but we were told: "We do not have a flophouse, you have to leave on the last day before 8 o'clock. evening. All claims to the Ministry of Health of Belarus" - scratched to the soul. The food is not to say that ah, When we were not allowed to spend the last night, we were going to leave after lunch, many thanks to the dietitian, a balm for the soul, I collected a dry ration myself, instead of afternoon tea and dinner. We had to get to Pskov before dark, the battery ran out. We drove 130 almost all the way. We managed to change it.We have been going to health resorts in Belarus for the 12th year. Every year is different. People are friendly, we also try to pay them with mutual kindness, but sorry, we will not come to this sanatorium anymore, and it is very expensive compared to others, and there is no doctor at night, too, a small minus. Nothing at all. Thank you for your hospitality.

Good afternoon! We have been to the sanatorium three times. First, together with my husband, then with my son's family (daughter-in-law, granddaughter and son) and this year the three of us as a girl group (daughter-in-law, granddaughter and me). A wonderful place to relax and, most importantly, quality treatment. We always travel during the early spring period and therefore the organization of the space is ideal - all in one building. When you can go from the hydrotherapy without straining to another building ( sleeping or dining room or to a wonderful winter garden with a pump room of mineral water ) , and outside the window the bad weather with rain and snow is super wonderful !!!!!!!!! The neighboring sanatorium "Lettsy" has a completely different story - all buildings stand separately. Maybe it is convenient for the sanatorium maintenance service, but not for vacationers, from the word at all. I would like to mention the excellent staff. Everyone is very polite and you can ask for help without fear that they will not help you or even be rude (alas, you have had experience in other sanatoriums) . The rooms of the sanatorium are perfectly clean. The food is very good. And the pool is wonderful, century-old pine trees are visible in the huge windows, the feeling is extraordinary, and it seems small, and of course you can't do Olympic records there, but for recreation, physical therapy and relaxation - that's the thing. Excellent physical therapy therapists- exercise every morning, the complexes are really healing. Separately, I would like to mention the wonderful doctor Bratenkova Svetlana Konstantinovna. It's just Dr. Aibolit in a skirt- it will help everyone, it will heal- it's the pure truth. When we made a vacation plan, we looked at a lot of options - but the "Railwayman" is the best. The price-quality ratio is for all 5+. I recommend it to all my friends and acquaintances - if you want to get treated for reasonable money, this is just here. My relatives were just having a rest. But I brought them back and forth. So the impression is something to add up) It is quite cozy both in the lobby and corridors, and in the rooms it is quite decent and comfortable. The surrounding area is simply gorgeous. Pine trees and lawns.... it is very atmospheric and fresh. The air is simply intoxicating. According to the stories of relatives, good service and food. It's a great place.

The sanatorium is not bad, I was there 3 times. But the booking service, it's terrible, I never got through in 3 days.Not once! All the phones were ringing.
It is clear that the sanatorium is state-owned and the staff does not care whether the guest arrives or not. I have never seen such an attitude.
