Inadequate Mediation: The firm did not effectively mediate between myself and the landlord when issues arose, leaving me to handle disputes independently. Overall, while the initial experience was positive, the lack of support during the lease termination process was disappointing. Improvements in client engagement and dispute resolution are needed.
