Either this branch of Halyk Bank isn't lucky enough to get smart bank officers or just the whole bank has gone down in the level of service but I was continuously disappointed by my last three or four visits here. And still struggling to resolve a situation caused by bad advice of the bank's HelpLine. But the good thing is that they are open until very late, unlike most other branches.

Очень милые консультанты. В совершенстве владеют русским и казахским, помогают разобраться с приложением и счетами. Жаль, что их очень мало. По одному консультанту на отделение иногда.

Очень медленные кассиры. Из всех касс обычно работает 1-2. До момента обслуживания пришлось ждать 45 минут, хотя очередь была всего 8 человек. Если есть лишнее время и крепкие нервы то Welcome.
