We had a rest with a friend from October 12 to 22, 2019 at this hotel. Everything is great: the sea is beautiful, the service staff is responsive, wonderful excursions were taken from Victoria. One big disadvantage is that there are no balconies in the hotel and the room is not ventilated.

Cons: FOOD- although the hotel is considered a family, you will not find a children's menu there. The kitchen is monotonous (occasionally something new appears, but very similar to the old one). The list of fruits is small, watermelon (not ripe), melon, apple and a little grapes. ROOMS: everything is shabby, stained and mildewed in the bathroom. The Windows do not open, the room is very humid, the air conditioner smells of mold and dampness (after staying in the room, all things smell musty, washed several times in the end to get rid of the smell). ❗️Those with asthma or allergies are especially careful. Ants live in the room, this is the norm for them)). There are only 3 channels on TV, one of them is Russian (TNT). MAINTENANCE/ SERVICE One bottle of water is put in the room once a day, in the first 2 days they carried it, the rest of the days they scored on us completely, we had to ask or run to the store (by the way, it is opposite). We were settled in a room with insects, it was difficult to change the room. (If you want a sea view, an additional fee of 50 dirhams per day). Before the storm (and it started in 15 seconds, you won't guess about the beginning of the storm), they didn't close the beach and didn't warn the guests, the result was that things were swept into the sea, broken knees, shock and horror on the faces of tourists. When cleaning the room, the bathroom floor was cleaned every other time. Towels have seen a long life and are no longer washed (they are brought with stains). THE CONTINGENT OF TOURISTS: If you like a quiet place, then when staying in a Hindu hotel, you will be able to relax only in the room. They arrange a real zoo in the pool, the water after them with oil puddles on the surface, women bathe (due to religion) in covered clothes that are not completely clean, the noise from them is wild, they do not pay attention to the fact that they are not alone. Well, in principle, it is clear to those who have met such. leisure: A Russian-speaking guide was provided from the tour operator (this is good), but the tours were not exactly sold according to the stories, especially SAFARI, 6 minutes drive and 3 hours of useless activities (this does not apply to the hotel, but suddenly who will gather)

I recommend the hotel for 💯!! One of the unpleasant moments is our tour operator Fan san!! Sorry, comrades, but you can't do that!!! Deceiving Elkhan is ugly, at least!! This is the guide who comes to the hotel! Firstly, his prices are more expensive for the same excursions by $ 15, when asked why it was more expensive, he said that others do not feed, although this is not the case!! We went to the Indian Ocean, generally not bad, but it could have been better!! So feel free to take vouchers for excursions from the girl on the 1st floor, she almost always sits there, Evgenia, in my opinion her name is! But this is not the most unpleasant moment from the tour operator!! Dear tourists, the Water Park in Sharjah is open!!! He's gorgeous, you buy a ticket, he also works at the amusement park!! But the guides all say that the Water Park does not work, that the Ferris wheel does not work either, allegedly the sand has sunk, and so on!! Don't believe it!! Everything works and you can safely walk!! A 40% discount is valid until 11.00 am, of course, we took advantage of it!!
