As soon as you enter the enterprise, you step into a chaotic environment. There is no queue tracking, the tables are almost different, not ergonomic… We wanted Menengic coffee, the local chickpea plate brought with it is a positive thing, but it is unclear what coffee is, I did not understand whether I drank water or coffee. In addition, coffee as well as water service is customary, but here plus 25 TL is requested. In April 2026, coffee without water, uncertain what it is, is 130 TL, expensive from Istanbul. In addition, the service staff left it at the door entrance for 5 minutes with a tray in hand until the coffee arrived and then it was served, it came cold. Completely spoiled state and movements… I do not recommend the business.
