We checked into the hotel before 14:00 hours - it's always nice when, if possible, they don't offer to wait. The reception staff were very pleasant (polite, attentive, always smiling) - they gave out a card, answered questions, told how to get to the shops, ordered a taxi to the airport. The room is triple, big enough. The room has tea, a kettle, replenished water supplies, a fairly large bathroom with a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel. Towels were changed daily. The breakfasts are decent enough - omelet, greens, cheese, ham, olives, herbs, tea, coffee, sweets. We had enough. Overall, the hotel is very decent, I liked it. We would definitely come back again

A huge advantage of this hotel is its location. The main attractions are within walking distance. Our double room was scanty in size))), but it was enough for us to relax between long walks. The room has everything you need (refrigerator, kettle, hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, slippers, safe). The pastels are very comfortable, the linen is the purest! The hotel staff does not understand Russian, but you can explain yourself in English. The staff is friendly. The room is very clean (the cleaning quality is excellent). There is a gorgeous terrace on the top floor. Be sure to go up there! The downside of the hotel is tomorrow. The range of dishes is the same every day. The choice is very poor. Because I don't eat some foods, it was very difficult for me ((( I definitely recommend this hotel for your stay, but it is better to book without breakfast.

We had a vacation with my son in January 2026. It was our first time in Istanbul, and the hotel's convenient location in the very center and walking distance to all the attractions helped us a lot. Nice, small, beautiful, clean hotel. Our room was small, the windows were small and overlooking the neighboring building, but if you don't plan to spend the whole day at the hotel, which would be a crime for Istanbul, it's fine. I would also like to mention the daily cleaning, change of towels and the neatness of the staff. The breakfasts are standard, next time we will take accommodation without them.

Clean hotel, cozy, courteous staff, normal breakfast, value for money, perfect location! Of the minor disadvantages, there is no shoe spoon, it is better to take it with you, there is no heated towel rail, but therefore towels are changed every day.

A good hotel for your money. We lived in a room on the ground floor. The water pressure was normal. The bed linen is clean. Towels were changed daily. The breakfasts are the same every day, only one dish has changed. But they are very tasty and satisfying. Within walking distance of Hagia Sophia, Sultanahmet tram station. Beautiful view from the terrace on the 5th floor.

A great hotel with a view of Hagia Sophia. The location is a five-minute walk from Sultanahmet Square, where the main attractions are. Delicious breakfasts, cozy location on the streets of the old town. The staff is professional! Everyone can decide, they are extremely polite and patient to the guests. Clean, comfortable, cozy, quiet. If I go to Istanbul again, I will stay at this hotel.

Having arrived in Istanbul for the first time, I plan to stay in this hotel next time. Cozy, small, homely. We booked with breakfast, I don't see the point in it, coffee / tea / kettle in the room, cafes nearby, inexpensive food. Breakfast at the hotel is standard: cheeses, nuggets, potatoes, salads, olives and olives, eggs/omelet. Room cleaning every day, safe, air conditioner (never turned on), the room is hot, even the windows were opened. The water is hot without interruptions. The hotel has a small elevator, for a couple of people, constantly used. The location is great! The Basilica cisterns and some mosques are within walking distance. There is a tram stop nearby, which takes you to another part of the city, across the bridge. We didn't buy the tours, they were soooo expensive. We went around and drove around everything we wanted. We used Yandex.Maps. If you want to go shopping, go to Istiklal right away, there are all the brands that are gone. By the way, we took a taxi a couple of times, Bitasi, download the app, everything is fine, we paid using the taximeter. Let me tell you: for 150 liras (450₽) per person, you can take a ride on a 2-hour excursion to the Bosphorus (there is a barker on the pier to the left of the main entrance, cash. Exchangers are everywhere.

A very cozy hotel, we were checked in as soon as we arrived, at 11.00. Pleasant staff, daily cleaning, excellent breakfast buffet, the hotel is very conveniently located, 5 minutes to Sultanhamet. There is a tram nearby, migros. Everything is within walking distance.

The only advantage is the location of the hotel. The main attractions are within a radius of half a kilometer from the hotel, that's all the advantages. The breakfasts are monotonous with minimal choice. There is nowhere and nothing to iron things with. The doors to the rooms have key locks, which are not very convenient to use. The room stock is outdated and poorly lit.

The hotel is very well located, the sights are just around the corner. The rooms are very clean, cleaning every day. Yes, I agree with some comments that the sound insulation is weak, but the location in the historical center covers this fact. The staff is very friendly.

Good afternoon. We stayed at the hotel for 7 days. I really liked it. I think the hotel is suitable for both couples and families. The hotel itself is small, but very cozy with professional and attentive staff. It is located in the center of Sultanahmet Square with various attractions: you can make excursions on foot, near the beautiful Bosphorus, where you can walk along the shore, or you can take a boat ride and see all the beauty of Istanbul from the water. The room is clean and tidy, it has air conditioning, a refrigerator, a kettle, and all necessary accessories in the bathroom. Daily cleaning service with a change of bed linen and towels. All the staff is very polite and friendly. I would like to mention the breakfasts: buffet - a variety of dishes for every taste and desire, an abundance of various sweets, tea, coffee, milk, various yoghurts, freshly squeezed juices. Everything is very tasty. I really enjoyed my stay, and the communication with the hotel staff was very pleasant. All the issues that arose were resolved immediately. Thank you very much. Next time we will only stop here. We recommend it to everyone.

The room has slippers, 2 towels per person, soap, shower gel, shampoo and cotton swabs. A very good powerful hair dryer. The room has air conditioning with heating, but of course there are no batteries. The room warms up quickly, but it still blows from the windows. The room has a safe and refrigerator. A TV with Russian channels. Very convenient location. At breakfast, check the quality of the dishes, sometimes you come across fermented snacks. The hotel has an elevator for 2 persons. No parking is required. They put a liter of water in the room every day. There is also a tea set and a kettle.

Super location, the best location in the historical part, excellent breakfasts, but ! Check the category and size of the room upon check-in so that it matches what you booked! They fool you, but if you burn it down, everything is fine! By the way, the roof of the hotel is a great place with tables and chairs to sit in the evening and drink beer or wine with your companion or companion. The gorgeous atmosphere of old Istanbul))

We were in room No. 302 in January 2025. It's a pleasant hotel, though shabby in places. The air conditioner did not work in the room. The staff is polite, they clean up. It's better not to take the elevator - it's too late. An awesome varied and delicious buffet breakfast. The room has a refrigerator, a safe, a kettle, dishes, a TV, a hairdryer, etc. The beds are like in a fairy tale - I fell down and fell asleep until morning, very comfortable. The only thing is that the neighbors can be heard through the door (the room was double) and the corridor is very good. What surprised me was that the disposable slippers were BOO! Yes, they were clean, in the packaging, but it is clear that they were worn 😃 If we're in Istanbul, we'll stop here.

The hotel's excellent location is close to all the attractions, and you can take a tram to Galata Tower and Istiklal Street, from Eminey Ferry to Karakey and other areas of Istanbul. Excellent breakfasts, very tasty. All the staff is friendly, ready to help with any question, the rooms are clean, but we had to ask for towels.

The three of us stayed at this hotel with our 14-year-old granddaughter from April 10 to April 14. We lived in room 305. The staff is helpful and courteous. Daily cleaning was done with the replacement of towels. The rooms are clean, there are slippers and bathrobes. The location of the hotel is very convenient, and you can easily and quickly reach all the main attractions on foot. The breakfasts are quite decent. They start at 7.30. One day, the departure for the tour was scheduled for 7.00 and we were allowed to have breakfast at 6.45. Well done!!! The only negative was that the elevator was not working due to its replacement. In general, we were satisfied with the hotel staff. Rating 5

I stayed twice that I came to Istanbul Positive - Location, a couple of minutes and you are on the square between the mosques - Pleasant breakfasts - Friendly staff Minuses - Tired hotel - During one of the visits, a jackhammer was being repaired in the next room, which eliminated our presence during the day. - If you are traveling on a tour, then logistics is carried out to the nearest convenient intersection, then by foot

The hotel is distinctive in its own way, the staff is responsive. But everything was old, the furniture was broken, and the table and bedside table in the room were kept on their word of honor. We settled into a ten-meter cubicle with a cot instead of the paid triple deluxe, the staff blatantly lies looking into our face, assuring us that the room allocated for us is much better than the paid one (in fact, this is not the case), that deluxe is all occupied. After 10 minutes, they were moved to a normal room (miraculously, it turned out to be free). Terrible sound insulation, dirty furniture and old plumbing, all photos and descriptions do not correspond to reality. I do not recommend it!

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in November. The location is convenient, a 2-minute walk from Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, cafes and restaurants. The hotel is old, dark, the breakfasts for Istanbul are average, everything you need is natural without frills. The main disadvantage of this hotel is noise insulation, there is none. The neighbors' floors creaked, and our ceiling, we were afraid that their floor would break and they would end up in our room. Terrible audibility, it is absolutely impossible to sleep!! And so the TV is working, there is a safe, coffee and tea set, water is replenished every day, cleaned well, towels, shampoos, gels. Friendly staff. But the sound insulation negates all the advantages of this hotel.

We had a rest in December 2024. I liked the hotel for its atmosphere, coziness, and some kind of homely warmth. But... 4 stars are probably like 2 here. There are no bathrobes, no toothpaste and a brush, it's good that they took it just in case. The bathroom is leaking and it is not clear from where. Actually, no one here knows about sound insulation. The closet seemed to be moved along the ceiling every night... and until the morning. But these are the main disadvantages. The breakfasts are quite decent, there were always fresh greens and fruits. There is a large selection of cheeses, slicing, scrambling, eggs, etc. The sights are right next to you. In 30 seconds you will be in the center of all the sights.

A great boutique hotel. It's cozy and nice to be inside. European cuisine breakfasts, which was a plus for us, the choice is small, but sufficient for a hearty breakfast. A nice bonus is the terrace with a view of Aya Sofia. The hotel is within walking distance to all major attractions. No need to spend money on travel. The disadvantages of living in the center are intrusive local cafes and their touts, grocery stores without price tags, the price can be invented at the moment. But that's the way it is all over the center. This does not apply to the hotel.
