The hotel is even 2 stars, not three. The old furniture and the hotel itself. But the location and price are very good. I was in May 2026, I rented a room for 1 person for 3 thousand per day. I had a good room (102). Everything was working: refrigerator, air conditioner, TV, water, and most importantly, a clean bed and the hotel was also clean. The breakfasts are modest, but you can have a snack. Tea and coffee around the clock. There is soap, shampoo, hair dryer, and disposable slippers in the room. The owner of the Oktay hotel is very good-natured, pleasant, responsive, makes all the concessions. On the 5th floor there is a good view of the Bosphorus. Nearby cafes, market, pharmacy. Tram stop T1 is a 5-minute walk away. Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar, Hagia Sophia, Gulhane Park, Marmaray in 10 minutes from the hotel

Excellent budget hotel. There are pros and cons, just like in any hotel in Istanbul. Positive: -Good variety of rooms, we liked the room with two rooms, you can relax with friends or family. The second number for one is also fine. -There is a veranda with both an outdoor area and a closed one with sofas and games. It's great to have company in the evening. -Free tea and coffee around the clock! This is a nice bonus. - The rooms are quite clean and cozy. -There are all shower accessories and slippers (disposable though) -Excellent location, close to cafes, attractions and the market! -Breakfast is unpretentious, but everything is high-quality and delicious. Minuses: -As in almost all budget hotels, the rooms are a little "shabby" - The doors in all toilets creak strongly -The audibility is quite strong, as everywhere in hotels in principle. You can definitely come to this place again. We were always greeted by the good-natured host, treated with sweets and had a pleasant conversation. I was simply charmed by the real delicious Ceylon tea (you can drink it all day), and a good drip coffee for breakfast (the host said real Colombian). We had a great time on the upper veranda in the evening.... Thank you very much to the owner of the Paris Hotel (sorry for not asking your name) for the pleasant atmosphere, for delicious and high-quality food, for tea, coffee and sweets))) I definitely recommend it.

We rested for 4 days and were satisfied: inexpensive and within walking distance from the main attractions. The staff is polite, the host is friendly. The breakfasts, as already mentioned above, are without frills, but satisfying. He reminded me of our Black Sea hotels and guest houses.

The hotel needs renovation, of course, but it was generally clean and cozy. We were in February, just when snow fell in Istanbul and it was cold, but the room has central heating - it was warm. The views on the roof are simply amazing. There is also a roof floor, it is also warm there in winter and there are sofas and a bathroom, the owner-administrator allowed us to stay there at least until nightfall, this is after the time spent in the room has ended. The breakfasts are without frills, but you definitely won't stay hungry. We liked everything.

A very nice budget hotel in the very center of Istanbul. There is breakfast, no frills, but quite enough. The bed is clean and comfortable. A huge bonus is the rooftop terrace overlooking the Bosphorus. A very pleasant and welcoming host.

Excellent location: 5 minutes to Sultanahmet Square. The same distance to the tram stop. Hospitable host, courteous staff. A normal breakfast, tea, coffee around the clock on the upper terrace with sofas. Quiet street, inexpensive cafes nearby.

A small hotel in the center of historical sites. The rooms are spacious enough, the rooms are cleaned-clean. Breakfast the choice is small, but you can always find something delicious to have breakfast with. And having breakfast on the glass terrace overlooking the Bosphorus is a fairy tale. At the reception, Natalia-in general, many thanks to her, a golden man, attentive to the point of insanity. In general, this hotel feels like home, wonderful people, a wonderful place. We will definitely return 🧡 The location is generally a fairy tale near Topkapi, Sultanahmet, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Bosphorus. You can walk to any of these points in 5 minutes

It is difficult to call a hotel, most likely a flophouse, everything falls off in the room, the TV and air conditioning do not work, everything is dirty, the two of us, so to speak, cannot disperse in an improved room, what can we say about a simple room, a 50x50 shower is covered with an oilcloth, the location is not bad if it were not for a locksmith shop 3 meters from the windows, breakfasts are meager, 3 a piece of the cheapest cheese and the same sausage, good tea. The receptionist is the host, at first he seemed hospitable, but we were mistaken...... If possible, do not book this place.

Everything is good and clean is the most important thing, but if you want to invite guests, then it's better not to, because you will only be given to sit in the lobby and that's it. Your guest will not be allowed in the room
