We stayed at this hotel for a week and had only positive impressions! The property is cozy and clean, with great attention to detail. The room was bright, spacious, and had a beautiful view. Housekeeping was done daily — everything was neat and tidy. The staff were polite and helpful, always ready to assist. We especially appreciated the reception service — fast, professional, and with a smile. The breakfasts were varied and delicious, with fresh fruit, hot dishes, and pastries every day. Overall, we were satisfied with the hotel! I really liked the atmosphere - there were many families with children, it was cozy, the territory was beautiful, well-groomed, the hotel is surrounded by greenery. A wonderful beach and, of course, the SEA is above all praise, we swam endlessly. As for food, the choice is meager and monotonous (this does not apply to desserts and a la carte restaurants, everything is wonderful with this) There is something to compare it with, we have also been to simpler hotels, they always tried to surprise us with something, to dilute the menu, everything is different here - the same thing. The waiters are quite passive, until you call yourself, they will not pour you water. One of the advantages is very tasty coffee, but not the one that is prepared in the main restaurant, but coffee in the bar near the reception and in the Harmony cafe, where you can choose desserts (I recommend cheesecake, very tasty). In general, drinks and cocktails are great! The room service is mediocre, even though there were tips. There are a lot of things for children, but we were with a 2-year-old baby, we only visited a mini disco and a playground a few times. The hotel can be safely recommended to those who have children, especially 4+, have their own water park, there is a lot of ice cream and entertainment, and there is also joy. I'll give you a solid four, as the food and service leave much to be desired.

We stayed at this hotel in August 2025. The hotel was suitable in all respects. 1. Good nutrition. A large selection of soups, lots of meat, fish. There is a large table with diet meals. There are no themed dinners as such, but there are so many dishes for dinner that in 2 weeks we tried everything calmly. Everything is very tasty and well prepared. 2. We needed a room with two isolated rooms, so that each had its own bathroom. Papillon Ayscha has such rooms — it's a Family Connection. We had a view of the interior of the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and our rooms were cleaned every day and towels were also changed. All products are available, even a razor with foam on request. But we used our own shampoos. The only thing I didn't like was the poor sound insulation in the rooms, but the earplugs were saved. 3. Clean beach and sea, as well as large sunshades. We were vacationing during the season, but even so there were a lot of free deck chairs. The animation on the beach and by the pool is very good, the animators don't bother, they are very friendly. Bocce, Darts, Shotgun shooting (I recommend it). If you are with children, there is a very good kids club here. The parents handed over the children and probably picked them up only at the end of the rest. At the same time, everyone is happy. We flew from Pegas Select. There was a private transfer in both directions. The time was controlled via the website, which is very convenient. For reference, the hotel will be renovated this winter. The rooms should be refreshed by the summer of 2026.

The rest was a success thanks to the kids' club and the beach! We stayed at the hotel from 26.09 to 10.10. The weather was great, it was cooler for a couple of days before we left because of the rain, but the weather is fine, the sea is warm. We traveled with a 6-year-old child and a grandmother. The children's rest was a success, the child came into the room at 22:00 and went to sleep. Positive: 1. An academic children's club in which educators are involved in the activities of children. Where necessary, they will gently tell the child; when the child has lost, they will give a consolation prize; they do not spare prizes and two teams can win prizes for all children, and where necessary, they can talk more strictly. I can't call the club's staff animators, as they did the work of tutors. on the territory of the children's club there is a place where kids can climb, and where 5-7 year olds can play on a slide or trampoline. Of course, our child got hooked on playstation, but the educators regulated and allowed him to play and watch only as much as I (the parent) designated. There are different activities for children from 10:00 to 23:00, and for those children who do not want to participate, educators can sit down to play board games, draw, just chat with the child. That is, if they see that the child is bored, then they offer him something. From 10 to 12:30 and from 14:30 to 17:00, a child from 4 years old can be left under the responsibility of the club. At 21:30 there is a children's disco, and after that until 23:00 there are various activities for children (karaoke, festival, etc.). All the teachers are Russian speakers. The children are 80% Russian-speaking. In my opinion, the club is aimed at children aged 3-9 years. And that was basically the age of the children. 2. Excellent beach (sand), there is enough space for all children on the shore, who splashes, who builds castles, no one interferes, There is no struggle for sun beds on the beach or near the pool, we came at 10:00 and there were always places. The sea is warm. Near the sun beds, ice boxes with water bottles are refilled every evening. You do not need to order water separately, which is very convenient. And there is no sweltering heat like in summer, while it is warm and comfortable. 2. The beach bar and the beach restaurant are well located - close to the shore. But I can't tell by the quality, as we've rarely been there. Mostly they came in just for the ice cream. 3. Lots and variety of milkshakes and kefir for children (in a package). Our child usually drinks so much at home. 4. The child had a DR while on vacation. In the evening, a cake was brought out from the hotel for dinner with a candle and congratulations (not a portion for one, but such a weighty and delicious cake. We got a lot of cake.... Oh, I remember him. I would love to eat a piece now). In the evening after the mini disco, the club's teachers congratulated the child on the stage and presented him with gifts from the club (backpack, T-shirt) and a gift that we had brought with us. Thank you so much that the caregivers gift-wrapped the gift themselves! I didn't even think to do it. Everything was prettier in the gift box. The child was happy! 5. The guest service, or rather the staff, who work perfectly to solve all the questions of the guests! Always with a smile! They will always answer stupid questions and also with a smile! Minuses: 1. Surprisingly, I found a poor selection of second courses. Usually, there are some themed dishes in hotels of this level, but here everything is standard. In a Muslim country, there was only mutton once in 12 days. What is being prepared at the chef's counter does not look like a high-level kitchen. On the last day, we went to a restaurant for lunch near the bungalow (our restaurant was included in the price) and there is a much better level of cuisine there than in the main restaurant, but the choice is small. I regretted that we hadn't visited this restaurant earlier. They would have had lunch there. The most basic disadvantage I have is nutrition. In my estimation, the food is at 4 with a minus. 2. The bungalow room is tired and dark. The trouble with lighting is simple. Like in a cave in the evening, there is little light. But on the other hand, the bungalow is quiet and only the murmur of the pool nearby. Despite the cons, I give 5 points, as the pros outweighed everything and it was a fantastic children's holiday! Most likely, we will return in October 2026!

We had a vacation in September 2025.a hotel for senpai with children. The territory is compact; everything is very conveniently located on it. The rooms are clean, the minibar is replenished without any reminder. The food is excellent in the main restaurant. we have never been to Ala kart restaurants (there are 5 of them), because the main restaurant has everything. There are plenty of sun beds on the sea and the pool.the beach is sandy.there is a pier with ice floes and a pantone. There are bars with the best alcohol in the lobby. The children's animation is great from 10 to 23. Sometimes I couldn't drag the child out of the kids' club to the sea. The adult animation was also pleasing-there were a lot of low-key entertainments such as bocce, darts , and shooting. Many of the guests stayed from our last visit (2024), which speaks about the stability of the hotel.

We stayed at this hotel in September 2025. The whole family was poisoned on the second day of rest! I've never felt so bad in my life. The rooms were very dirty. In fact, the bed linen and towels were changed, and that's it. All the furniture is covered in dust and grease stains. The food is not delicious. In the early days, tea/coffee was brought very promptly during breakfast/lunch/dinner. The table was cleared very quickly. Then the staff disappeared. On the last day, we got to the Ramadan holiday and the locals checked into the hotel. There was a festive atmosphere, a concert, a buffet on the lawn for the guests! Every day From 12:00 to 17:00, waffles and gozleme with various fillings were prepared in front of the beach: cheese, potatoes, spinach, meat, etc. + the most delicious ayran, it turned out to be a good snack. We found free deck chairs on the beach without any problems! 👌 The territory is well maintained, everything is polished to a shine, there are no streaks, finger marks, the lawn is mowed, watered regularly. The buffet and Kid's buffet are well organized. For kids: there is a blender, mashed potatoes in jars, boiled vegetables, eggs, boiled cereals without salt and spices, boiled chicken and beef. A refrigerator with baby food and yoghurts! I'm surprised there was even baby formula! The high chair is carried out with a disposable bib (!), a spoon, a wet cloth and a paper "tablecloth" in the shape of a table. Everything is clean and most importantly FOR KIDS! A wide variety of side dishes, meat, fruits, vegetables. But… Seafood is scarce, and we couldn't sign up for the fish restaurant. We only got to a Mexican restaurant, but I didn't like it. We sat by the water in an atmospheric way, the guy sang songs on the guitar, but the menu is meager and not tasty. For an amateur in general and for one time. Entertainment for children: animators, children's slides, swimming pool, playground, For adults: games, quizzes, yoga on the lawn, stretching, mini football, concerts and shows, we went for a massage (for a fee), gym There is constant movement in the hotel Cons: a crow wanted to attack me at 07:00 😂 circled over my head in the territory. I was really scared for my hair then. I definitely recommend the hotel for a family holiday

In the bar, most of the drinks are Turkish counterparts, most of which taste far from the original. For smokers, there are places where smoking is not allowed, the signs tell about this, otherwise there are no restrictions on smoking. A great place for a family holiday, both with and without children, everyone will find entertainment (or a quiet corner) to their liking. Large clean pools, slides for children and adults. Overall, the impression of the hotel is that I would like to come here again. P.S. - if you're coming here, grab the oldest book you don't need at home. There are few Russian-language books, and before you can blink, someone has already dared to put a copy on the shelf 😑

This is a 100% children's holiday: transfer, field, treats and festive atmosphere! Football coach Mireille was able to assemble a team of children in the shortest possible time, which is 2 days (from the moment we arrived), which took third place at the tournament between Papillon hotels. But without Julia's animator, who was also with us at this tournament, it wouldn't be so cool! Not all hotels have such holidays! The hotel itself has a compact territory, which is also convenient for children, you can always easily find your child (if he does not play hide-and-seek).
