We stayed at this hotel for a week and had only positive impressions! The property is cozy and clean, with great attention to detail. The room was bright, spacious, and had a beautiful view. Housekeeping was done daily — everything was neat and tidy. The staff were polite and helpful, always ready to assist. We especially appreciated the reception service — fast, professional, and with a smile. The breakfasts were varied and delicious, with fresh fruit, hot dishes, and pastries every day. The refrigerator is refilled daily with drinks. The bathroom has shampoo, hair conditioner, shower gel, body lotion. The territory is small, but cozy. There is a lot of greenery on the territory of the hotel and in its surroundings. In the evening, you can stroll along the shady alleys with palm trees and flowers, or sit in the shade with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. The bar always has a huge selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, and you can also order smoothies there. The food is excellent, there is always a huge selection of dishes for every taste: various seafood, as well as grilled fish and meat, fresh fruits and vegetables, and traditional Turkish treats. Every day, entertainment for children and adults was provided by a very friendly team of animators. During the day - active games, outdoor sports, in the evening - live music, evening shows, discos with a laser show. The beach is clean, cleaned daily. There were always plenty of sun beds. There is also a lounge area on the pier. Papillon Ayscha is a great hotel for relaxation. We were satisfied.

I had a rest in Papillon Aisha in April, so my review will be more relevant at the beginning of the season. Overall, I was very happy with my vacation, but I will try to be objective and therefore I will start with the cons.: 1. I will attribute the main pool area to the main disadvantage. That's why, unfortunately, I would not want to return to this hotel. There were constantly not enough deck chairs and they were all occupied, both by vacationers and by other people's towels. And it was April: I'm afraid to imagine what happens at the height of the season. The hotel says that beach towels cannot be "reserved" for deck chairs and that the staff will clean them, but in fact, no one was watching this. There are also a lot of children in the pool area, and loud annoying music is constantly playing: if you like a secluded, relaxing holiday, you are not here. I really missed the relaxation pool 18+, like, for example, in Belleville. It's quiet and secluded only in the villa pools: but as far as I know, it can only be used by villa guests. By the way, the main pool wasn't really heated. Maybe I don't understand how many degrees it should have warmed up.: but it was chilly and cold in the pool when diving. It was +28-30 outside, and it was cool in the pool. But there were more than enough deck chairs by the sea, even on the first line. Apparently, the "off-season" was affected by the fact that the sea was cold and stormy. 2. The second disadvantage is that despite the summer concept, all a la carte restaurants and food areas were not open in April. In the main restaurant, a food area on the street with a canopy (with a grill, fish, meat, Indian and Asian cuisine) opened only on the 20th of April. Initially, there were only 2 a la carte restaurants (Safran and Mikado), then a fish restaurant (Coral) opened. I did not see the opening of a Mexican restaurant and a food court in the villa area: they should be open during the summer season. I recommend asking the hotel in advance what concept it will use during the off-season. 3. Small area. On the one hand, everything is compact, but at the same time, there is not enough space for walks and activities. The territory is very small, there is nowhere to go for a walk outside the hotel. Taxis are expensive. Now the pros: 1. The territory, although small, is very picturesque, green and aesthetic. This hotel has charm. In the middle of the residential building there is a garden with southern coniferous trees. I enjoyed the aesthetics of this place every day. 2. Food and a la carte restaurants. I recommend trying dishes from the grill area, Indian and Asian cuisines on the outdoor veranda of the main restaurant. Before their opening, the choice was large, but without frills. There was no seafood (mussels, shrimps) on the buffet, baked squid was served a couple of times. Sushi is only a la carte. A la carte: 8 out of 10. Paid, 5 euros per person. The best is the Mikado. I'll put Coral next. The third is Turkish Safran. I was confused by the fact that the same snacks that were served as appetizers in Safran (hummus, tomatoes) could be found on the buffet. For an additional fee, there is the same thing - doubtful. 3. The hotel has a nice spacious gym, which has everything. However, there were few group classes: only yoga, Pilates, yoga in hammocks, and water aerobics. I missed strength group programs: for example, step aerobics, jumping, trx. The area for group classes is poorly equipped and very small, it looks very budget-friendly: covered with a canopy. I would like a more professional sports training area with the necessary equipment for a hotel of this level and price category. There is no tennis court on site. 4. The hotel has very good paid spa services. The free spa area is small: hammam, steam room, and sauna. When families with children come, it gets very noisy and crowded. By the way, the indoor pool does not belong to the spa area and is located separately! It's inconvenient, and keep that in mind. There is not enough privacy in the spa's relaxation area: the chairs are located directly at the passage to the saunas. Spa services are of a very high level: it is advantageous to take several massages - you will be given a discount. A man gave me a massage: I was very satisfied. 5. The number. Despite the fact that the renovation is not new, it looks very decent. It is very comfortable, there is a comfortable mattress (I fell asleep instantly, which is unusual for me), there is a balcony, cleaning is very thorough. 6. The service is unobtrusive, but very friendly. I would also like to thank the girls from guest relations, who were in touch with WhatsApp on any issue and always helped promptly. Overall, the hotel left a very pleasant impression of a place with a high level of service. But I left with the feeling that I wanted something more. First of all, I didn't have enough territory and nature. Although the latter is a feature of the whole Belek. There are no such picturesque mountains in this region as in Kemer, and the water in the sea is also muddy due to the sand. The beach is also small in length. If, like me, you like to relax both at sea and in the mountains, you like space, walks and sports activities, I recommend choosing another hotel and not considering Belek.

As for food, the choice is meager and monotonous (this does not apply to desserts and a la carte restaurants, everything is wonderful with this) There is something to compare it with, we have also been to simpler hotels, they always tried to surprise us with something, to dilute the menu, everything is different here - the same thing. The waiters are quite passive, until you call yourself, they will not pour you water. One of the advantages is very tasty coffee, but not the one that is prepared in the main restaurant, but coffee in the bar near the reception and in the Harmony cafe, where you can choose desserts (I recommend cheesecake, very tasty). In general, drinks and cocktails are great! The room service is mediocre, even though there were tips. There are a lot of things for children, but we were with a 2-year-old baby, we only visited a mini disco and a playground a few times. The hotel can be safely recommended to those who have children, especially 4+, have their own water park, there is a lot of ice cream and entertainment, and there is also joy. I'll give you a solid four, as the food and service leave much to be desired.

There are many tourists from Russia, Germany, and Eastern Europe at the hotel, and there are a lot of children. Cocktails are made to order at the beach bar and near the reception, which are not included in the menu. The weather in July is hot, up to +43 degrees, but when the wind blows from the sea (most of the time), it is comfortable by the pool and at sea. Among the disadvantages: The standard rooms are 22 meters high, cramped even for three people, and the shower areas are too small. The weather was great, it was cooler for a couple of days before we left because of the rain, but the weather is fine, the sea is warm. We traveled with a 6-year-old child and a grandmother. The children's rest was a success, the child came into the room at 22:00 and went to sleep. Positive: 1. An academic children's club in which educators are involved in the activities of children. Where necessary, they will gently tell the child; when the child has lost, they will give a consolation prize; they do not spare prizes and two teams can win prizes for all children, and where necessary, they can talk more strictly. I can't call the club's staff animators, as they did the work of tutors. on the territory of the children's club there is a place where kids can climb, and where 5-7 year olds can play on a slide or trampoline. Of course, our child got hooked on playstation, but the educators regulated and allowed him to play and watch only as much as I (the parent) designated. There are different activities for children from 10:00 to 23:00, and for those children who do not want to participate, educators can sit down to play board games, draw, just chat with the child. That is, if they see that the child is bored, then they offer him something. From 10 to 12:30 and from 14:30 to 17:00, a child from 4 years old can be left under the responsibility of the club. At 21:30 there is a children's disco, and after that until 23:00 there are various activities for children (karaoke, festival, etc.). All the teachers are Russian speakers. The children are 80% Russian-speaking. In my opinion, the club is aimed at children aged 3-9 years. And that was basically the age of the children. 2. Excellent beach (sand), there is enough space for all children on the shore, who splashes, who builds castles, no one interferes, There is no struggle for sun beds on the beach or near the pool, we came at 10:00 and there were always places. The sea is warm. Near the sun beds, ice boxes with water bottles are refilled every evening. You do not need to order water separately, which is very convenient. And there is no sweltering heat like in summer, while it is warm and comfortable. 2. The beach bar and the beach restaurant are well located - close to the shore. But I can't tell by the quality, as we've rarely been there. Mostly they came in just for the ice cream. 3. Lots and variety of milkshakes and kefir for children (in a package). Our child usually drinks so much at home. 4. The child had a DR while on vacation. In the evening, a cake was brought out from the hotel for dinner with a candle and congratulations (not a portion for one, but such a weighty and delicious cake. We got a lot of cake.... Oh, I remember him. I would love to eat a piece now). In the evening after the mini disco, the club's teachers congratulated the child on the stage and presented him with gifts from the club (backpack, T-shirt) and a gift that we had brought with us. Thank you so much that the caregivers gift-wrapped the gift themselves! I didn't even think to do it. Everything was prettier in the gift box. The child was happy! 5. The guest service, or rather the staff, who work perfectly to solve all the questions of the guests! Always with a smile! They will always answer stupid questions and also with a smile! Minuses: 1. Surprisingly, I found a poor selection of second courses. Usually, there are some themed dishes in hotels of this level, but here everything is standard. In a Muslim country, there was only mutton once in 12 days. What is being prepared at the chef's counter does not look like a high-level kitchen. On the last day, we went to a restaurant for lunch near the bungalow (our restaurant was included in the price) and there is a much better level of cuisine there than in the main restaurant, but the choice is small. I regretted that we hadn't visited this restaurant earlier. They would have had lunch there. The most basic disadvantage I have is nutrition. In my estimation, the food is at 4 with a minus. 2. The bungalow room is tired and dark. The trouble with lighting is simple. Like in a cave in the evening, there is little light. But on the other hand, the bungalow is quiet and only the murmur of the pool nearby. Despite the cons, I give 5 points, as the pros outweighed everything and it was a fantastic children's holiday! Most likely, we will return in October 2026!

I would like to mention the animators very unobtrusively offer everyone to participate a little at least once))) My children were constantly busy with something, they participated somewhere and received medals, diplomas, and T-shirts. The kids' club for the younger ones has become a center of attraction and there is a really reverent attitude towards children and the club itself is made in such a way that it was interesting for us to be there! In the evenings, in addition to the children's disco and shows, themed parties are held for both adults and children (32 circus performers, life-size dolls and animators participated in one of the shows - it was an unrealistically cool holiday!!!)

Room cleaning is the same as everywhere else, everything else is better than in other hotels of this level. There are awnings on the beach above the sun beds and therefore there is constant shade. The drinks are delicious only at the beach bar and the martini bar. The animation is average. The food is great, delicious, but by the end of the vacation I was pretty tired. There is no variety in food. The hotel is a bit shabby, it feels like renovation is needed, but the rooms themselves and the overall view are very good. Any request is quickly fulfilled. The rooms are beautifully cleaned. They gave me a T-shirt for my birthday, a cake with my name on it, and beautifully decorated the room, all for free, and of course it was nice. The a la carte restaurants have a small menu, not varied. The service in the main restaurant is not very good, in all the others it is top-notch. In general, an average Turkish 5-star hotel, but with a beautiful territory and very good for small children

The rooms are clean, the minibar is replenished without any reminder. The food is excellent in the main restaurant. we have never been to Ala kart restaurants (there are 5 of them), because the main restaurant has everything. There are plenty of sun beds on the sea and the pool.the beach is sandy.there is a pier with ice floes and a pantone. There are bars with the best alcohol in the lobby. The children's animation is great from 10 to 23. Sometimes I couldn't drag the child out of the kids' club to the sea. The adult animation was also pleasing-there were a lot of low-key entertainments such as bocce, darts , and shooting. Many of the guests stayed from our last visit (2024), which speaks about the stability of the hotel.

We had a rest on 12.07-21.07.25. I do not advise couples and those who want to relax without children's noise. 98% of the guests at the hotel are families with children of different ages, it feels like a playground 24/7. The staff is Russian-speaking, as the hotel's guests are mostly Russians and Kazakhs. The food was monotonous and cheap, only watermelon could be eaten from fruits, the rest was tasteless. There is no normal mutton (which is worth going to Turkey for), chicken and fish are always overdried. There are a lot of flies on the buffet and in the main restaurant. One of the advantages is excellent room cleaning and a beach-sea. The price is high and does not match the quality at all.
