We stayed at this hotel for a week and had only positive impressions! The property is cozy and clean, with great attention to detail. The room was bright, spacious, and had a beautiful view. Housekeeping was done daily — everything was neat and tidy. The staff were polite and helpful, always ready to assist. We especially appreciated the reception service — fast, professional, and with a smile. The breakfasts were varied and delicious, with fresh fruit, hot dishes, and pastries every day. We had a rest in April 2026. I really liked the hotel: - Excellent service (waiters, bartenders, receptionists - well done, immaculate) All the staff are very caring and courteous. - Excellent children's animation - the children ran to the club and were there from 10 to 23 hours with breaks, of course) When I read the reviews, I didn't understand why everyone was praising the kids' club so much))) It's absolutely true that even our children are absolutely delighted, although they usually can't be forced to go to places like this! It's just a paradise for us parents, we have free time for ourselves) - Excellent daytime animation and evening shows - The territory is small, but very well maintained, everything is clean - There is a water park, the water is heated, there are always 2 rescuers near the slides, they calmly let the children jump - Excellent alcohol (Chivas Regal 12l, Glenmorange, Olmeca Gold were always on any bar) All bottled beers, 4 or 5 varieties - At first, we were very surprised by the food, perhaps not yet a fully summer concept - there is no red fish, no avocado, no seafood, no lamb, steaks and grill. Perhaps the main disadvantage of the hotel! But then we realized that the food is very homemade and delicious. Usually, on the 3rd day in Turkey, everything is already over, but here we ate like at home) - The standard rooms are very small, they were changed from 27 meters to 37, it became much more comfortable - The outdoor pool is large, the first few days were not warm enough (26g), after requests they raised it to 29 degrees! We spent our evenings at the Martini bar with live music, met some great guys, plus friends came later! I really liked the hotel, I definitely recommend it with children.

Excellent hotel near Antalya airport. Interesting territory, large heated swimming pool. This was the main reason to come here in the cold of April. It's a very nice place.The staff is excellent! We stayed at this hotel in August with the whole family and were absolutely delighted! Let's start with the check-in: the process was quick and hassle-free, and the receptionist provided detailed information about all the hotel's services. Everything necessary was in place: the air conditioner was working properly, Wi‑Fi was fast, fresh towels and a set of cosmetics were in the bathroom. Cleaning was carried out daily, carefully and unnoticeably. The territory of the hotel is well-groomed and green, there are many shady corners for relaxation. I especially liked the pool with clean water and a comfortable area around. There was excellent animation for the children — the guys were busy all day, and we were able to relax in peace. The food exceeded all expectations: a varied buffet breakfast, delicious lunches and dinners. I was pleased that dietary preferences were also taken into account — it was always possible to find something suitable. We stayed at this hotel in August 2025. The hotel was suitable in all respects. 1. Good nutrition. A large selection of soups, lots of meat, fish. There is a large table with diet meals. There are no themed dinners as such, but there are so many dishes for dinner that in 2 weeks we tried everything calmly. Everything is very tasty and well prepared. 2. We needed a room with two isolated rooms, so that each had its own bathroom. Papillon Ayscha has such rooms — it's a Family Connection. We had a view of the interior of the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and our rooms were cleaned every day and towels were also changed. All products are available, even a razor with foam on request. But we used our own shampoos. The only thing I didn't like was the poor sound insulation in the rooms, but the earplugs were saved. 3. Clean beach and sea, as well as large sunshades. We were vacationing during the season, but even so there were a lot of free deck chairs. The animation on the beach and by the pool is very good, the animators don't bother, they are very friendly. Bocce, Darts, Shotgun shooting (I recommend it). If you are with children, there is a very good kids club here. The parents handed over the children and probably picked them up only at the end of the rest. At the same time, everyone is happy. We flew from Pegas Select. There was a private transfer in both directions. The time was controlled via the website, which is very convenient. For reference, the hotel will be renovated this winter. The rooms should be refreshed by the summer of 2026.

We stayed at Papillon Ayscha Hotel in early May 2026 — two adults and a child 1,9. In general, the rest left good impressions, but there were some nuances. I will try to write as objectively as possible . Initially, we booked a standard room, but upon arrival we decided to upgrade to the villa — and this was one of the best vacation decisions. The atmosphere is calmer, there is more privacy and it is really more comfortable with the child. We have never regretted the extra payment. The hotel itself is nice, the territory is well maintained, the staff is mostly friendly. I really liked the QR code drink ordering system - it's convenient, you don't have to constantly look for a waiter. I would like to mention the kids' club separately — it was a huge plus for us. Even a child of 1,9 was interested: every day there were some activities, entertainment, movement. It is clear that children are being taken care of, and not just a "room with toys". Food: without any gastronomic frills, but everything is quite tasty and homely. There was always lightly salted red fish for breakfast, beef, turkey, and sometimes lamb for dinner. No wow effect, but you definitely won't stay hungry. One of the disadvantages is the mini-bar. It was replenished very strangely: there was always something missing from the declared positions, and once they forgot to replenish it completely. And until you write the guest relation yourself, no one really reacts. We can't fully evaluate alcohol, since we practically don't drink, so no comments here. The most unpleasant moment happened on the last day of rest — I came down with poisoning, and the child also had an upset stomach, although he ate very little. It may be a coincidence, but it certainly spoiled the impression. Well, there is a separate "cherry on the cake" — a lunch box for early check-out from the hotel. We ordered it in more than a day, and as a result we received a beautiful large personalized cardboard box... inside of which there were just rolls and croissants wrapped in plastic wrap. No water, no fruit, no normal filling. For a hotel of this level, the expectations were completely different. Overall, the hotel is not bad, especially for families with children, but the service is very uneven in places. There is a feeling that they are a little short of the level of the real strong 5⭐.

We were at this hotel for the second time with my daughter. In 2025, we had a vacation in September.This year, from April to May 2026, the baby is now 2.5 years old. I rate the hotel at 4.5. During this vacation, we survived 2 seminars that were held at the hotel. I think that we should be warned about such events! There was no place to find in the dining room and no waiters could be reached at the first seminar. But the Turkish participants behaved perfectly, they didn't make any noise. The second seminar was attended by save invest. It was 4 days of hell. We had a see view room, and all the days of the conference, people were shouting, singing, and clinking bottles under the windows from morning to evening. But we must pay tribute to the guests relations staff, they settled the issues and offered to move. The room was well cleaned only after the complaints were made. And about the good things :) I would like to say a special thank you for the children's table, milk, kefir, porridges, yoghurts. Everything is fresh and delicious. Children's animation is also a separate topic. My daughter is still young, but despite her age, we participated in the Olympics, won a T-shirt, made a bracelet, and baked a donut. Julia, what would I do without you? ))) and special thanks to the adult animator Nazif for friendly conversations, the ability to find warm words for a child, understand the mood with a smile and cheer up. We stayed at this hotel in September 2025. The whole family was poisoned on the second day of rest! I've never felt so bad in my life. The rooms were very dirty. I read the reviews and was amazed at how people come back to this hotel over and over again. I won't come again, even for free.

During the day - active games, outdoor sports, in the evening - live music, evening shows, discos with a laser show. The beach is clean, cleaned daily. There were always plenty of sun beds. There is also a lounge area on the pier. Papillon Ayscha is a great hotel for relaxation. We were satisfied.

We had a family vacation: husband, wife, son for 10 months. We arrived from June 10 to June 17, 2024. Every day From 12:00 to 17:00, waffles and gozleme with various fillings were prepared in front of the beach: cheese, potatoes, spinach, meat, etc. + the most delicious ayran, it turned out to be a good snack. We found free deck chairs on the beach without any problems! 👌 The territory is well maintained, everything is polished to a shine, there are no streaks, finger marks, the lawn is mowed, watered regularly. The buffet and Kid's buffet are well organized. For kids: there is a blender, mashed potatoes in jars, boiled vegetables, eggs, boiled cereals without salt and spices, boiled chicken and beef. A refrigerator with baby food and yoghurts! I'm surprised there was even baby formula! The high chair is carried out with a disposable bib (!), a spoon, a wet cloth and a paper "tablecloth" in the shape of a table. Everything is clean and most importantly FOR KIDS! A wide variety of side dishes, meat, fruits, vegetables. But… Seafood is scarce, and we couldn't sign up for the fish restaurant. We only got to a Mexican restaurant, but I didn't like it. We sat by the water in an atmospheric way, the guy sang songs on the guitar, but the menu is meager and not tasty. For an amateur in general and for one time. Entertainment for children: animators, children's slides, swimming pool, playground, For adults: games, quizzes, yoga on the lawn, stretching, mini football, concerts and shows, we went for a massage (for a fee), gym There is constant movement in the hotel Cons: a crow wanted to attack me at 07:00 😂 circled over my head in the territory. The waiters are quite passive, until you call yourself, they will not pour you water. One of the advantages is very tasty coffee, but not the one that is prepared in the main restaurant, but coffee in the bar near the reception and in the Harmony cafe, where you can choose desserts (I recommend cheesecake, very tasty). In general, drinks and cocktails are great! The room service is mediocre, even though there were tips. Papillon Aisha surprised with its hospitality and organization of children's leisure activities! It so happened that we got to the football tournament, which takes place once a month. This is a 100% children's holiday: transfer, field, treats and festive atmosphere! Football coach Mireille was able to assemble a team of children in the shortest possible time, which is 2 days (from the moment we arrived), which took third place at the tournament between Papillon hotels. But without Julia's animator, who was also with us at this tournament, it wouldn't be so cool! Not all hotels have such holidays! The hotel itself has a compact territory, which is also convenient for children, you can always easily find your child (if he does not play hide-and-seek). Friendly staff ranging from reception to night bartenders! The kids are thrilled, great acquaintances and the best vacation, in short!

I had a rest in Papillon Aisha in April, so my review will be more relevant at the beginning of the season. Overall, I was very happy with my vacation, but I will try to be objective and therefore I will start with the cons.: 1. I will attribute the main pool area to the main disadvantage. That's why, unfortunately, I would not want to return to this hotel. There were constantly not enough deck chairs and they were all occupied, both by vacationers and by other people's towels. And it was April: I'm afraid to imagine what happens at the height of the season. The hotel says that beach towels cannot be "reserved" for deck chairs and that the staff will clean them, but in fact, no one was watching this. There are also a lot of children in the pool area, and loud annoying music is constantly playing: if you like a secluded, relaxing holiday, you are not here. I really missed the relaxation pool 18+, like, for example, in Belleville. It's quiet and secluded only in the villa pools: but as far as I know, it can only be used by villa guests. By the way, the main pool wasn't really heated. Maybe I don't understand how many degrees it should have warmed up.: but it was chilly and cold in the pool when diving. It was +28-30 outside, and it was cool in the pool. But there were more than enough deck chairs by the sea, even on the first line. Apparently, the "off-season" was affected by the fact that the sea was cold and stormy. 2. The second disadvantage is that despite the summer concept, all a la carte restaurants and food areas were not open in April. In the main restaurant, a food area on the street with a canopy (with a grill, fish, meat, Indian and Asian cuisine) opened only on the 20th of April. Initially, there were only 2 a la carte restaurants (Safran and Mikado), then a fish restaurant (Coral) opened. I did not see the opening of a Mexican restaurant and a food court in the villa area: they should be open during the summer season. I recommend asking the hotel in advance what concept it will use during the off-season. 3. Small area. On the one hand, everything is compact, but at the same time, there is not enough space for walks and activities. The territory is very small, there is nowhere to go for a walk outside the hotel. Taxis are expensive. Now the pros: 1. The territory, although small, is very picturesque, green and aesthetic. This hotel has charm. In the middle of the residential building there is a garden with southern coniferous trees. I enjoyed the aesthetics of this place every day. 2. Food and a la carte restaurants. I recommend trying dishes from the grill area, Indian and Asian cuisines on the outdoor veranda of the main restaurant. Before their opening, the choice was large, but without frills. There was no seafood (mussels, shrimps) on the buffet, baked squid was served a couple of times. Sushi is only a la carte. A la carte: 8 out of 10. Paid, 5 euros per person. The best is the Mikado. I'll put Coral next. The third is Turkish Safran. I was confused by the fact that the same snacks that were served as appetizers in Safran (hummus, tomatoes) could be found on the buffet. For an additional fee, there is the same thing - doubtful. 3. The hotel has a nice spacious gym, which has everything. However, there were few group classes: only yoga, Pilates, yoga in hammocks, and water aerobics. I missed strength group programs: for example, step aerobics, jumping, trx. The area for group classes is poorly equipped and very small, it looks very budget-friendly: covered with a canopy. I would like a more professional sports training area with the necessary equipment for a hotel of this level and price category. There is no tennis court on site. 4. The hotel has very good paid spa services. The free spa area is small: hammam, steam room, and sauna. When families with children come, it gets very noisy and crowded. By the way, the indoor pool does not belong to the spa area and is located separately! It's inconvenient, and keep that in mind. There is not enough privacy in the spa's relaxation area: the chairs are located directly at the passage to the saunas. Spa services are of a very high level: it is advantageous to take several massages - you will be given a discount. A man gave me a massage: I was very satisfied. 5. The number. Despite the fact that the renovation is not new, it looks very decent. It is very comfortable, there is a comfortable mattress (I fell asleep instantly, which is unusual for me), there is a balcony, cleaning is very thorough. 6. The service is unobtrusive, but very friendly. I would also like to thank the girls from guest relations, who were in touch with WhatsApp on any issue and always helped promptly. Overall, the hotel left a very pleasant impression of a place with a high level of service. But I left with the feeling that I wanted something more. First of all, I didn't have enough territory and nature. Although the latter is a feature of the whole Belek. There are no such picturesque mountains in this region as in Kemer, and the water in the sea is also muddy due to the sand. The beach is also small in length. If, like me, you like to relax both at sea and in the mountains, you like space, walks and sports activities, I recommend choosing another hotel and not considering Belek.

We paid extra for a corner room with two windows on the 3rd floor overlooking the sea and did not regret it, it was nice, spacious, a family of three, quietly located, a large closet and a corridor. The food is excellent, the whole family gained a few pounds. 😂 Sea, pool, slides, children's jokes, evening show. Restaurants a la carte, yoga, water bikes, seals walking, decorated pier. In addition to the hotel, we visited an amusement park, attractions such as various Roman ruins, and some shopping. The only negative is that we didn't have enough rest time, we would have liked more 😂

Every year we are greeted here by an incredible atmosphere and caring staff who do everything possible to make our stay unforgettable. The territory is not the largest, but lovers of walking and closing the rings can walk to Belek, it is a 20-minute walk or 3 minutes by minibus. The beach is cool with a pier and pantone.
