We returned from a vacation, the hotel is budget-friendly,we were satisfied,Ines is a very polite, competent woman at the reception, she will answer all your questions, we cleaned the room daily without a sign, they put water on daily, I recommend this hotel, the sea is within walking distance of 5 minutes, super, shuttles from the hotel go to different supermarkets and most importantly near the reception they sell excursions, his name is Timur, he speaks many languages, he is very polite, erudite, he will help everywhere and in everything, by the way, our friends came to buy very low prices for excursions from other hotels. I really liked the rest and the attitude of the people, starting from the reception, I took excursions to Dubai and did not regret it at all, I took an excursion to the sand dunes just a bomb , the food there was just great, there was a lot of food, belly dancing, fire shows, glamping, you can stay overnight there, advertising for everything, next time again I want to go to the Al Bustan Hotel, everything is fine!

We had a rest together with my husband at this hotel at the end of October. Not a bad hotel, but not 4 stars, maximum 2. Clean, cozy, courteous staff. The rooms were cleaned daily and 2 bottles of water were provided. There are only 2 blankets in the room, no bathrobes, no slippers either. They gave one towel a day to the beach. We only took breakfast and did not regret it, the food is the same, breakfast is 25 dollars, lunch and dinner are 40 dollars each. Believe me, in 7 days it will get in your way. From +; the beach is nearby, literally a 5-minute walk, there is a great cafe nearby where we ate the whole vacation (FRESH meal), McDonald's across the street, a little to the left of Kfc, literally a 20-minute walk along the road there is a large supermarket. From - : the food is simple and not varied. The coffee is only instant and everything is the same, every day. Coffee (milk), tea, boiled egg, salad, like mayonnaise, tomato sauce, boiled sausages, rice, noodles, some kind of porridge, oatmeal (we didn't even try it, it didn't look very good), cornflakes, mini sandwiches with greens, ordinary loaf-type booths (they weren't always there), honey jam, juice, water - the whole breakfast. The rooms are a little old, the renovation was a long time ago - straight economy. But if you come and only spend the night, then it's normal. There is a banquet hall on the second floor and locals are walking there. So we got to the wedding, it was tough....Our room was clearly above them, we didn't sleep until 4 a.m. The music was hammering and there were also local chants by the women's band, it was trash. There is nothing to do with small children in this hotel! There is a pool on the roof, but everything is closed at 18.00, the beach is also open until 18.00. Will we come back here?I have to think 10 times!

Al Bustan Hotel is a purely urban hotel, you should not expect a level of service at the level of four stars. The food is monotonous, but fresh. The location is good: close to the sea and shops. A Russian-speaking employee works at the reception, to whom special thanks 💖 If you need something, she always helps, without refusing anything. They asked for a hair dryer — they gave it without any problems. Water, tea, and coffee are brought every day, towels are changed, rooms are cleaned, and shampoo and body cream are provided. The tours were purchased from the travel agency "PARUS", from Timur. A pleasant, polite and sociable employee explained and advised in detail on all issues. We recommend contacting there, the prices are lower than those of the tour operator. Thank you all for your attention, we wish the hotel success and listen to the wishes of tourists.

We stayed at this hotel from 03.11-10.11.2025. Budget hotel. Positive: the staff is polite, all requests are fulfilled (bring a towel for your feet or an adapter), the woman at the reception understands and speaks Russian. Russians mostly stay at the hotel. Beach towels are given clean every day at the reception, and you can also ask for an umbrella if it is available. Room cleaning every day, towels are changed. 0.5 liters of water is given (you can then fill the same bottles in the restaurant), tea, coffee and sugar are replenished. Shampoo, gel, body cream, disposable shaving cream machines, toothbrushes with paste and slippers are provided. There was an iron and ironing board in our room, a kettle, a refrigerator and a TV (not included). The mattresses on the bed are comfortable, the bed linen is clean. There is a Wi-Fi in the room, in the restaurant, the password for the Wi-Fi in the room is on the key, and for the Wi-Fi in the restaurant, you can ask for the password at the reception. There are buses from the hotel that take you to the shopping malls of Sharjah (the schedule is available at the hotel). But for example, in the City Center shopping center, we did not mark other stores for ourselves besides Waikiki. There is a food court where you can have a snack. If you go back from the City Center a little bit, then there are shops nearby from 1 dirhams to 15 and 20 dirhams (in fact, our fixed prices). Not far from the hotel there is a Nesto supermarket, where you can buy from food to gifts (there are promotional items), on the 2nd floor from clothes to household appliances, suitcases at a bargain price and much more. The beach is 5-7 minutes away, sun beds and umbrellas are available for a fee. Admission for tourists is free with a voucher, but they don't even ask for it. The bay was beautiful and clean during our vacation period. There were ebbs and flows. There is a marina nearby, next to the aquarium, you can take a ferry to Dubai in 35-45 minutes (15 dirhams one way, there is a timetable). The entrance to the aquarium is free for pensioners of 60+, as well as free for those who accompany them. Cons: rooms and meals. The hotel is not new, so I think you can close your eyes to some points, despite the fact that the hotel is budget-friendly. There is no balcony, the window is open and dirty, there is dust on the ceiling. Laundry is dried on the roof, there are ropes, there is also a swimming pool, the water is cool and we did not swim there, the roof is dirty. There are holidays at the hotel. During our stay, there was a wedding and a children's birthday. The music was loud and loud. There are not enough tables in the restaurant, as they came to dinner, but there were no tables available, so they began to arrive later. The food is replenished and added, but it is the same every day. I especially disliked the breakfasts, the teenage child sometimes ate only toasters with jam, because porridge is not tasty, sausages too, sandwiches for breakfast every day, also for an amateur. We baked pancakes for breakfast two or three times. I personally liked the yogurt and cottage cheese, and I ate it mostly for breakfast. Boiled eggs for breakfast every day, it would be better to make an omelet or scrambled eggs. You won't stay hungry at lunch and dinner, so to speak, but the soup is not delicious. Meat, chicken every day, side dish pasta, potatoes, rice. You can change dinner for lunch and vice versa. I charge two stars for food and rooms. The hotel does not pull for 4*.

I stayed at Al Bustan Hotel 4* in February 2026 on a burning ticket, 27 thousand rubles for 4 days with departure from Kazan. The hotel has a good location in Sharjah, within walking distance to the beach, about 400 meters. The lack of pedestrian crossings across the road is surprising, but, as a rule, passenger cars let tourists through, heavy trucks do not. Be careful, but the traffic is not as heavy as in China. The hotel itself is a solid 4*. It's not new, but the room stock is good, the furniture is sturdy, the air conditioner is working. There are no balconies, but this is mainly in many urban hotels in the UAE. The only drawback is that if the room faces the street, it's noisy, but the air conditioner in the room is also noisy, so you can get used to it. I had two meals a day: breakfast and dinner. The hotel allows you to change for lunch. If you leave early, then the last breakfast can be rescheduled for the first day if you arrive early. Very convenient. The food was quite tasty, but monotonous. It wasn't critical for 4 days, but if you're going for more days, it's better not to take dinner. Towards the sea there is a good cafe with delicious food and gorgeous freshly squeezed juices at a price of 200 rubles for our money for a large glass. You can pay with a Union Pay card, I took it from the Rosselkhoznadzor Bank. I used to pay with this card almost everywhere. The beach is sandy, deep clean sand. The entrance to the water is shallow, the sea was cool, but we swam. Russian Russians are almost all on the beach, there are few foreigners, and in Sharjah, in cafes, pharmacies, and shops, sellers speak a little Russian, and they try to teach. The beach towels are nice, big, and blue. They are all laid directly on the sand on the beach. Few people rented a chaise longue with an umbrella. The only unpleasant moment of the rest is connected with the owner of the tour desk at the hotel. He turned out to be a liar. He promised us something on the Dubai tour that wasn't on the program. We only found out on the bus that we would not be taken to the Dubai Mall. We couldn't call him and find out why, because he took the money for the tour from us, but didn't give us a payment receipt with his phone number. He said that in the 21st century, no one gives receipts. He punched us in the ears. There were 5 of us who were so deceived on the bus, all from our hotel. I hope such a person will not last long in tourism. It is better to buy from a tour operator. We didn't save on buying from him, so we had to beg to be dropped off in Dubai, and then we took a taxi to the Dubai Mall on our own at our own expense to look at the singing fountains. Overall, I'm happy with the trip. I recommend the hotel!

We stayed 7 nights at this hotel at the end of November. Of the advantages, of course, the location. 3-5 minutes to a great beach, but there were often waves, they were not allowed in the sea for 3 days. There is a boat station nearby, it's cheap to go to Dubai, but again if there are no waves. Next to the aquarium, there are shops, cafes, a large supermarket in 15 minutes, there is also on the second floor from clothes to appliances, suitcases, and anything you can find. Neutral: the food is not chic, it's definitely not worth going here after Turkey, but everything is quite tasty and edible. You won't have to starve. No poisoning or digestive problems. Towels are provided at the reception on the beach. There is an ice pool on the roof. I didn't even dip my hand in. The sauna is also on the roof, this is rather a minus, it is cold, you can only warm up there after an ice pool, and everything is black, moldy, damp, unpleasant. On the downside: our room is only for sleeping, but we took this inexpensive hotel with the expectation of sleeping there only. You can say no to the window, it's small and in the corner, the plumbing is not very good, everything is old, leaking, the air conditioner is very noisy. But, I would have returned for reasons of the price ratio of the beach location, in general we liked it.

Excellent hotel, polite and smiling staff, very convenient location, everything is within walking distance, the beach (some hotels can only be reached by time transfer or taxi), shops, gift centers (shops where you can buy souvenirs and gifts for everyone at once at very pleasant prices). The rooms in the hotel have no pretensions to chic, but everything is very clean, neat and functional, perfect for a budget vacation and staying in the room to change clothes and sleep. There is a large swimming pool and sun beds with tables on the roof. In the lobby of the hotel there is a representative of the local tours "Sail", Timur (speaks excellent Russian), the prices for excursions and their contents are also pleased) (by the way, you can pay by transfer in rubles through Sberbank). As a result, it is a great place to relax.

We are here now. The hotel is budget-friendly, but clean. The room is cleaned daily, towels are changed. There is a very pleasant woman at the reception, speaks good Russian. We arrived at the hotel at 07:00, checked in immediately, which was very gratifying since I am with a child. The sea is a 10-minute walk from the hotel, across the street from makdonalds and kfc, in the neighboring building there is a store with reasonable prices. The hotel has a travel agency where you can purchase guided tours. Special respect and gratitude to Timur for the excellent organization of our leisure time, made our vacation unforgettable. We took a sightseeing tour to Dubai with a cruise from him, and we were very satisfied. We went to a safari park. On a shopping trip to Dubai Mall and an excursion to Abu Dhabi. I definitely recommend it, the prices for excursions are cheaper than those of the tour operator, and the quality is at a high level.

We came from a vacation in Dubai. We had a rest at the Al-Bustan Hotel in Sharjah. I must say right away that it was my first time in this country. The hotel was courteously received, the staff speaks Russian. The room is clean, TV, iron, ironing board, refrigerator, safe, kettle, tea and coffee were added every day. Shampoo and gels were added every day too. The food was budget-friendly but fresh. The big plus is that next to the reception they sell guided tours called Timur. A very polite, erudite person will help everywhere and absolutely. Prices for excursions were affordable compared to tour operators. They came to him from other hotels. The beach from the hotel is literally a 5-7-minute walk away, which is very convenient compared to the hotels that are located in the center and you have to get to the beach by bus. Nearby there are shops, McDonald's cafes, KFS and cafes with national food. If you want a relaxing, budget vacation with small children, we recommend it.

I want to share my impressions of the hotel, as I read a lot of contradictory reviews before the trip. My vacation turned out to be wonderful, and I hope my structured story will help you draw the right conclusions. 1. LOCATION (Gorgeous!): 10/10 This is the main advantage of the hotel. · It takes literally 7-10 minutes to walk to the beach at a calm pace. · Nearby attractions: The aquarium and the museum are very close. We even walked to the Gold Market (about an hour's walk along the embankment) — it was very atmospheric. · Infrastructure: There are plenty of supermarkets around. There is a McDonald's in front of the hotel. Separately, I would like to recommend the excellent cafe Burj Al Khan Restaurant. There is very tasty food, huge portions and divinely delicious fresh juices at pleasant prices. 2. TERRITORY AND ROOMS (For those who are not sitting in the room) To be honest, I've read a lot of negative things about the "old" hotel. But we liked everything! We are not picky. · Our room: We got a very spacious room. Yes, maybe the repair is not euro, but for me the main thing is that it is clean and everything works. We were on the road from morning to night, walking, going on excursions, so we only came to the room to lie back and sleep until morning. He coped with this task 100%: the air conditioner was working, the bed was comfortable. · Cleaning: Daily. They put water in every day — 1 bottle per person. · Room facilities: · Sockets: An important point! There are G-type sockets (British, with three flat prongs). · Adapter: There was one adapter in our room. I've attached a photo to the review so you know what it looks like. · Life hack: Many tourists at breakfast said that they did not have adapters, and they inserted a plastic or wooden stick into the outlet to fix the plug. But it's not safe, so it's better to buy your universal adapter in advance or ask at the reception. By the way, they provide towels and umbrellas, like. · Bathroom: The room has slippers, a towel per person, a set (shower gel, shampoo, lotion), as well as a toothbrush with paste and a cellophane shower cap. · Other: The room has hangers, refrigerator, TV, tea accessories (cups/glasses). 3. HOTEL INFRASTRUCTURE · Swimming pool: On the top floor. Honestly? The water in it is about the same temperature as in the bay, but much more turbid. It feels like it's not cleaned very often. We didn't see any point in swimming in it when it was a 7-minute walk to a clean beach. · Reception: Only one woman understands Russian. The men at the reception don't understand Russian, they only spoke English with them. Here is an addition to the breakfast review, which will fit seamlessly into the overall structure (you can add it as a separate block, for example, between the points about the pool and reception): BREAKFAST (Meals) I'll also say a few words about food separately, as this moment worries many. · Variety: I'll honestly warn you — the food here is almost the same every day. · But you definitely won't starve here! You can always eat. For example, I would find something edible for myself and have a quiet breakfast before a busy day. Toasts, sausages, eggs, cottage cheese and a type of feta — there is always a base. · If you, like me, are not a gourmet and are used to considering breakfast just as fuel before a walk (and you spend a minimum of time at the hotel), then there will be no complaints about food. 4. TRAVEL AGENT AT THE HOTEL (Timur) The hotel has a travel agent, Timur (you've also heard a lot about him). He has his own office right inside. This is a great option for those who do not want to plan anything themselves: he organizes excursions, picks up directly from the hotel. They say it's cheaper and more convenient. 5. OUR MOVEMENTS (Independently) We decided to drive everywhere ourselves. · Taxi: The prices are adequate. It cost about 2000 rubles (in terms of our money) to get from the hotel to Dubai (the first day we took a taxi). A one-way trip to Abu Dhabi costs about 7,000 rubles (this is also normal if you travel with a company). · Metro: Very convenient. I advise you to understand the scheme — it's not difficult there. We often used the subway, it saves the budget. 6. OUR ROUTE (Where to go) · Dubai (first day): First we took a taxi to the Old City, walked along the coast (marina). Then we walked to the subway -> drove to the Museum of the Future (looked outside) -> took the subway to Palm Jumeirah (took a walk) -> took another taxi to see the Parus Hotel -> took the subway back to the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall (a huge shopping center, we were tired of walking). · Fountains: Start at 18:00. They only go for 3 minutes. The break between shows is 30 minutes. At about 18:15, the building lights turn on. It's a beautiful sight, be sure to take a look! · Abu Dhabi: We took a taxi. · Sheikh Zayed Mosque: Admission is free, but I advise you to issue a QR code on the official website in advance, so as not to stand and worry about registration on the spot (it is required everywhere). · The Louvre: We took a taxi. · National Museum: Located 10-15 minutes walk from the Louvre. · Saadiyat Island Beach: First, we ate in a cafe (the average check is about 3,000 rubles per person). The beach is paid (200 dirhams per entrance). We were given a bottle of water, a towel and a sunbed with an umbrella. The water there is simply the purest and very beautiful! The hotel is excellent as a base for travelers. If you are going to relax, walk all day and watch the Emirates, and not sit in your room and look for dust in the corners, feel free to take it. The ratio of price, quality and location is amazing!

We had a rest in November 2025, from 6 to 13. The hotel is located 5-7 minutes walk to the beach. It made me very happy! The hotel is budget friendly. Polite, kind and smiling staff, always ready to help. I liked the room, it was cozy, clean, daily cleaning, there is even an iron, they give out 2 bottles of water every day. At the reception, we were greeted by a friendly employee, Ines, who speaks Russian and is ready to answer any questions that arise. Many thanks to her for that. We met Timur, a representative of the local travel agency Parus, a very pleasant young man. we took advantage of his suggestions on choosing excursions and did not regret it! Thank you, Timur, for your attention, competence, and participation.

A normal hotel. Calm. They speak a little Russian at the reception, there are no problems with check-in, only a passport, no voucher is needed (5 min). The pool is icy, but there is a sauna nearby (free). The breakfasts are monotonous (eggs, tasteless cereal, tea, coffee, sausages, pasta, toast, honey, jam). Breakfast is 20 dirhams, lunch and dinner are 40 dirhams each. Beach towels are provided, the beach is nearby 5 minutes on foot, admission is free for tourists from the hotel. The tours at the hotel are sold by the guy Timur, the prices seem to be cheaper than those of the operator, but not exactly, you can bargain, but quite aggressive sales, he organizes normally (there were no problems). Water and soap accessories are brought to the room every day, if necessary, they will give extra towels (shoulders, legs). Some exercise equipment is broken in the gym, and the repair takes 5 minutes to fix the cables, but you need keys for 13. The rooms are large, the Wi-Fi works well.

We stayed at this hotel in early November On the plus side, it's a 5-minute walk to the sea and there's no beach, rather it's just a place with sand, there are places with umbrellas for an additional fee, you can also take dead sun beds. The hotel itself is rated at a maximum of 2 stars by my personal rating. By the way, there are no windows in the hotel in the usual sense, which is a minus on the one hand, but we slept without air conditioning. Everything is very old and worn out Furniture , bathrooms, carpet in the corridors. Breakfast is just a bottom, except for eggs and beans, thick yogurt and tea, there's just nothing else)) for lunch / dinner, more or less, we had lunch once and dinner once , but so that you understand the level of food as in a regular dining room . The staff was friendly, we arrived at night, and they gave us a room for $57, even though the hotel had no rooms at all.

Let's start with the most pleasant thing - the food. Don't tell me what's really bad and not really good. You will not stay hungry, but it happens that there is absolutely nothing to choose. I went with a 3-year-old child and ate only pasta, potatoes and rice. The rooms are cleaned every day, soap and so on, and water is added every day. The beds are quite comfortable and clean. The staff is polite. But I'll give you a minus, for the outdated sauna, I disdained to go in, the pool was important to me, but the water there is icy. The beach is not far away, they say there are buses, but we walked ourselves. If you are going to enjoy the sea, then it is better to take to Sharjah, this hotel is quite suitable for its location and beach. Because I didn't really like the sea in Dubai than in Sharjah.

The hotel from the series is cheap but angry. Firstly, Sharjah is strictly non-alcoholic in itself, and secondly, there is no entertainment, there is no word at all. There are zero questions and complaints about the staff, they try their best. And the guide is deeply purple at you, they took a tour from her, well, no, you don't exist for her. It feels like the hotel guide has come to rest there, but tourists only get in the way. Maybe you'll be lucky, but we won't. The food is high-quality, but very monotonous, no fruit or pastry. It's not far from the sea, but you have to cross the road in 2 places. There is a rooftop pool, a paddling pool and an ordinary bowl (1.45 m deep, you can't drown), well, another one in a state of permanent, eternal repair. The shower in the bathroom is fixed extremely poorly and no matter how you close the curtain, the water splashes outside the bathroom anyway. The air conditioning in the room is noisy and unplugged. On the plus side, there is a bus to the nearest mall, 2 restaurants and a McDonald's with KFC. There is a convenience store within walking distance. Although I am an unspoiled tourist, I am very disappointed with the hotel.

A great hotel, a great place! The sea and the beach are 5 minutes away! The hotel has breakfasts, lunches and dinners-who buys how!We didn't need that much, we only had breakfast.Nearby there is a huge supermarket where you can buy ready-made food in trays for every taste and purse! And also, everything is sold there, from any food to any clothes! The rooms have everything you need for life, TV, kettle, bath, toilet! No, really, there's a balcony, it wouldn't hurt to enjoy the views of Sharjah! But there is a rooftop pool, open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and a sauna, in the same place! It's just a luxury place!

We had a New Year's holiday in the UAE in January 2026. We stayed at the Al Bustan Hotel in Sharjah. A very hospitable hotel, although "old", requires renovation. There is a very nice woman at the reception, she speaks Russian. All issues can be resolved quickly. We checked in immediately upon arrival at 10.20 am. in the morning (according to the rules at 2 p.m.) and offered breakfast, which was pleasantly surprised. The staff is friendly, inconspicuous, mostly men, including in the restaurant. 1. The room is spacious, but needs to be renovated (especially in the bathroom), the hair dryer is broken, but working (I took my own well). The air conditioner is noisy and unregulated, but we didn't need it because the window opened, although it was very dirty. The bed is large and comfortable, the bed linen is snow-white and soft. There are slippers in the room, no bathrobes, a towel (large and small) per person, a shower cap and a tooth.brushes, shampoo and body lotion. Room cleaning, change of towels, cosmetics (shampoo, lotion), bottle of water per person and tea bags were brought daily. 2. The location is convenient, close to the free beach, 5 minutes on foot, a free towel is given at the reception. There are paid sun beds on the beach, but we didn't need them, the sand is very soft, we sunbathed on a towel. Nearby there is an oceanarium, a museum, a promenade, many cafes, and a shopping center. We drove from Dubai airport for 30 minutes. 3. Food. Everything is delicious, we had enough (we took breakfast and dinner), there is not much variety, but I ate 1.5 kg in a week. For an amateur, curry is added to all dishes. For breakfast, I liked vegetable salads and pancakes, casserole (it looks like an omelet), and liquid porridge. Watermelons for lunch every day. For dinner, there was always delicious fish in batter, meat and chicken. I liked the coffee and juice. You can replace dinner with lunch, which is convenient if you take guided tours. 4. The hotel guide left strange impressions. Upon arrival at the hotel, the first one (after the nice woman at the reception and the waiters in the restaurant) met us was the friendly Timur Tur. the agent of Prus Travel & Tourism (and not the hotel guide, with whom the meeting was scheduled for the very next day). Timur invited us to his office at the hotel and told us all about the excursions, suggested what and where to find in Sharjah nearby, we immediately went for a walk around the city, and the next day we went on a tour. We had already reviewed the offers for excursions to the UAE on various websites in advance of the tour, so we immediately selected and bought all the excursions we were interested in for the whole week, especially cheaper by $ 5 each. But the hotel guide was unhappy with this, and the whole meeting the next morning he expressed that we didn't like it very much. It's too long for us to wait a day for his meeting (we only rested for a week). I think that the hotel guide should be met immediately on the day of arrival of the guests, if you also want to sell the tours, and not express "insults" later. We were satisfied with all the excursions we bought from Timur (there were 4 of them). My impressions of the hotel were good.

We had a rest with a girlfriend for a week, today is the departure. In general, the hotel was decent, the room was cleaned every day, water was also left every day, two bottles of water, a towel and a set of care products. The reception staff is pleasant and courteous. There is a shuttle service from the hotel to Sharjah shopping malls, and you can also get to Dubai for $10 round trip. I liked the fact that the hotel has a tour company with excursions, called "PARUS", a man works there, his name is Timur, pleasant, polite, explains everything in great detail, and also shows photos with excursions, at prices no more expensive than those of guides from other companies. We took Timur on 3 trips: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and a Safari tour. We were so pleasantly impressed. In Dubai, the guide took us right to the fanta and the view of the Burj Khalifa, we were standing right in the front rows, not in a crowd of people. If you are going to this hotel, I advise you to take excursions from them, you will not regret it.

We had a vacation with my granddaughter for 9 years from 13.11 to 19.11.The hotel attracted our attention by the fact that the beach is within walking distance (we went swimming with a child 2 times a day), 3 meals a day, and no frills, but we didn't go hungry and the price of the tour. The staff is friendly, there were no problems with the language. The tours were bought from Timur, whose office is located next to the reception.Prices are about the same everywhere. The room and the hotel had everything listed in the hotel's specifications. In the evening, we went for a walk with the child, went to the shops-everything was calm and friendly. The rest in this hotel left positive impressions.

A great hotel for a relaxing family vacation. The courtyard is quiet and peaceful. I haven't seen more than six people at the same time. Our room is in good condition, everything is working, the Internet is good, there is a movie search installed on the TV. One disadvantage is that there is no adjustment of the fan speed (I did not find it) All of the guests are from Russia/ Belarus. The staff is polite and always try to help. The cuisine is delicious. There is not a huge choice because the hotel is small, but I would not write it down as a negative. The beach is nearby, do not look for road crossings- there are none. Drivers understand and let you through without any problems.

We stayed at this hotel in December 2025.There are more pros than cons. One of the disadvantages is that the furniture is not new (to put it mildly), the bathtub is shabby.Pros-normal food, clean towels every day, 0.5 liters of drinking water per person every day (if not enough, they collected it in the restaurant without problems), shampoos, gels, toothbrushes, shaving machines, soap, toilet paper-everything was there.Beach towels were also provided (if you take them early, they'll be brand new).If you come to the room only to spend the night, everything is fine. The rooms are spacious.A Russian-speaking woman will tell you everything at the reception. The beach is 7-10 min. walking distance. We passed through the roads without any problems.

We had a rest in mid-February, those who expect a 4-star hotel, this is not entirely true, but at the same time everything is clean, cozy, the staff is generally excellent, polite. Of course, the food is simple, without frills, monotonous, but you will not stay hungry. It's not far from the sea. There were guided tours at the same hotel through Timur's travel agent. He is a very competent person, knows different languages, and will select a tour for everyone's interest and budget. We went to Dubai (sightseeing), Abu Dhabi, safari (to the dunes). Sightseeing tours to Dubai and safari in general were very pleasant, I recommend it. We were very satisfied with the tour to the Emirates and this hotel, we liked everything.

We stayed at this hotel in November 2025. The hotel is located next to the beach, the aquarium and the marine station, from where ships depart for Dubai. There are many cafes and bistros nearby. The hotel is clean, beach towels and umbrellas are provided. The rooms are large, the bed linen is of good quality, there are slippers and soap accessories. The food is normal for 4*.fish, chicken, beef. We didn't go hungry, the food is delicious. There is a bus service to the center of Sharjah and Dubai Mall.

I'll try to keep it short. Vacation in early December, sea +27, weather +30. We were given a huge 2-room suite with 2 bathrooms. Breakfast +dinner The hair dryer is sad, the room is average in appearance. Take towels for the rug in the morning, otherwise they will sort it out.The food is always the same. No poisoning, but the choice is small. Water was given in the morning every day. The beach is 7 minutes clean (very convenient). There are buses from the hotel to different Sharjah shopping centers. If you go to the Sahara Center and exit from the other side, you will find yourself in Dubai (saving on taxi) Next to the Carry store- a good exchanger and a large store. The main thing! The Parus tour agency is located there. The prices are excellent. We even got a refund for not getting on the monorails on the tour. It's a small thing, but it's nice) +100 to karma)

We Stayed At the hotel from October 14th- 23rd.The hotel is small and cozy. The staff was friendly, the cleaning was done every day., we put 2 bottles of water + you could get water from the cooler in the dining room. The room is large and spacious. The sea is across the street, warm and clear. The hotel has a travel agent, Timur, who offers interesting tours of the country. We took advantage of his offer and took 4 guided tours. We were very satisfied. There was breakfast and dinner, but it could have been postponed to lunch (very convenient). The only thing I didn't like was the food. It 's very monotonous and sparse . It's the same thing every day. The only fruit is watermelon, no butter, no cheese. In the morning, if you ask for butter, they will take it out from under the table.. Lots of spicy and fatty food. Those who eat right or have a rest with children will not be suitable. The waiters are barely moving, the tables are being cleared slowly. I often had to sit down at uncleaned tables. In general , the employees of the canteen are a minus .Otherwise, everything is fine!

Not a bad hotel, budget. The food is monotonous, but you won't stay hungry. Breakfasts are a bit poor for picky people. 🤣 If you bought a tour with only breakfast, then you can buy lunches and dinners for 40 dirhams per person (=22 rubles). There's a McDonald's across the street, and another cafe. There's a store nearby. Near the sea. There is no pedestrian crossing. You need to cross the road with caution. It is better to buy excursions from a hotel guide, which is cheaper than from a tour operator. Tested on myself. If we go any further, then here

The rooms are old, but this is not a disadvantage for us, there is hot water, room cleaning and clean towels, this is enough, the food does not shine with variety, it is meager, but we did not pay attention to this either. For breakfast, we ate eggs, a dry breakfast, tea with a bun, and juice. For dinner, there were always fried chicken pieces, rice, potatoes, and the greens were always the same. There was no fruit for breakfast and dinner, but a watermelon for lunch. The beach is nearby, about 900 steps on a pedometer, clean, the entry into the water is very smooth, it's the best for children.

I want to start with a good one!The location is good, 3 minutes walk to the sea, the hotel is clean!a towel for the beach is given at the reception, the staff is friendly, but only one woman from his staff speaks a little Russian with the rest English or translator) As for the rooms, ours was spacious, but it was very dark because there was one small window that looked out onto the courtyard and the wall of the hotel. But if you spend the whole day on a guided tour, it's not scary that there is no view from the window or balcony) And here's the fly in the ointment if you're flying for the first time, then take alcohol and cigarettes with you, as Sharjah is a very strict emirate and you won't find anything like that there!

If you are looking for a budget option, then this is it. + Walking distance to the beach is 4-5 minutes.sandy beach. close to the ferry.(to move to Dubai). The breakfasts and lunches are hearty (lunch and dinner varied) Rooftop pool. At the reception, the Ines Receptionist understands Russian.kind staff. The transfer was closer to 21 o'clock. We extended the room without additional charges. Thank you. - There are always not enough beach towels, but they give regular ones, they get out of the situation. Sun beds and umbrellas are paid on the beach. Breakfast is always monotonous. The renovation of the rooms wants the best. The renovation of the bathrooms has remained the same as since the opening of the hotel 20 years ago. A sauna is generally something that is not masculine, they form an inventory. The female one is also living out her days.

Everything is great, close to the sea, the food is good for the not fussy! Friendly staff! I strongly advise you to look at the roof, go to the sauna and pool! We found out about it at the end of our vacation, which we regretted. After the sauna, jumping into the pool is an indescribable emotion! There is a Timur right in the hotel that offers guided tours. We took him on a safari trip (red sand), an excursion to Oman on the Indian Ocean and a transfer to the Dubai Mall. Timur, a very conscientious and humorous man, will tell you everything, show you! I recommend it!

The beach is urban, but very close to the hotel! The sea, the sand is great!

Pros: not far from the beach, you don't have to rely on a shuttle (which doesn't exist), you can walk whenever and as much as you want. Beach towels are provided every day. Nice comfortable mattress in the room. The presence of a sauna until 19 (it's scary, but there is +))). The rooftop pool is open until 19-30. Wi-Fi is available, catches the norm. There is a TV, without Russian channels. Cons: a mega-varied diet, a very meager breakfast, not even scrambled eggs, just boiled eggs and terrible tasteless sausages. The rooms are wildly battered, everything is old and creaky. The worst thing about the room is the tiny window facing the noisy street behind a thick curtain, i.e. there is NO natural light in the room. Sockets are not standard, you need an adapter (England-Europe, UAE). There are no clothes dryers. Nothing dries in the room, people are on the roof, where the pool stretches the ropes and dries. The roof is also scary, old, and not refined. Despite all this, we tried to look for the positive in the trip, the acceptance stage came on the second day, we tried not to pay attention, everyone did not come to sit in the hotel! Go on an excursion to the desert (Safari). It's beautiful and fun. Dubai is certainly not a vacation for Muscovites (there are a lot of people and fuss, as in a wonderful city), but without Dubai you won't really know the UAE.

The hotel on solid 3.As many people write... Yes, the hotel is a little tired and does not pull 4 stars, renovation is required. But the pros outweigh all the cons. No deposit is required upon check-in.Wi-Fi is free.We arrived at 08.00.We were fed. After 2 hours, we were checked into a room. The room was large. There was a safe, it was very good to keep money and documents.0.5 liters of water was given for each person.Every day they were given soap, shampoo, shower gel, body lotion, tea, coffee, sugar.A toothbrush, slippers. The air conditioner could not be adjusted. The TV was not working. The laundry was dried by the air conditioner. We cleaned the room every day.The bed linen was changed daily. They only gave me a bath towel.Since they didn't give me a towel for my feet, I had to ask for it myself. A Russian-speaking woman works at the reception, but she doesn't really understand Russian. The hotels have a representative of the tours "Sail" Timur.(speaks Russian), we were pleased with the prices for the excursions) (you can transfer money in rubles via Sberbank, we paid in dollars. We took sightseeing tours of Dubai and Abu Dhabi. We visited the aquarium in Sharjah for 25 dirhams. The only thing I didn't like was the food. The menu is very monotonous and meager . It's the same thing every day. The only fruit is watermelon, no butter , no cheese. I probably didn't have enough pastries, fish.By the end of our tour, I didn't even feel like eating.Of course, we didn't stay hungry. There is a swimming pool on the roof of the hotel. The roof is dirty. But the water is clean.Umbrellas, sun beds.I've never been in the pool. You can dry your laundry on the roof.Bring clothespins with you.We bought a WB adapter for an outlet, but they say at the reception they give it for free. They give you large towels at the reception on the beach, at least a few times a day, take them and hand them over. The beach is 5-7 minutes away. There are no road crossings. Drivers understand and let you through without any problems. The beach is great! The water is warm.White, fine sand.Because of the proximity of the sea, we took this hotel. In general, the hotel staff is very friendly, they will always help and answer all questions. And one more thing: Sharjah is the most sober area in the emirates. There is a McDonald's in front of the hotel, ice cream was bought for 2 dirhams. The hotel has no territory. There is a wonderful NESTO store within a 10-minute walk, there is everything. We really liked him. First floor — groceries, 2nd — clothes. There is a currency exchange office on the ground floor. As for the currency: here only with dollars. You can exchange them for dirhams either upon arrival at the airport or at any supermarket: you give them dollars, they give you change in dirhams. They count at the normal exchange rate of 3.6. I do not recommend changing the currency at the hotel. Here, the low rate is 3.5. In general, it's a minus for food.We were satisfied with our vacation.

The hotel is certainly not 4*. A top three, but not a bad one. There is a Russian-speaking staff at the reception. There are only three bath towels in the room for three people, no foot or face towels. Cosmetic and tea sets are replenished. They give bottled water. By the way, you can fill it in the canteen. Food is a separate topic. It's been the same for 7 days. This is not Turkey! There is no variety in anything! Keep in mind. But you can have a snack, but it gets boring in a couple of days. You can exchange the paid breakfast for lunch or dinner. There are good inexpensive cafes nearby If you check out early, then order a lunch box, they will not refuse

It's not clear why the hotel has such a high rating - maybe the beach is so addictive. Breakfast is terrible -in all my trips to different countries, I have never encountered such a bad breakfast (boiled eggs, rollton with peas and carrots or canned beans in tomatoes, paper sausages (they often happen in Asia), feta cheese, instant coffee, yupi, bread, cornflakes). Maybe we were so unlucky and it was in November that they had such a thing. There are 3 rooms, the hair dryer heats up quickly, wrapped with tape, or not at all; they asked for slippers and did not bring them. They don't wipe the dust. In short, the service is 3. The advantage of the hotel is only in the location - the beach is nearby - 10 minutes at a leisurely pace, near a supermarket, aquarium, cafe.

Never set foot in this place again.I won't go myself and I won't advise anyone. The worst place I've ever been. The room is spacious, but dark, without a balcony, with a dirty, small window facing a noisy road, noisy, dusty. The air conditioner is noisy, it is not possible to sleep under its noise. There is only one towel per person in the bathroom, and the water is always cold or lukewarm.Everything flows to the floor, the fabric curtain does not delay anything. The food is meager, monotonous, the same every day. There are a minimum of vegetables, fruits, pastries, and desserts. We didn't see any butter, cheese, or sausage either. We were hoping for interesting excursions, but we were disappointed here too.The tour bus was late for the scheduled time.Natalia, the tour guide, was talking in a very boring monotone, some of the people were just asleep already. The places were not interesting, boring, nothing was explained, just about nothing. It wasn't just us who didn't like it.There is no hotel territory, no massage, spa treatments, no animation, entertainment, relaxation evenings. It is clear that there is a "dry law" everywhere, there is no alcohol. But why aren't there at least some non-alcoholic cocktails, carbonated drinks, and ice cream? The only good thing is that the sea doesn't have its own beach, you won't get an umbrella or a sunbed for free.

Only a good location and cleaning, the hotel is not 4 stars, the food is monotonous every day, you can change dinner for lunch, there is fish and watermelon at lunch, there are no juices, only YUPPIES ,there are rooms in which you can not live (mold and with windows on the main street)the hotel very often hosts entertainment events (weddings and birthdays)loud Indian music is playing. The beach is nice and free, 5-7 minutes walk away when leaving the hotel for the right to navigate to the cell tower, umbrellas and sun beds are paid, it is better to bring a beach tent with you, towels are given at the reception, everyone does not need to take enough with them. There are transfers around Sharjah to the shops. There is no transfer to Dubai.Of the free visits, I recommend the Fish market and singing fountains on the gulf embankment in this emirate, there is a paid aquarium near the beach, behind it there is an embankment from which a large boat goes to Dubai much cheaper than a taxi, there are excursions at the hotel.it is better to change money in large malls, $3.65

Among the advantages: a large room, hot water and good pressure, Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, a Russian-speaking receptionist at the reception, the rooftop pool was clean, but it was cold. Of the cons: the biggest is breakfast. It's very sparse and monotonous!! And Timur! It's also a minus. He is very intrusive and rude. The hotel does not have a beach, only a municipal one. We had a rest in November. The hotel is no more than 2 stars. I had to ask for towels for my face and feet. When checking in, there was hair stuck to the dirty sink after shaving, obviously, they remained, the sink was not cleaned, it was unpleasant. The window just looked out into the wall. The room is old, but spacious. The air conditioner was blowing very hard even at a minimum, almost all the blinds were closed from where it was blowing, but it was still blowing strongly. They put it on the machine, it became more or less. Breakfast is more than meager, which is unacceptable for a 4-star hotel. The cheapest instant coffee, jupi-type juice, boiled eggs only, Doshirak noodles, no fruits, no vegetables, no butter, honey and only apricot jam. You can eat, but it's not tasty, there are few tables. The hotel staff is friendly. Seven minutes to the beach, I liked the beach. I do not recommend the hotel

We stayed at this hotel in November. In general, an ordinary hotel, the rooms are a little outdated, but clean. The rooms clearly need an upgrade, the hair dryer in our room was just falling apart. The room was cleaned every day, they brought 2 bottles of water, tea bags, shampoos, shower gels. On the first day we stopped by, there were even toothbrushes and toothpaste waiting for us. Of the advantages, the sea is literally a 7-minute walk away. Unfortunately, no one warned us, but the sockets are not European, so on the first day we went to look for the right adapter in the nearest store. There is a swimming pool and a hammam on the roof. The food in the dining room is the same every day, there is almost no variety. For those who like to eat chicken and vegetables and eat about the same every day, this hotel is for you. Those who want and love variety in food, then choose another one. As soon as the breakfast/lunch/dinner time begins, a queue of people immediately lines up. There aren't many places in the dining room, there may not be enough for everyone, so strangers can safely sit with you, so don't be embarrassed. Some dishes end quickly and are not taken out again, but they bring something else. They don't give you any fruit, just watermelon. It's disassembled very quickly, so whoever got there first ate it. There is a supermarket, McDonald's, cafes near the hotel, if you suddenly don't have enough, you can go there. There is a shuttle service to the beach and shopping malls, which runs on certain days and hours. The staff all speaks English, but at the reception you can learn something in broken Russian, and that's not a fact. If you don't speak English, and there is some question, then you will be able to find out faster from tourists than from the staff. We had an unpleasant moment on our last day of rest. We were going to go to the seaside to relax, when suddenly at the reception they tell us that we have to move out of the room, because the reservation is over. We show you the vouchers and all the documents, but they just didn't want to hear us and try to figure out the situation. They told me to contact the tour operator. As a result, instead of resting, we spent an hour and a half figuring out why this happened. I had to call and write to everyone I could. As a result, it turned out that our documents were mixed up with other tourists at the hotel upon check-in, we were shown copies of those people's passports and asked who it was. There were people on those documents who didn't look like us at all and even with a different surname that didn't match🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️And after all, we were just told sorry.

A 4-storey hotel. Located near Al Khan beach. When it was new, it probably corresponded to level 4*. Now the room stock clearly needs to be repaired. But it's clean enough, I clean it daily and with high quality. There is only one towel per person in the room. In the morning, you can also take a beach towel (rather shabby) at the reception. The rooms are large in size. There is a kettle with tea bags. Every day - 0.5 liters of water per person. There is a woman at the reception during the day who speaks a little but quite passably Russian. Breakfasts, lunches, and dinners are served in a fenced area in the lobby. Everything is quite edible, the choice is small, but you will not stay hungry. The presence of a large beach nearby is a good advantage of the hotel. A piece of the Persian Gulf is visible from a small, dusty window. There is also a marine station with ferries to Dubai and an oceanarium nearby. But the center of Sharjah, where you can walk around the sea bay, is 3-4 km away. My wife and I walked there three times in the evenings. Of course, like almost everywhere else in the UAE, roads often have to be crossed-run across outside pedestrian crossings. Next to the hotel there is quite a decent small grocery store with some other small items, several cafes. One small one (to the left, 40 meters away), where there are excellent two types of pastries and coffee, visited three times. 15-20 dirhams went by taxi to the new Zahia shopping center in one direction. In general, if you take into account all the advantages and disadvantages of the hotel, you can stay here.

I don't recommend it. It doesn't pull at four stars, I want to pick out two stars) There were 10 days. The staff is friendly, but the furniture in the hotel is old, the food is soooo monotonous, only watermelon was served from fruits. There is a pool on the roof, but there are very few sun beds, chairs and tables, too, and they all beg to be thrown in the trash. On the plus side, it's a 5-minute walk to the beach, and free buses take you to shopping malls.

The hotel is on solid 3. No frills, but you can safely spend the night, eat, relax. After reading the reviews, we tuned in for the worse, everything turned out to be fine. The hotel is quiet, in need of repair, the furniture is already shabby, 10 years ago it was certainly good, for three of us we got a two-room room with two bathrooms, which surprised us. Friendly staff, the room is clean, towels and linen are clean. The food is not very diverse, but you will not stay hungry, everything is edible and yes, delicious, you can say at home, for lunch / dinner 3 hot, 3 side dishes, salad, dessert, watermelon, there are soups, but have not tried, no frills. It was also nice to receive a very bulky lunchbox upon departure, which was asked to be assembled in advance. Of the advantages, walking distance: the beach, 7 minutes, but you have to cross the road, you get used to it; there are small grocery stores + a large Nesto Hypermarket in a 20-minute walk and the Sharjah Aquarium + marina to get to Dubai For your money, a normal hotel, we plan to go again
