Hüsrev is an institution with a 100-year history. Rize was founded first. Prime Ministers, ministers and deputies used to come to his restaurant in Ankara. When I went to Ankara, I would definitely stop by and eat his dried beans and roasts. The soup is like the soup in my mother's house, clean and delicious, there must be lemon on the side. Jul. Roasting is very tasty from rize. Pickles and desserts are also great. And it would be very nice if they made Decoction-style burmese walnut or regular baklava from time to time.
