The hotel stay left only positive impressions. The rooms are clean, bright, spacious and cozy, with comfortable furniture and modern amenities. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help, which creates an atmosphere of care and comfort. The breakfasts are delicious, but the choice is small. The location of the hotel is convenient, Ichan-Kala is a 10-minute walk away. There is a small garden on site. Overall, a great option for a vacation or a business trip, I will definitely come back here again!

Unfortunately, this is a bad hotel. Instead of a "beautiful view" from the window, we saw a bus parking lot. The water from the shower flowed for 3 minutes, then it just stopped. I had to wait a couple more minutes for her to run again. The hotel itself is quite large, but uncomfortably empty. I don't recommend it.

The tragedy hotel. Outwardly, everything is not bad, the territory is well maintained. but!! We had a rest together, rented 5 rooms. Plumbing wasn't working properly in any of them, the heat was 35+, and the shower wasn't working. Broken furniture. There are no safes in the rooms. The TV is not working. The room key is like any other room. There is no bar in the lobby. The staff is not interested in anything. In general, if there is an option to stay somewhere else, I advise you to do so.

This is a very cool hotel! Right in the center, next to Ichan kala, The service is top-notch at the hotel. I've been familiar with this Bek Khiva hotel for a year now. I always stay at this hotel. Clean, beautiful rooms, good furniture, air conditioning. Thank you to the organizers of this hotel!

I would put 5. The food is delicious, the rooms are clean, there is a beautiful blooming garden on the territory. But there is a but. This is the staff. I think it's because of the lack of staff. I want to say thanks anyway for the hospitality. But the buffet is not your thing, that's for sure. Not everyone will like the fight for food.

The hotel is very beautiful from the outside, well-maintained territory. Within walking distance from the old town (10-15 minutes). The interior is outdated and "tired". There were no bathrobes and slippers in the room, dust on the glass shelves, no sockets near the bed. The breakfast is normal, not wow (the eggs spoiled the impression) In general, you can spend one night, but no more.

The hotel is big. I put fewer stars because we left the hotel at night and specifically asked to cook a lunchbox, so breakfast disappears. But it's a bummer. There was simply no one at the reception at night. We waited for half an hour, then the bus came for us. We just left the key card at the reception. And we were hungry in the morning.
