Nice hotel, the center of Alanya is about 2 km away. Our room is located on the 3rd floor out of 5, overlooking the mountains. Everything is working for us, there is a refrigerator, a large terrace, a double bed, snow-white linens. A large bathroom with a shower cabin, there are shelves for small items: soaps, shampoos. The dining room is on the 2nd floor. The staff is friendly. Tables and tablecloths are fresh, and cleanliness and order are constantly monitored. For us, the food is good, tasty and in sufficient variety: for lunch and dinner: chicken, turkey, lots of vegetables and various snacks, delicious bread and rolls. In general, I can mention a decent service. There is a private beach area with umbrellas and sun beds, a mini-bar. There are small pebbles on the shore, and the entrance to the sea is average-there may be rocks, so we go swimming across the river-it's more comfortable to enter the sea there, but we have to stay on the shore.

We were in early May for a week. I liked everything! Excellent location, first line, there is access to the beach directly from the hotel. The food is normal (there is something to compare it with, this is not the first time in Turkey), there was meat, fish, and chicken, the only thing was that there was not enough hot food for breakfast. Beer and wine (we used pink) did not cause any complaints. Of course, there will always be people who don't like sugar or salt, but we liked everything! I had a summer vacation with my husband at this hotel. Overall, the rest is not bad, but the service is lame. Very far from the stated "all inclusive". The buffet is good, even the fastidious in food will be able to find something to taste, although the cuts of sausage and cheese taste terrible, like plastic, which everyone in Turkey has noticed for a long time. There are a lot of different-looking desserts, but they all taste almost the same. At lunch and dinner they were given meat or fish, you can't find fault with them. Overall, the food is delicious, but nothing special. A diverse selection of drinks: tea, coffee, various juices, soda and iced tea are served at the bar. Alcohol is scarce: white and red table wine, vodka and gin. It was a little frustrating, although it wasn't a big problem. There is also a snack bar near the pools at certain times, where you can get snacks. The territory of the hotel is large and spacious, there is a gym, an assembly hall, a library and several other similar rooms. At the reception, you can get the Internet in the room for a small price (6 euros for 5 days per person, if I'm not mistaken). The staff knows English and the most primitive Russian well, they know at least the words "tea, cola, wine, beer". Room cleaning is poor, upon check-in, they found a glass and the remains of someone's snacks, sweets, nuts, and so on under the bed. The sink was leaking in the room, but it was repaired immediately upon request. Every evening, animation for adults took place on the pool stage (children were entertained during the day). The animators alternated between contests between volunteers and simple shows to watch. The entire performance was dubbed in three languages: Russian, English and Turkish, but when communicating with the animators, you quickly realize that it will be easier to switch to English than to spend half an hour talking to them in our great and mighty language. At the end of the animation, the staff offered to go to the club with them a couple of times a week for a small amount. For $10 per person, they offered a round-trip transfer and a table to stand at. The hotel is located near the sea, directly from the hotel you can access the underpass and immediately find yourself on the beach, the road takes less than 5 minutes. There is also a kind of disco bar on site. A covered room on the ground floor with an entrance from the pool, where music plays in the evenings, you can dance or sit at tables. The exterior of the hotel is often very clean, because every morning and evening it is completely flooded with water, but because of this, it is wet and puddles everywhere in the morning, and in the evenings, just before the start of the animation program, deck chairs are spilled, which is why you can't watch the show lying down. Despite the ban on taking food out of the dining area right in front of our room in the lobby, dishes and leftovers were still left at the concession, which sometimes was not cleaned during the day, which was extremely unpleasant. Sometimes a kitten came running to the reception, which we affectionately called "Potty" after he sat in the pot and gnawed on a mini palm tree, but this is more a plus than a minus. I really liked the hotel! The rooms are clean, cozy, and have a fresh smell. Nutrition is not a huge choice, but everything is delicious! There were trout twice in 6 days. We arrived at 8 a.m., offered to pay 2500 rubles extra and then they would immediately give us a room with a sea view, or wait until two. We agreed and did not want to, the view of the sea from the 4th floor is amazing. The beach is also normal, I can't say anything about the entrance, because we were in early May and didn't swim. I'd love to visit this hotel again!

We visited this hotel in JULY 2025. This is the first time in Turkey since Europe is closed. We drove a long way from the airport. The hotel is good! The location is excellent! It was annoying that when we approached the reception, they recorded us, hung a ribbon on our arm and no more action! Well, we knew that check-in was at 14.00 and went for a walk. There are three pools, a small one with a slide has a bar. The snack was just working. We took a bite to eat, and sat down in a bar to eat and drink alcohol. Alcohol is normal, we are not moody. The waiter boys are awesome! But, at 14.00, they don't say anything at the reception again! They came up to me and asked me what was the matter. As I realized later, they were waiting for money :). But we told them to give us a room at their discretion. We will like the room, everything is clean, with a view of the mountains, the view is amazing in the evening! It's a pity there's no refrigerator. They immediately changed their clothes and went to the sea. Passage to the sea through a small arch above the roadway. The sea is super! But!!! You won't be able to swim here! Constant waves! The bottom is slabs and stones. We were wearing special shoes :). But learning how to enter the raging waves is still a challenge! Of course we have adapted! You're hanging in the water like a float, and you could be washed away towards the shore at any minute, and you're going to hell. One day they left the sea after smelling gasoline. There are boats everywhere, maybe some leaked 🙄 I couldn't get in at all on the last day, the waves are just terrible. We went to Cleopatra Beach once, they don't care, but you're not going to go there every day, for a dime?! You can walk from the hotel, there are plenty of shops, and beautiful fountains and greenery nearby. We were on an excursion, just great! We rode on a ship, then sailed, went up to the fortress, and fed us on the docks right in the water in some beautiful place! The food at the hotel is excellent, you can eat as much as you want! On day 3, my husband has diarrhea and vomiting, and the next day I have it, but it's easier. I don't know from what? Some speak from the sea, some from the food. Recovered in a day! Be sure to take medications!!! So basically normal! Everyone has their own vision!

We had a rest with 4 people for 13 nights. The trip from the airport took more than 3 hours, upon arrival at 22:00 they left dinner for us, for this I like it. In terms of food, there is a choice, a lot of sweets, watermelons, melons, plums. We never went hungry) there is a snack bar during the day, you can have nuggets, noodles, burgers. After lunch, there's a tea party somewhere and you can get cookies there. For alcohol, the bar is open from 10:00 to 23:00. The choice is not very big - red and white wine, two types of vodka, beer, gin. Gin for an amateur, I didn't get it at all. Alcohol is normal, not charged. The queue is formed just before closing, the bartenders are great, they serve quickly. There would have been a bar until 00:00, and at least whiskey would have been added to the selection, then 5 points would have been awarded) The rooms were generally good, the view from the balcony was great, and the air conditioning was doing its job. Cleaning was done somehow every other day, but if any questions arise, then the cleaning employee can always be met on the floor in the morning. Bottled water was provided every day. Along the beach, the road to it takes a couple of minutes through an underground passage, its own sun beds, a bar with beer and soft drinks. We did not swim there because there is a dubious river flowing into the sea on the left) in places there are slabs, stones, we went to the left to another beach to swim. There are also horizontal bars and bars near the beach) Swimming pool - the pool is large and clean, there is a small piece for very young children, as well as a pool by the bar with three slides. Bleach is filled in the evening, cleaned at night. The disadvantage is that the pool is open until 18:00. There were no problems with sun beds, it was easy to find a place for 4 people. Animation - in the beginning there were 3 animators, by the end of the rest there were 2 left. Every evening at 21:00 the program is no more than an hour, sometimes interesting and funny. In the morning, darts by the pool and water polo. The animators did well, they managed to make friends) The contingent consists of 1/3 Russians, the rest are Poles, Germans, Turks. There were no conflicts, everyone came to rest. The hotel also has a spa massage, we went to the procedure for 2k rubles for an hour and a half. We were cleaned and massaged) There is a small gym, the equipment is old and there is not much choice. Wi-Fi is paid and is issued for 1 person, it only works in the room. We bought Turkish SIM cards and distributed 50 GB of Internet, which is more profitable) As a result, the main thing is who you go on vacation with. You don't pay attention to all these disadvantages)

Yesterday, June 13, I arrived at this hotel. We settled in quickly, the reception staff was excellent, any issue was solved quickly, without any problems!! The room has a sea view, spacious, the territory is very nice, homely, 2 pools, greenery, snack bar,coffee, juices . I really liked the food for dinner. There is no such incomprehensible abundance of incomprehensible food. Everything is calorie-free, delicious. I've been to 4* a couple of times and have never been fed steaks of red fish or lamb!!The desserts are not only beautiful, but also very tasty. Nearby there are shops, cafes, the embankment and most importantly the SEA!! I will visit the SPA headed by Svetlana today, I have a DOCTOR and they gave me a discount. Very nice, cozy, I recommend it to everyone. Shops with everything you need are downstairs in the lobby. I'll be flying home soon, time has flown by. Thank you, Pineapple, for the rest!! I had to wait a long time for elevators, I had to walk carefully on the stairs, they can be slippery. The sea is a couple of minutes through the tunnel, you immediately get to the beach, your sun beds, umbrellas, you only need to take towels with you. Going into the sea is not very good, rocks, it is better to wear aquashouses on your feet. There is a pier on the right side, and beyond it there is a more convenient access to the sea, almost sand. The food is excellent, varied, even too much for me, I don't eat enough, I had enough of everything. It is very convenient that nearby there are Alanium, Waikiki, Neva (they bought well there), small shops, a pharmacy, you still need your own medicines, especially coal ones.

As it is, the bed is comfortable, there is a large balcony, and there are no other comments about the room. The beach is normal, there were always free sun beds, no matter what time they came. They tell the truth about entering the sea, be sure to take aquashoos with you, there will be no problems with them, and stones and slabs will not cause any particular discomfort. The water is clean, it's nice to swim, there are a lot of people. Rotavirus has bypassed us, but the guides warn that it exists, and it is possible just at sea. We washed our hands, drank Coke, and tried not to accidentally take a sip of water. There is a bar on the beach, and soft drinks and efes beer are served to hotel guests. We didn't swim in the pool, I can't say anything. There is also a sauna and massage on site, we went to the sauna + scrubbing+foam massage+ relaxing massage + face mask for $ 30 per person, we liked it. The view from the window to the shady side, palm trees and mountains, gorgeous. The horses were not included at all. It wasn't hot. Cleaning was done once every 2-3 days, towels were changed the same way. Water was brought in daily (but maybe we were so lucky) There are 2 swimming pools on site, one of them with slides. We really didn't swim in any of them, because the sea is a priority. The food is varied, no one will stay hungry. Daily entertainment, water aerobics, darts and something else in the morning, although we only got to the evening contests, which made my stomach hurt in a good way))Animator Ozzy is a funny guy, he found a common language with everyone, sometimes he snatched away from the guests, also in a good way)))As for the beach, the bar is free, the beach is sandy, but entering the water with huge stones or slabs. It is not clear what the origin is. Be careful!My friend injured her legs in the first few days, and I, on the contrary, before leaving (there is a first-aid kit in the bar, if you do not know the language, you can use a translator, Wi-Fi catches there, better than in the lobby at the hotel)But there is a place between two piers, about 50 meters away, where the descent is better, at least the stones are smooth. We took tours at the Tyson tour agency, cheaper than at the hotel. We exchanged the money at the Alanium shopping center, which is also 2 intersections from the hotel, where there is an official Change (exchanger). Nice family hotel. Food, lots of sweets, lemonades, wine, gin and tonic......... Every day there is a watermelon , sweet , apples, melon, oranges. For breakfast, rice porridge, boiled eggs, sausage, and lots of cheeses. My son is 6 years old)))I'm not hungry. Room cleaning , every day .towels are changed every day. Beach , small round stones. There are cobblestones, we need sneakers.There is a children's animation, you can send it to the children's room during the day. There are shows or contests in the evening. The staff is polite and understands Russian. You can play table tennis or work out at the gym . During the day, children and adults are entertained by animators. On the beach, direct access underground. Very convenient. There is no need to cross the road. In short, we like it. We came here for a month and we don 't regret it.

The desserts are ordinary, baklava is always served (those who love it - plenty!), on the first day we discovered the simplest-looking squares of chopped figs, it's just a bomb!!! It couldn't be tastier, and it wasn't very sweet. Fruits are always apples, pears, oranges. All. The oranges are great, the pears are firm, but very tasty and juicy. The bus stop is very close, convenient. Have a wonderful holiday!
