Our family lived on the 36th floor, there was a restaurant on the 35th floor, at night and until the morning it was very noisy from the music and the movement of furniture. If you like a quiet holiday, don’t take rooms just above and below the restaurant. The staff tries to satisfy every request (for example, they needed a microwave oven - it arrived in 10 minutes). In general, there are no disadvantages, but it takes a long time to list the advantages, so I can definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and measured stay in one of the most pleasant areas of Dubai.

They give free towels, umbrellas for the beach, Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. There is a convenience store right at the exit from the hotel, the price is slightly higher than, for example, a carfuhrer, but convenient. The metro is 12 minutes away. In addition to these reasons, I would like to mention the excellent catering system, the responsiveness of the staff, the quality of services and the ability to satisfy all wishes, as well as surprise! The guys are excellent specialists in the field of horeca, thank you so much to the staff for everything and especially for the great mood during your stay at the hotel! I would like to note that the room was ready in advance upon arrival and provided ahead of the standard check-in time, while I was pleasantly surprised by the compliment from the hotel (a huge like and a heart). Room cleaning is daily, all additional requests are fulfilled super-quickly. Upon departure, the administration agreed to extend the stay until the transfer to the airport. The reception is always ready to help! Special thanks for congratulating my daughter on her birthday! There are many additional services at the hotel, from the pool, beach accessories, to the constant presence of a DTC taxi. The location is great, the beach is within walking distance (with various services, near a convenience store, restaurants, bars, cafes, access to the center of the dubai marina area, public transport stop). Room: Deluxe suite with partial views of JBR beach and ain Dubai was a delight every evening. It is spacious enough with a kitchen (dishes are available) and a seating area, as well as necessary appliances. We used half board, we had a choice of lunches and dinners with a convenient restaurant schedule. Breakfast is a buffet. Lunch according to the menu. Dinner is either a buffet on the 35th floor or a la carte downstairs. We were satisfied with the choice of the hotel. JMB beach is nearby (an escalator leads to it), DMCC metro is nearby. You can always take a taxi at the exit without any problems. The waiters are smart! There is a Russian-speaking staff at the reception. We were offered a late check-out. Shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, soap are available... BUT there is no toothpaste and no brush. And the cheapest brush in the supermarket is a small 18 dirhams. A set of paste and brush 27. So it's better to take it from home, which we did after reading the reviews. The beach is within walking distance, down the escalator. The breakfast was just great, lots of things.

It was our first hotel when we started exploring Dubai. It is located in a tourist area where there are many people, but at the same time the building itself seems to be inside and the noise is almost inaudible. There are several supermarkets nearby, close to the public beach, 5-10 min walk to the Marina Mall, a lot of pedestrian areas and walking options. Our room was large, with a washing machine, stove and refrigerator, with a beautiful view from the window.

A great hotel for its price. The beach is a maximum of 10 minutes away. There is no private beach, but they provide towels, an umbrella and a bag. The breakfasts are quite decent. Meals are served on the top floor, from where you can view the marina and the sea on the other side. Our room was large, the furniture was good, everything was decent. There is an alcohol restaurant downstairs. We didn't go to our pool from the hotel, only on an excursion)

Very good location, near Dubai Marina, beach, shopping center, tram stop, many shops, 30 minutes walk to the Ferris wheel slowly. The rooms are spacious. I especially want to mention the excellent service in the restaurant, the guys are smiling, their uniforms are super, polite, everything is neat, with care, the food is excellent! I recommend the hotel.

Excellent location of the hotel, excellent service! All the staff is friendly, the room is cleaned every day. The view from the room on the 17th floor is gorgeous.The food is delicious, BUT I would like, of course, more variety!The beach is generally good, there are showers, changing rooms.. the water is only on the beach that is closer to the hotel, which is kind of green and ..It's hot.

The hotel is wonderful, the service is excellent, the staff is polite, solves your requests immediately, regardless of the time of day. Clear. The food is top notch! A buffet for breakfast and dinner, a large selection of dishes and everything is very, very tasty. We were very satisfied with the hotel, we want to come to this hotel again and return to our room, we really liked it.

I really liked the hotel. Convenient location. On one side is the sea (the Persian Gulf, to be exact), on the other side is the Dubai Marina Bay with a promenade. The reception staff is helpful and friendly. Special thanks to the Russian-speaking girl. Amazing food - both buffet and a la carte. Very tasty and large portions. It's a big room, but we got it without a balcony.

We had a rest at the end of April 2025. I really liked the hotel, polite staff, there is always a Russian speaker. Our standard room was not available, we settled into a two-room apartment with a sea view (it was a wedding anniversary, maybe it was a gift), the food was delicious, 5 minutes to the beach, escalator descent. If I were going back, I would go to this hotel.
