I'm tired, everything is old, the breakfasts are the same, there are no porridges, a lot of sweets. The phones are not working, there is no drinking water in the room, tea is only served downstairs (One of the advantages is daily cleaning.

Unfortunately, the first impression of the hotel was ruined by technical problems. There were no sockets in the occupied room, there was no door in the shower, and the air conditioner barely cooled the air. We immediately contacted the reception with a request for relocation, but there was no reaction — we were assured that all the shortcomings would be eliminated right in the room. However, the situation did not change after the "correction": the outlets were still not functioning, and the air conditioner did not work properly. I had to return to the administrator with a categorical requirement to change the number. It was only after a tough conversation that we were given a more improved version, which we were completely satisfied with. Bottom line: the hotel can offer decent conditions, but, unfortunately, for this you have to literally insist on your rights. The reception service's response in the first situation leaves much to be desired.
