We contacted the service center on 02/21/2026, and on 03/04/2026 we received the conclusion "The accuracy of the movement was measured on special equipment, no manufacturing defects were found." The watch was returned to us. As a result, the problem with the watch remained, the watch was lagging, the date was jumping, which we checked several times, so even after the service, the crown began to snap off spontaneously. It is unpleasant to face such an approach to clients. We will contact you again. After resolving the issue, we will update the feedback on the results. Whether to buy something at ZIKO is up to you.
